Vid ensilering av grönmassa, som lagrades i 28 dagar, tillsattes två ensileringsmedel,Kofasil Majs N (saltpreparat med natriumbenzoat och kaliumsorbat, 2 liter/ton grönmassa,Addcon Europe GmbH, Bonn, Tyskland) och ProMyr® XR680, (syrapreparat med myrsyra,propionsyra och formiat i lösning, 4 liter/ton grönmassa, Perstorp AB, Perstorp, Sverige),vilka jämfördes med en obehandlad kontroll. Vid 110 dagars lagring provades ytterligare etttillsatsmedel, Kofasil Life ?M? (bakteriepreparat med heterofermentativa mjölksyrabakterienLactobacillus buchneri, 1*105cfu/g grönmassa, Addcon Europe, GmbH, Bonn, Tyskland).Tillsatsmedlens doseringar är rekommenderade doser från tillverkarna.

This is a thesis on how to develop and densifythe suburb of Joanneshov south of Stockholm.Based on Stockholm?s urban history,Stockholm master plan in 2010, the currentdensity and sustainability debate, literarystudies, as well as a variety of analysisof the site it all ends up with a proposal onJohanneshov. The goals have been workedout during the work and has resulted inthat we want to extend the inner city streetand linking Johanneshov with surroundingdistricts, but we also want to create a wellused, diverse, urban area where the humanis in focus and a district that is easy to read.Much of the work is devoted to show howStockholm has developed historical and totry to put the future in a context, but also a lotof work has been put in the information andthe analysis of the site chapter. The plan proposalis still considered to be the work focus.Johanneshov is surrounded by Årsta inthe west, Hammarbyhöjden in the east,Enskede in the south and Södermalm inthe north. Gullmarsplan is a typical 40thcentury area with a functionalist structure.Johanneshov is with Gullmarsplan,the Globe an the Slaughterhousearea, an important node for the southernsuburbs as a place for communication,sports, entertainment and shopping.Today Nynäsvägen divides the area intoa western and an eastern part.

Bakgrund: Ofta ligger en hel branschs utveckling till grund för hur investerare värderar enskilda företag men bara för att en bransch presterar sämre än övriga aktiemarknaden behöver inte detta betyda att enskilda företag inom denna bransch inte kan generera överavkastning. Med detta resonemang i baktanke är det intressant att undersöka om man med hjälp av investeringsstrategier kan hitta potentiella ?guldkorn? och på så vis uppnå en högre avkastning än den övriga aktiemarknaden.Syfte: Studiens syfte är att undersöka om det med investeringsstrategier baserade på relativvärdering går att investera i företag inom den europeiska massa- och pappersindustrin och genom dessa skapa en högre avkastning än jämförelseindexet MSCI Europe, trots massa- och pappersindustrins historiskt svaga prestation i jämförelse med den europeiska aktiemarknaden.Metod: Studien bygger på en deduktiv forskningsprocess för att förklara sambandet mellan teori och praktik. Vidare har ett kvantitativt tillvägagångssätt används i studien där en stor mängd data enligt den deduktiva metoden analyserats och testats.Resultat: Studien visar på att det går att generera överavkastning gentemot index genom att följa investeringsstrategier. Den investeringsstrategi som i denna studie genererade den högsta avkastningen var investeringsstrategin baserad på EV/EBITDA justerat för biologiska tillgångar.

This Master Thesis is a product development project that has been carried out in cooperation withLappset Sweden AB.The purpose has been to develop a group of products suited for parks andtraditional playground locations. The specific target area has been courtyards of newly builtresidential areas. (These pieces of open land resemble glades that can be found in the forest,which in Swedish is called ?gläntan? and has given name to the product family). Therefore thedesign should match contemporary architecture.

In August 2007 we went to New Zealand for a placement at Child Youth and Family Services. There our interest in Family Group Conferences (FGC) took off. FGC is not near as common in Sweden as in New Zealand. Therefore the purpose of this study was to examine how the Social Services in Helsingborg and Höör in Sweden and Belfast in Northern Ireland work with FGC. We had the privilege to go to Belfast in Northern Ireland as part of the project Insight Europe.

The Swedish processor Findus contracts approximately 500 pea producers annually to secure the company?s supply of green peas for human consumption. A production contract, which has had roughly the same design for decades, regulates the relation between Findus and the pea producers. Agriculture is typically a risky business. The main sources of risk in agricultural production are production risk and price risk.

This paper aims to describe the geographical changes of Swedish international aid politics since 2007, which was the year the new aid reform of decreasing collaborating countries, came up. To decrease the number of aid receiving countries due to efficiency is not a new idea within Swedish aid politics, but Sweden received criticism from the (DAC) Development Assistance Committee, saying Sweden was active in too many countries, and the government established a policy to decrease the amount of countries given aid. Despite the government?s recent work, science has shown on a failed country focusing. This is followed up in the paper trough examination of statistics to measure the extent of the reduction.

The development for Skanska Commercial Development (SCD) during the last years has been positive on all markets and Skanska therefore plans on expanding their activity. Central and Eastern Europe has had a considerable economic development, what is assessed to continue during the next following years. Bucharest is one possible alternative in the CEE for a new establishment by SCD. However, the investigation before an entry is a process with many factors that need to be taken into consideration. There are today no models on how and what a developer as SCD should evaluate in terms of opportunities and risks on a possible new market.

The forest industry is anonymous among the young people of today. Many youngsters do not know what the forest industry has to offer. As a result of this, many schools and forest have a weak recruitment. This is not a problem for Sweden and the forest industry only, many other businesses companies suffer from in Sweden and other countries in Europe share the same image problem. The interest and values of young people drives them to look for opportunities in other betterknown sectors with better image and reputation. Many companies report having problems with recruiting the best and right employees and fear that the recruiting-problems will increase when the older generation born in the 1940?s will retire.

Variations in fertility have caused a problematic situation in Sweden among other European countries. According to the Council of Europe we are facing an economic and demographic challenge, when the baby boomers of the 1940?s are retiring. Economists have for a long time studied the connection between economic factors and fertility, and several studies have found a correlation between business cycles and birth rates. This connection is again of current interest 2008, when a financial bubble bursts at the same time as a baby boom occurs.

This paper describes and analyzes how individuals and organizations that operate in careers in communications and marketing deal with the search for employees / employers, and how recruiting managers and recruitment consultants are working to create a match between the parties. The study was conducted on behalf of a recruitment agency that offers services in recruiting and staffing for organizations in communication and marketing. The empirical material consists of ten qualitative interviews from three different perspectives on the labor market, recruitment consultants, managers and employees. The interviews were analyzed from sociological and social psychological theories of organizations and individuals opportunities and strategies in today's western labor market. Conclusions that emerged are that organizations need for decreased amount of tied assets provides increased need for temporary employments.

As the cities are becoming more crowded, the urban distribution has become a major logistical challenge. Some commonproblems in the inner cities arelimited accessibility and idling. Many of Sweden's municipalities are above the limit values for PM10limit set by the EU.Sundsvall is one of these municipalities and has the vision to create a sustainable city and region. Sundsvall LogistikparkAB is part of an EU project, SMARTSET, which is collaborationbetween several cities in Europe. SMARTSETSundsvall is about to develop a market-based sustainable model for city logistics.

This master thesis was carried out at ELFA, one of the largest catalogue distributors of electronics in northern Europe. ELFA offers a wide selection of products such as measuring instruments, fuses and screwdrivers. The master thesis handles the possibilities of an increase in the internal flow of products. The background to this problem is ELFA?s acquisition of two new companies, which brought the product range in the warehouse from 55 000 to 80 000 products.
