Syftet med denna uppsats är att studera kyrkolivet i Luleå genom att undersöka vilka faktorer som företrädare för EFS missionsförening, Pingstkyrkan och Vineyard anser ha påverkat medlemsutvecklingen under 1900- talet och fram till i dag. Dessutom vilken plats och roll samfunden anser sig ha i dagens samhälle. Undersökningen är kvalitativ, då jag som metod har använt mig av djupintervjuer analyserade och tolkade enligt den hermeneutiska tolkningsmetoden. Resultatet visar att medlemsutvecklingen varierar mellan samfunden emellan. EFS redovisar en något negativ medlemsutveckling, medan Pingstkyrkan ökat sitt medlemsantal.

Denna uppsats handlar om svenska läroböcker i historia för gymnasiet och deras framställningar av Andra världskriget och Sveriges roll under kriget, i fråga om Sveriges syn på den tyska nazismen, permittenttrafiken och judefrågan. Undersökningsperioden är mellan 1950 och 2000 och omfattar totalt tjugo läroböcker. I uppsatsen undersöks även huruvida framställningarna i läroböckerna följt den historiografiska utvecklingen i Sverige under samma tid. Genomgången visar att den historiografiska utvecklingen till stor del följts i läroböckerna. Resultaten visar också att Sveriges roll i Andra världskriget kortfattat nämns eller helt utelämnas.

The future climate of Sweden is expected to become warmer in the future. This would be beneficial for Vineyards and may lead to a greater area being allocated for wine production. The environmental impact concerning eutrophication from Swedish Vineyards has not been evaluated before. In this study nutrient balances are constructed for four Swedish Vineyards with the goal to estimate the out and in flows of nutrient in the systems for the year 2010. Interviews with focus on farming practices undertaken during the year are conducted with the farmers.

This paper examines the texts written on shards from wine-jars found at El-Amarna, Tutankhamuns tomb (KV 62) and Deir el-Medina. Information concerning the administration of wine and its production, found in these texts, is examined. Wine was an important element in Egyptian society and a common iconographic motif in tombs at Thebes during New Kingdom.A survey on previous research on the subject is presented. This is followed by analysis of the different reoccurring elements found in the texts. A definition of the standard formulation of the wine jar label texts is given and the minimal level of information needed for the administration of wine production and distribution is identified. The chapter of the analysis deals with the various types of information given in the label texts, such as date, wine classification, and function.

Making decisions have always been part of human life. Political decisions consist of many participants with both formal and informal ways to highlight problems and reach the political agenda. Processes difficult for an individual to distinguish and understand surround political decision-making. The purpose of this study is to investigate the decision process for a specific political issue, Swedish wine producers' desire to be able to sell their own wine at their Vineyard; gårdsförsäljning. This is currently prohibited in the Swedish model due to an alcohol monopoly.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the managers? perspective on leadership in relation to the motivation of the employees by an example of a manning and recruitment agencies. This is implemented by framing of two questions; What kind of leadership can be identified by middle managers to motivate their employees? Which motivation factors are relevant to employees based on the perspective of the managers? To answer the question and identify leadership strategies and motivational factors and the relationship in between, we have conducted eight interviews with persons who hold a middle management position. Through a qualitative investigation we have been able to go into depth and had access to these managers reflections, thoughts and experiences.
