The aim of this qualitative study was to examine six individuals' experiences to talk about the sexual abuse that occurred in their childhood. We interviewed five women and one man, using a phenomenological approach during the work process. The theories emerged as we analyzed our results and appeared to be communication, cognitive theory, validation, trauma theory and taboo. The results showed that the respondents, whom disclosed the abuse as children, were most likely to get a negative response from both formal and informal support systems. While as adults they were confirmed to a greater extent and therefore achieved a better physical and mental wellbeing.

The social patterns governing this therefore set a precedent for the future. Using themutual sickness benefit societies in Sweden as variable for voluntary associations around1884, the essay discusses the possible links between social capital, associations and long termeconomic development.

Redovisningen av kundfordringar är komplex. Posten är förhållandevis svår att värdera och en felaktig värdering kan förvränga företagets finansiella ställningar. IAS 1 p.9 har ett fåtal regler som uppfattas som vaga för redovisning av kundfordringar vilket gör att skillnaderna ökar. Framförallt öppnas det upp utrymmen för manipulation av redovisningen.Syftet med studien är att ge en bättre förståelse av hur kundfordringar redovisas och att tolka och analysera hur upplysningar av redovisningsmetoder i årsredovisningar underlättar förståelsen av innehållet i rapporteringar. För att syftet ska uppnås studerades 24 företag.Studien visade att även fast alla undersökta företag är börsnoterade (på large cap OMXS30) så råder det stora skillnader i deras disclosure av information kring tillämpande redovisningsmetoder.

In the latest years the Swedish armed forces have gone from an armed force with conscripts to voluntary men and women. When the basic training is voluntarily may the question be if the new men and women have the same approach to Desirable competences and pedagogy that is used by their officers during their training. Desirable competences are a part of the model transformational leadership and are divided into task related competence, management competence, social competence and capacitate to cope with stress.To deal with this problem I have used questionnaires from conscripts and a new questionnaire made on voluntary recruits.I have compared the results in a case study method and it shows a positive progress from the recruits view how the officers use examples from the transformational leadership. The study shows that recruits want officers to make demands, motivate and inspire them. The recruits want to know the goal with the education and they want the officers to make demands on them..

Inledning: Syftet med denna studie var att öppna diskussion och belysa den genuina, naturliga relationen mellan terapeuten och patienten under terapin och relationens roll i den terapeutiska processen.Frågeställningar: De är baserade på frågor om relationen som begrepp, inställning till personlig öppenhet (Self-Disclosure), relationens betydelse för terapin i relation till terapeutisk teknik och teoribygge, och frågor om roller i skapande och upprätthållande av relationen i terapin.Metod: Studie är kvalitativ och genomfördes som ensemistrukturerad intervju med fem terapeuter av olika rinriktning och olika erfarenheter inom terapeutiskt arbete. Tre av dem var kognitivt orienterade medan två hade dynamisk bakgrund. Materialet analyserades, strukturerades och valdes utifrån frågeställningars ämne och tillåtet utrymme.Resultat: I studien framkom att relationen inom terapi anses som oundviklig del av terapiprocessen och att en god relation mellan patient och terapeut gynnar terapin och terapins utfall.Diskussion: De intervjuade terapeuterna beskrev ett mer öppet, fritt, flexibelt sätt att bemöta människan och att använda sin egen person med sin genuinitet samt en mer jämlik ställning mellan terapeuten och patienten. Slutsats blir att relation har betydelse bland terapeuter och betecknas som en av de viktigaste tredskapen i psykoterapi..

Hence the activities are strongly regulated or banned. The EU communion is working towards a sustained water quality through several directives; Nitrate Directive, Waterframwork directives and Sustainable use of pesticide directive. The main purpose is to regulate the diffuse pollution from agriculture.This thesis is about how Denmark, Germany and France are working towards a sustainable agriculture within water protection areas.

Syftet med denna studie är uppdelat i två aspekter. För det första avser vi bidra till kunskapsutveckling genom att observera och presentera vilka incitament som kan finnas bakom kommunicerande av intellektuellt kapital (IK) utifrån IT-företags rapportering av IK genom årsredovisningen. För det andra avser vi att genom vår studie ge ett metodbidrag till forskningen på IK-området genom att visa hur kategorisering med hjälp av ett flerdimensionellt analysverktyg kan användas, tillsammans med olika teoretiska perspektiv, för att analysera hur incitament för rapportering av IK reflekteras i IT-företags årsredovisningar.Studien har utförts genom att empiriskt material från årsredovisningar har kategoriserats utifrån en nyskapad modell bestående av fyra huvudkategorier med vardera fyra underkategorier. Modellen är starkt influerad av Sveiby (1997) och Meritum Project (2002) men utgörs totalt sett av en syntes av ett antal olika modeller och teorier från forskare inom IK-området, med vissa externa influenser. Det kategoriserade empiriska materialet har sedan analyserats utifrån fyra teoretiska analysperspektiv.

Abstract: This study is focused on blogging from the perspective of the individual. Weinvestigate why one uses the weblog format, functions on the blog that are seen to work asdriving forces, attitudes towards self-disclosure and anonymity on the weblog and how therelation between an online- and offline-identity is interpreted by the bloggers themselves, forexample to what extent it is possible to get to know the blogger by reading the weblog.Finally, we investigate the weblog-readers meaning to the blogger, as well as their possibleimpact on both his or her personal blog-content and the everyday-life.The empirical material consists of half-structured interviews via MSN Messengerwith nine informants, being bloggers found on the Swedish website bloggportalen.se. Thetheoretical framework behind the interview guide focuses on the identity concept, containingidentity theories in psychological and sociological perspectives, symbolic interactionismconcerning the concept of roles, as well as Bauman?s liquid theory on postmodern societytendencies. This material is further included in related previous research articles, derived fromboth international and Swedish databases.

As part of the project Self esteem and Life circumstances among teenagers (started by Johnsson, Lundh & Wångby at Lund University in 2006) results from pilot studies of expressive writing (intervention initially created by Pennebaker and Beall, 1986) among adolescents in six secondary school classes in Sweden were investigated. The study describes changes from pre-test to follow-up on adapted versions of Emotion Regulation Questionnaire and Emotional Tone Index. Different strategies for emotion regulation are focused: voluntary and involuntary engagement and voluntary disengagement (Connor-Smith, Compas, Wadsworth, Harding Thomsen & Saltzman, 2000). The study is explorative. Results show a tendency towards more frequent diary use at follow-up for participants in expressive writing.

Over the past thirty years the political parties in Sweden have lost five out of six members. In order to retain existing members leadership in these organizations has become increasingly important. The aim of this paper is to identify what group leaders for party groups within the municipal council believe are the driving forces that underlie the councillors' voluntary commitment, identify the group leaders' leadership style and identify whether there exist a relationship between these driving forces and the leadership style. The approach applied is qualitative consisting of twelve interviews with twelve group leaders from six different municipalities in Stockholm county. The theoretical framework of this paper includes the Volunteer Functions Inventory and the Full Range Leadership Theory.
