This report is a study in voltagelevel in connection with regeneration of brake energy from the tramtype M31 in Gothenburg.In the act of braking, the tram M31 uses electrical braking where the electrical motors generates energy and if possible send it back to the overheadline, where other trams in the nearby can use this regenerated energy for its own driving force. In cases where no other energyconsumers are located in the same section, there is a resistance witch task is to convert this energy into heat. The regulation of this resistance appears to cause an increase in the voltagelevel into far too high levels.Investigations of the trams regulationequipment and its construction have been done. Ätstörningar är komplexa sjukdomar som kräver att behandlarna sätter sig in i individerna och vårdar dem individuellt utifrån varje patients egna förutsättningar. Då ätstörningspatienter ofta kännetecknas av att vara ambivalenta till behandling, behövs en god relation mellan behandlare och patienter. Syftet med studien var att få en ökad förståelse för hur behandlare inom ätstörningsvården för barn och ungdomar bemöter och tolkar sina patienter. Fokus har hela tiden legat på behandlarens åsikt om behandling och hur behandlaren själv upplever att denne behandlar patienterna. En kvalitativ enkätstudie har använts för att samla in information och svaren har analyserats ur ett hermeneutiskt perspektiv.

The aim of this thesis was to understand and illuminate how readingpromotion projects can be carried out, what sort of activities they mightcontain and what sort of lasting impressions they might make. We choseto examine reading promotion projects because we consider thepromotion of reading and literacy a vital and important part of thelibraries work. The study took place at the city library of Uddevalla andthe projects included in the study were all directed towards children andyouth.The theory used in the thesis was Aidan Chambers?s model of theReading Circle which consists of the four themes of selection,?reading?, response and the enabling adult. Methods used were semistructuredinterview, document studies and observation.The results show that reading promotion projects benefit from cooperationbetween the adults involved and that education of the adultsin order to indirectly target the children is an effective way of spreadingthe love of reading.

Fredsoperationer med en upprorsmotverkande karaktär ställer krav på att den militära aktören måste kunna förstå, förklara och förutsäga komplexa skeenden inom både sociala, kulturella, politiska, ekonomiska och militära dimensioner. För att göra det måste aktören kunna inhämta och bearbeta kulturell information. Sverige har under lång tid bidragit i fredsoperationer internationellt. Trots det finns det inom området kulturella underrättelser lite forskning publicerad om de svenska förhållandena. Syftet med arbetet är att bidra med mer kunskap inom området samt att skapa förståelse för problemområdena inom arbetet med kulturella underrättelser.

Socialt stöd bidrar till mindre risk för yrkesrelaterad utbrändhet. Var tredje lärare uppvisar inom sina första arbetsår symptom på utbrändhet. Syftet med föreliggande studie var att undersöka samband mellan socialt stöd och utbrändhet hos grundskolelärare. Totalt deltog 71 respondenter i Stockholm via enkäter. Socialt stöd mättes via Berlin Social Support Scale och utbrändhet mättes med Shirom Melamed Burnout Measure.

Bakgrunden till studien grundar sig i ett ökat fokus på hälsofrämjande arbete i arbetslivet. För att utveckla ett mer hälsofrämjande förhållningssätt har ledaren en viktig funktion, en aspekt vi beslöt oss för att studera närmare. Uppsatsen är en intervjustudie av kvalitativ karaktär, där sex ledare samt en hälsopromotor i Lunds kommun har intervjuats. Syftet med studien är att belysa ledarnas arbete med, och deras uppfattningar om hälsofrämjande arbete. Vi identifierar de insatser som utförs för att främja hälsa på arbetsplatser, samt studerar de olika sätt på vilka ledarna inhämtar och vidarebefordrar kunskap inom området.

Studier som berör ämnet hur fysisk aktivitet påverkar det psykiska välbefinnandet hos äldre är något som berör alla. Fysisk aktivitet har i tidigare forskning visat sig påverka båda den fysiska och psykiska hälsan positivt. Mycket forskning är gjord på området, dock är de äldre underrepresenterade som målgrupp inom området. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka i vilken utsträckning fysisk aktivitet påverkar det psykiska välbefinnandet, med inriktning självkänsla och fysisk självuppfattning, hos äldre. Undersökningen innefattade en experimentell undersökningsmetod med en randominiserad, kontrollerad design.

The purpose with this study was to see the relation between gymnastic pause and concentration to find out the students in a first grade experiences and thoughts about gymnastic pauses in the classroom. I have made a qualitative study to fulfill my purpose, I have observed students before and after the gymnastic pauses, carried through gymnastic pauses with the pupils and interviewed pupils in group.Previous research shows that the good working atmosphere and concentration has improved when pupils have had gymnastic pauses but it is difficult to say how it looks in the long term when the research doesn?t show that.In my study, it appears that the gymnastic pauses make it calmer in the classroom. Some of the pupils believe that they have had a better ability to concentrate after the gymnastic pauses while some pupils believe that they have not had a better ability to concentrate. Some pupils say it's good to get a break to carry on with the schoolwork during the entire lesson.

The aim of this master thesis is to study what relationship mentally disabled adults have with the public library and what factors affect their meeting with the library. The work of the library is also studied so that the experiences of the mentally disabled can be put in relation to the work performed for the group. The method used was interviews with four mentally disabled adults and one librarian responsible for the social function and availability at the library. As a theoretical framework Marianne Andersson and Dorte Skot-Hansen?s model over the profiles of the library and Michael Buckland?s barriers, which must be overcome to achieve full access to information, were used.

Denna studies syfte var att skapa ett valideringsinstrument för att nivåbestämma ochvalidera kunskaper hos vuxna elever inför byggutbildning. Orsaken till att författarenvalde detta område var en upplevd brist i den egna verksamheten. Eftersom problemetsom studerades var i den egna verksamheten blev det naturligt att väljaaktionsforskning som metod. Valideringsinstrumenten som studerades använde sig avsåväl kvalitativ intervju som praktisk handling. I resultatet redovisas utifrån kunskapsbegreppenepisteme, techne och fronesis vad som kan eller inte kan valideras i intervjuoch praktisk övning samt hur resultatet av en validering kan påverkas av såväl avtestledarens interaktion med eleven som av testledarens förkunskaper.
