Miljöbron is a non-profit organization; their main purpose is to merge companies and students into different environmental projects. The projects can be an assignment, practical vocational training or degree thesis. Miljöbron is expanding and the demand from students and companies is rapidly growing. Because of the expansion, a large amount of information needs to be stored and managed in a structured database. The aim of the study was to describe what it's like to live with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and experiences of social support and being received and met by health personnel. The method was a qualitative interview study of descriptive design and was analyzed using qualitative content analysis. Three women and two men (26-75 years) with MS from two municipalitiesin central Sweden participated in the study. The main results showed that the participants felt the disease limited everyday life. The majority described feelings of injustice being affectedby the illness, but they now have a new perspective on life.

Denna informella vård sker ofta mer eller mindre osynligt och genomförs i tystnad. Att vara anhörig till en individ med demenssjukdom förknippas ofta med fysiska, emotionella, sociala och finansiella bördor. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka i vilken utsträckning arbetsterapeuter i Skånes mindre kommuner, med invånarantal under 30 000, kommer i kontakt med anhöriga till dementa i sitt yrke.

Syfte: Uppsatsen beskriver hur systematiskt förbättringsarbete har använts i syfte att öka rehabiliteringsmöjligheter för patienter i rättspsykiatrisk vård samt vetenskapligt undersöka framgångsfaktorer och hinder för användning av systematiskt förbättringsarbete i rättspsykiatrisk slutenvård.Metod: Systematiskt förbättringsarbete med Nolans förbättringsmodell har använts. Process och resultatmätningar gjordes i förbättringsarbetet för att svara på frågan om förändringen är en förbättring. Den vetenskapliga studien bygger på två fokusgruppsintervjuer, en grupp i verksamheten och en med en extern utvecklingsaktör. Fokusgrupperna analyserades genom kvalitativ innehållsanalys.Resultat: Förbättringsarbetet visar att logistik, planering och samordning förbättrats men att det kvarstår ytterligare insatser innan målet med att öka möjligheterna till rehabilitering för patienterna är uppnått. Studien resulterar i framgångsfaktorer och hinder som beskrivs med följande kategorier: Drivkraft, metod, delaktighet, ledningens ansvar, säkerhetsperspektiv, motstånd, ?Rågårdstänket?, systemförståelse och kulturskapande.

Bakgrund: Bland alla personer som insjuknar i stroke, är en femte del yngre än 65 år och 5 % är yngre än 55 år. Efter stroke krävs ofta stora rehabiliteringsinsatser. Enligt flera studier och rapporter om personer i yrkesverksam ålder som insjuknar i stroke kan mindre än hälften återvända till förvärvsarbete. Problemformulering: Yngre personer med stroke kan uppleva att deras behov inte är tillgodosedda gällande rehabilitering och återgång till arbete. Syfte: Att kartlägga vad som påverkar yngre strokepatienters återgång till arbete.

Djur påverkar människors välbefinnande och hälsa på en mängd olika sätt och använts i många andra länder som en integrerad del av klieneters vård och rehabilitering. Ökade kunskaper om de positiva hälsoeffeketerna har lett till en ökad nyfikenhet bland hälso- och sjukvården även i Sverige och användningen av djur inom vård och rehabilitering har ökat de senaste åren. Syftet med denna studie är att beskriva hur djur kan användas på ett målmedvetet sätt som en del av rehabiliteringen. Litteraturstudien bygger på både kvalitativa och kvantiativa artiklar för att skapa en helhetsbild om kunskapsområdet. Artiklarna har analyserats utifrån Graneheim och Lundman (2004) kvalitativa innehållsanalys i syfte att beskriva det mest karaktistiska i data.

The conception of exhaustion was first used in the end of 1960 and was then used in a psychological context directed towards the working life. Eventually was the conception devided into two main categories: mental and somatic symtoms. Today research of exhaustion is mainly aiming towards recovering and returning to working life.This work sets out to analyse the importance and effects of social networks such as family, friends and professional relations in helping people who suffer from exhaustion to recover. The study is based on interviews with eith people who have suffered from exhaustion but today are recovered. To my aid I have used tree different questions: What part have the social network of family and friends ment to the recovery? What part has the professional relationships with doctors, therapists and curators ment to the recovery? How have you changed your life in order to maintain balance?The interviews pointed out the importance of the social relationships as support, feedback and understanding that the process takes time.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur en gruppverksamhet vars mål är att ge psykosocialt stöd och fysisk aktivitet till män diagnostiserade med prostatacancer bör utformas och presenteras för att tilltala målgruppen.Metod: Studien hade en kvalitativ, deskriptiv ansats och baserades på fem individuella intervjuer och en fokusgruppsintervju . Samtliga intervjuer var semistrukturerade och spelades in.Huvudresultat: Innehållsanalyser av intervjuerna resulterade i följande tre kategorier; ?Presentation av gruppverksamhet?, ?Attityder? och ?Innehåll i gruppverksamhet?. Varje kategori hade även ett antal subkategorier. Tillsammans åskådliggjorde kategorierna vad män med prostatacancer ansåg att en rehabiliteringsgrupp som Rehabilitering med samtal och yoga [RSYG] ska innehålla samt hur den kan presenteras.
