This two years master?s thesis consists of a domain analysis on the local Swedish newspaper Gefle Dagblad (GD). The domain analysis was developed by the Danish library and information scientist Birger Hjørland. The purpose of this theory is to understand the information behavior of individuals by studying the social and collec-tive context which surrounds this person. According to Hjørland, four different areas need to be studied in order to analyze a domain.

Effekterna av bolagsskandalerna är många och i värsta fall kan företagsledarna få handskas med fängelsestraff. Syfte: Syftet med studien är att granska begångna regelbrott i stora bolag samt jämföra de med varandra för att se vilka likheter och samband som finns kring bolagsskandalerna som uppstått.Teori: I den teoretiska referensramen beskrivs teorier om bolagsstyrning, Svensk kod för bolagsstyrning, den svenska modellen för bolagsstyrning, agentteorin samt Sarbanes Oxley Act. Metod: Insamlingen av kvalitativ data har skett via sekundär datainsamling, exempelvis via artiklar, tidigare studier, Internet samt böcker. Slutsats: Det finns tydliga mönster mellan de begångna bolagsskandalerna som har undersökts i denna studie. Ett av de dessa är att ledningen i de flesta fall håller i trådarna. Motivet till de flesta brotten ligger i grund och botten på att rädda bolaget från att gå med förlust eller till och med i konkurs, eller att leva upp till ställda förväntningar på exempelvis Wall Street. .

This thesis investigates three different surface modifications, and the route to design and synthesize them. The thesis is therefore divided into three sub- projects. (i.) Assuming, for example, that the readings of Heraclitus as a natural philosopher have come to a dead end, can we approach the fragments from a different angle?The aim of this paper is not to give a systematized reading of all the remaining fragments of Heraclitus, but neither to necessarily contradict the various interpretations that emphasise how these shattered remains reflect a coherent philosophy.

The study aimed to highlight workplace meetings´ benefit and what level of development. The study was done at a school in Lidköping and included two qualitative observations. Most of the groups´ members were women; one man was included in each group, and there was a mixed age structure of the meeting participants. Background: Theoretical, it?s been questioned why dividends exists in companies based upon the fact that there is a separation between ownership and control. According to the agency theoretical perception, dividends is used as a manner to unify the interest of this separation, which in turn lower the agency cost, and increase the efficiency of companies.Purpose: The aim of this master thesis is to scrutinize and analyse the association between Swedish firms? owner structure and owner types and their inclination to dividend.Method: We attack the problem with a hypothetical-deductive research method by using the existence of a universal theory, the agency theory. When constructing a building, a number of aspects must be harmonized in order for it to fulfill requirements ? a building must fulfill requirements such a load-bearing, conservation of energy and a good indoor environment by means of, among other things, moisture proofing .Moisture problems in buildings can affect health negatively. As we are increasingly staying in indoors, demands on a good indoor environment are higher.This work starts with examining moisture problems in slab-on-ground solutions, and then links the various scenarios to moisture problems in a concrete slab of a real building.
