This report covers the conceptual design of a new one person hybrid vehicle that is to be fast and convenient to drive on the roads. The vehicle is most of all supposed to be used as a commute vehicle but can also be used at other occasions as well.During the work with this project the group has focused on three larger areas, the outer design (body), wheel chassis and an ergonomically designed interior. The group was not able to just create these parts in 3D to get a trustworthy vehicle, hence number of other components and details were also created to get a better entirety.The outer design starts with idea generation and sketches and ends with a 3D model which is rendered to show how the final product is going to look. The design of the body has been going on during the entire work process due to new ideas and improvements that seemed interesting and had to be changed.The wheel chassis also started with idea generation, research and sketches. It ended up with a simulated 3D model which later on was mounted on the vehicle body to show how the vehicle is going to perform during usage.

During the spring semester 2012 Robin Westlund has accomplished ?Controlled interaction for more creative meetings - Summit Flexiwall? with the individual focus on social communication based on visual interaction in future office. The project was a part of the course Degree Project for degree of Bachelor of Science in Innovation and Design Engineering (MSGC12) which includes 22,5 ECTS Credits. The course is a part in the program Innovation and Design Engineering program within the Faculty of Technology and Science at Karlstad University.Assigner of the project was Moelven Eurowand AB with their head office in Örebro. The company manufactures and assembles entire room solutions for offices.

This two years master?s thesis consists of a domain analysis on the local Swedish newspaper Gefle Dagblad (GD). The domain analysis was developed by the Danish library and information scientist Birger Hjørland. The purpose of this theory is to understand the information behavior of individuals by studying the social and collec-tive context which surrounds this person. According to Hjørland, four different areas need to be studied in order to analyze a domain.

Bakgrund: Röntgensjuksköterskan arbetar i en högteknologisk miljö där teknisk kompetens skallkombineras med patientomvårdnad. Kommunikation spelar en vital roll i interaktionen mellanröntgensjuksköterska och patient, medvetenhet och kunskap om kommunikation är viktiga delar avröntgensjuksköterskans yrkesroll. En stor mängd information måste utbytas med patienten under enradiografisk undersökning för att sörja för god omvårdnad och utvecklandet av en mellanmänskligrelation i det korta mötet. Röntgensjuksköterskan måste balansera sitt mål att skapa en röntgenbildav god diagnostisk kvalité med god patientkommunikation och omvårdnad för att göra patientendelaktig i sin undersökning. Syfte: Syftet med denna litteraturstudie är att utforska fenomenetkommunikation i relation till den patientomvårdnad som sker på en röntgenavdelning under detkorta mötet mellan vårdtagare och Röntgensjuksköterska.

Landlocked Tajikistan is situated in Central Asia and is not only the smallest republic of Central Asia, but it is also one of the most mountainous with some of Central Asia?s highest peaks. Tajikistan is currently and historically the most financially disadvantaged country within Soviet Union/Russian territories. Agriculture is the main occupation for more than half of the country?s population. Unfortunately, however, only 7% of Tajikistan is arable land and the agriculture productivity is low.

This graduate thesis deals with the challenges facing us as we gradually make our urban environments withtheir many public buildings, such as shops, cafés and cinemas, more accessible for disabled people. Theperspective taken is that of the conservationist, who in her or his profession looks to the cultural andhistorical characteristics in buildings and building environments. In order to gain better accessibility, changesin the physical fabric need to be made, with consideration for the cultural and historical characteristics.The introduction presents the subject of considarate accessibility. The second chapter deals with the legalaspects concerning the protection of buildings as well as the accessibility for disabled people. Severalinterviews with different participants are presented here, aiming to tie the legislation to the reality of theconservationist, the disabled, the civil servant working with accessibility issues and the property owner,whose responsibility it is to make the adjustments necessary to improve accessibility.

Hemmiljön har fått ett större utrymme och blivit allt viktigare i våra liv. Vi håller gärna till i köket, hem­mets hjärta, där vi umgås samtidigt som vi lagar mat. Husvagnstillverkarna har också förstått vikten av de­sign och formgivning och erbjuder kunderna att utfor­ma vissa delar i husvagnen själva efter eget tycke och smak. Det kan vara planlösning, färgsättning, tygval mm, allt för att husvagnen ska kännas personlig och hemtrevlig. Enligt Cabby liknar husvagnen mer och mer hemmet, både vad gäller utseende och komfort.

Bakgrund: Modified Early Warning Score (MEWS) är ett bedömningsinstrument för utvärdering av patienters vitalparametrar. Verktygets funktion är att genom strukturerade observationer identifiera patienter med sviktande vitala funktioner, och således kunna vidta åtgärder innan patienten avlider eller kräver intensivvård. Nyttan av MEWS inom onkologisk heldygnsvård är än så länge dokumenterat i mycket liten utsträckning. En studie från 2012 indikerar att MEWS inte är ett effektivt verktyg för att förutse försämringar hos onkologiska patienter. Syfte: Att undersöka om patienter inom onkologisk vård uppvisar MEWS 0-17 poäng veckan innan dödsfall. Vidare ämnar författarna vilka specifika parametrar inom MEWS som orsakade förhöjda totalpoäng, samt om några skillnader föreligger mellan män och kvinnor.Metod: Retrospektiv journalgranskningsstudie där dokumentation av MEWS-bedömningar granskades i 70 patientjournaler.Resultat: Undersökningsgruppen hade ett genomsnittligt MEWS på 2,99 under den sista levnadsveckan. Av de enskilda variablerna inom MEWS var andningsfrekvens den som oftast gav poäng ?1.

Towards the end of the 1960s, the credit financed purchase was well established in Sweden. The Swedish households were able to purchase goods, which had been considered unnecessary, or even luxurious, in the past. On the other hand, effective means to handle the increasing amount of debt and potential debtors were introduced; credit rating was registered, trade with insecure claims increased and if debtors could not fulfil their obligations, the creditors often used harsh or undue methods. By introducing Inkassolagen (1974:182), the legislator hoped to regulate the debt recovery process and ensure the fair treatment of debtors. The legislator also introduced liability for damages caused by a creditor in the collection process.

In May 2010 the plans for Malmö?s new Concert Hall, Conference Centre and Hotel were announced publically. The purpose of this thesis was to present strategy for communication in order to gain approval for the new concert and conference center from the inhabitants inMalmö and to incorporate the use of it in their everyday life.Material from the receiver?s as well as the sender?s perspective has been collected from qualitative interviews. Through group interviews we have investigated the general consensus of the inhabitants of Malmö regarding the investment, placing, offered events, expectations as well as how they collected information.

Around the year 2007, several news segments appeared in the Swedish media with focus on the social website Facebook. At the time, an increasing number of people in Sweden started to join the social platform and accepted the terms of contract to get access of the website, without further consideration of what they were agreeing to. This resulted in some private individuals felt violated when it turned out that major points of the contract entail that user?s private information, photos, videos and other publications that was shared on the website, were considered property of Facebook cooperation. Even though this incident made users more aware of what they should, and should not publish on the website, the episode did not result in users closing there accounts on Facebook.

The aim of this paper is to find an algorithm to establish and maintain a virtual enclosure around a mobile unit. The area may take any form and should be scalable up to and including national borders. The enclosure is managed on the mobile unit. The target system is Android. Smartphones, tablets and more recently, cameras is examples of mobile units.

The Swedish alcohol market has for many years been in the hands of the government. The question of the monopoly, its being or not being, has for a long time engaged both Swedish citizens and politicians. Since joining the European Union it has also been on the European agenda, trying to adapt Sweden to the more liberal alcohol politic in Europe.The suppliers find themselves acting on a completely different market than a market based on free competition. The suppliers are faced with one retail channel to the stores which creates dependence and uneven power balance towards the retailer. In addition to this, their marketing activities are strictly limited due to the laws and claims.

Den tilltagande urbaniseringen har medfört att hamn- och industriområden som tidigare låg i stadens perifera områden har fått en alltmer central plats. Från att ha fungerat som industristäder där denna verksamhet varit en integrerad och vital katalysator för staden håller samhället nu på att övergå från industrisamhälle till kunskapssamhälle där arbetet förflyttats från förorenade och bullriga industrimiljöer till rena och tysta bostads- och kontorsmiljöer. I takt med detta minskar också behovet av centralt belägna industriområden som nu blivit mer ödsliga, otrygga och stadsfrånvända där de inte sällan bildat en barriär mot sin omgivning. Samtidigt är det idag för oss människor inte lika självklart som tidigare genom historien att använda stadens offentliga rum och det pågår mycket planering för att skapa integrerade, attraktiva och levande stadsmiljöer vid stadsomvandlingar. En problematik som uppstår är hur dessa industriområden kan omvandlas från centrala men avskilda, ödsliga och ofta stadsfrånvända industrimiljöer till funktionsblandade, attraktiva och levande stadsdelar som är väl integrerade med sin omgivning.
