The Swedish processor Findus contracts approximately 500 pea producers annually to secure the company?s supply of green peas for human consumption. Syfte: Uppsatsens syfte är att analysera tidningen GQ:s omslag mellan åren 1958-2013 för att ta reda på om patriarkala strukturer går att urskilja i omslagens text- och bildspråk. Jag vill specifikt undersöka hur män och kvinnor framställs på omslagen och hur detta kan ha förändrats mellan åren 1958-2013.Teori: Eriksson och Göthlunds Möten med bilder (2004) har legat som grund för att förstå hur jag skulle analysera mitt bildmaterial och Kuhn (1985), Mulvey (1999) och Tasker (2011) har bidragit med viktiga begrepp att använda som analysverktyg. Van Zoonens (2004) redogörelse för feminism har också varit en väsentlig del. Kompletterande relevant litteratur tas också upp i arbetet. Vidare har även Anja Hirdmans tidigare forskning i området med boken Den ensamma fallosen (2008) och doktorsavhandlingen Tilltalande bilder: genus, sexualitet och publiksyn i Veckorevyn och FIB aktuellt (2001) varit viktigt för att förstå mitt analysmaterial.Metod: Samtliga 599 omslag från GQ:s arkiv mellan våren 1958-2013 har studerats innan jag valde ut 28 av dem att analysera semiotiskt.

Syftet med den här uppsatsen är att undersöka hur den kvinnliga journalistens roll på kvällspressen utvecklats och förändrats från feminismens genombrott i Sverige på 1960- och 70-talet. Uppsatsens tyngdpunkt ligger på de kvalitativa forskningsintervjuer som baseras på kvinnornas upplevelser kring sin yrkesroll som kvällspressjournalister.För att förstå den kvinnliga journalistens tankar kring yrkesrollen gjorde vi fem kvalitativa forskningsintervjuer med kvinnor som arbetat påVi har även gjort en kvantitativ studie av tidningsartiklar för att skapa oss en bild av vad kvinnor skrivit om från 1960 och framåt, vilka nya ämnen de kom att skriva om, och i vilken omfattning artiklar skrivna av kvinnor blev fler.Vår undersökning visar att framförallt fyra faktorer blev avgörande för hur den kvinnliga kvällspresskribentens roll förändrades; kvinnorörelsen, en förändrad nyhetsvärdering, kvinnornas sociala och kulturella kapital, samt att deras utseende hade betydelse. De feministiska strömningarna hade stor betydelse för den kvinnliga journalisten och även för hur innehållet i tidningarna kom att ändras. Våra informanter har berättat om sina personliga erfarenheter av kvinnorörelsen i Sverige på 1970-talet, och vilket förtryck de befann sig under till en början. Informanterna diskuterar också vilka resultat deras handlingar fick, både på redaktionerna och för kvinnor i samhället.Vidare kan vi se att den kvinnliga journalisten just i det sammanhanget under den perioden gynnades av en kommersiell struktur, och att hennes utseende spelade roll.

This paper describes and analyzes how individuals and organizations that operate in careers in communications and marketing deal with the search for employees / employers, and how recruiting managers and recruitment consultants are working to create a match between the parties. The study was conducted on behalf of a recruitment agency that offers services in recruiting and staffing for organizations in communication and marketing. The empirical material consists of ten qualitative interviews from three different perspectives on the labor market, recruitment consultants, managers and employees. The interviews were analyzed from sociological and social psychological theories of organizations and individuals opportunities and strategies in today's western labor market. Conclusions that emerged are that organizations need for decreased amount of tied assets provides increased need for temporary employments.

With the aim to pursue a sustainable development I have therefore devoted this project to wellness and stress management within preschool.The employees of preschool are often dealing with a lot of stress, due to the big groups of children that causes high noise and sound levels. The high noise and sound levels is a contributor to stress which additionally can damage the health and cause impaired hearing loss. About half of the people around their forties until the age of retirement have difficulties understanding speech in large groups.The purpose of this project has been to investigate the causes of negative stress for my target group, women between 30-60 years old who works in preschool.
