AbstractWhen the Swedish Centre Party, Centerpartiet, just before Christmas 2012 released a draft for new program of ideas a powerful "winter storm" broke out. Ideas that Centerpartiet would abolish compulsory schooling and the right to inheritance and allow polygamy are just a few of the things that cause alarm.It's not the first time during the last years the Centre Party is associated with neo-liberal elements in their party?s ideology. In 2007 Erik Ullenhag criticized Centerpartiet for their new neo-liberalism was a danger to the alliance.The aim of this study is to investigate whether it is possible to see a change in Centerpartiets ideology and how deep it is. From an idea analytical approach based on ideal types, created for social liberalism, neoliberalism and ecohumanism, the party programs from 2001 and 2013 are studied.

Rapporten grundar sig på en studie i att utröna möjligheterna för att förenkla och effektivisera Metrias kartproduktion genom användning av Arc View 3.1 samt Arc View tillsammans med Adobes programvaror Illustrator och Photoshop. Två kartor skapades under arbetets gång, en översiktskarta och en centralortskarta över Gällivare. Moment som ingick var: Terrängskuggning, adressättning, symbol- och färgsättning av kartor samt test av kartframställning med hjälp av Adobes programvaror. Olika höjd- och solvinklar prövades vid terrängskuggning. Adressättning av vägar gjordes till en interaktiv funktion där gatuadressen fördes över från fastighetsdataregistret till GSD-Ekonomiska kartans vägskikt.

Vårt syfte med uppsatsen är att utreda vilka faktorer som är av vikt för en framgångsrik förändringsprocess samt vilken påverkan ledarskap har på faktorerna. Vi genomförde en kvalitativ undersökning där vi intervjuade tio personer som är yrkesverksamma på två hotell i Sverige. Vi intervjuade respondenterna om den förändringsprocess som ett hotellkedjebyte innebär, och om den ledarstil hotellens general managers anser sig ha och ha haft under bytet. Våra sekundära källor utgörs av teorier inom framför allt service management, change management samt ledarskap/management. Vi har använt en blandning av induktivt och deduktivt arbetssätt.

The aim of this essay is to examine the view on children with disability´s in the end of the 19 Th to the beginning of the 20 Th. We will examine the children that lived in Eugeniahememt but we will also examnie the view the society had on the children who lived on Egueniahemmet. In our essay there are four questions that we are going to answer.- Who took the initive to start Eugeniahemmet and how did it affect the activity?- Which view had the society on the children who lived on Eugeniahemmet?- How did the work with the children look like?- Which view had the staff, in Eugeniahemmet, on the children?The method that is being used in this essay is trying to analyses what the material tells us about the view on the children and how the work with the children lookt liked in Eugeniahemmet.The theory that we use is about Michel Focaults look on madness. Focault says that a person who is mad dosen?t have a connection between body and soul and that creates hallucinations witch leeds to madness.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att studera visionens koppling till, och betydelse för, företagens strategiarbete samt undersöka om det finns andra mekanismer som stödjer strategiarbetet istället för visionen. Vi har gjort en kvalitativ fallstudie, omfattande tre företag, där semistrukturerade intervjuer utgjort grunden för insamlandet av primärdata. Sekundärdata har samlats in från litteratur och artiklar. Jämförelser har gjorts mellan företagen och paralleller har dragits till vedertagna teorier. Arbetets slutsatser visar att i två av fallföretagen kommer visionen på ett naturligt sätt in i strategiarbetet genom de modeller de arbetar efter.

The main purpose of this study is to get an increased knowledge of the content on the Swedish website lektion.se. The study wants to find out if the content can relate to the syllabus for Swedish and the sociocultural view of learning. The questions it aims to answer are how the content of lessons in Swedish in grade 1-5 is related to the syllabus for Swedish and the sociocultural view of learning. This has been a study of text from lessons taken from the website. The study has been made with support from qualitative and quantitative analysis of text.

This thesis project is a vision of an identity building in Gothenburg, situated on the pier called Bananpiren. The purpose of this thesis has been to explore the topic of business simulation from a theoretical foundation in social constructivism and theories concerning leadership as the management of meaning. The most important findings are that business simulation can be used for strategical leadership by management to create a common vision in the organisation members, which affects their perception of the business and the decisions and actions they make, which in turn can lead to a more efficient organisation that becomes better at meeting set goals. This can be viewed in different ways from different theoretical viewpoints: as inducing targeted changes in mental models to create changes in decision making and actions; as a secondary socialization process where the vision of management is externalized as a business simulation that is in turn internalized by the organisation members that participate in the business simulation, or as a way to frame and define the reality of the organisational members which creates a shared reference point against which a feeling of organisation and direction can emerge. In the future, business simulations may become increasingly used by organizations to create a common vision or to communicate a new decision to the organization members..

Uppsatsens syfte är att belysa hur vision, målstyrning och feedback upplevs av omsorgspersonal då de dagligen inte har tillgång till en fysiskt närvarande chef. För att uppnå vårt syfte har vi valt att genomföra en kvalitativ studie,i en mellanstor kommun som aktivt arbetar med vision och målstyrning sedan ett antal år tillbaka. Det empiriska materialet utgörs av fyra stycken intervjuer med omsorgspersonal utifrån semistrukturerade frågor. Våra frågeställningar är följande: Hur upplever omsorgspersonalen på självstyrande enheter implementering och förankring av organisationens vision i sitt dagliga arbete?  Hur upplever omsorgspersonalen på självstyrande enheter att målstyrning fungerar? Hur upplever omsorgspersonalen på självstyrande enheter möjligheten till feedback med en fysiskt frånvarande chef?   Vad anser omsorgspersonalen på självstyrande enheter om chefens närvaro/frånvaro? För att tolka och analysera vår empiri, har ett hermeneutiskt förhållningssätt och en abduktiv ansats använts.

This essay intends to investigate the view on freedom of speech in Sweden. The expanding of the hate crime law rises the question if there is a current changing view on freedom of speech. By comparing motions concerning an expanding of the hate crime law from different periods, I am able to conclude if and how the view on the term freedom of speech has taken place. This is done in a descriptive analysis of terms, where the different values and arguments for a change is compared. The material is taken from the period 1991-1993 and 2000-2001.

According to modern theory, PR is seen as something that creates value for majority of products. The art market is a market that is characterized by several actors in different value chains, where transparency is low and art critics, or PR creators, have a certain amount of impact on the view of art, at least had so historically. But how does PR vs. art galleries´ own marketing (art brochure) affect the view and price consideration of art and artists for non-expert art spectators? After performing a large quantitative study, we can conclude that PR has negative to no affect on the view of art and the artist compared to the case when the spectator did not receive any information prior to viewing an art piece.

The aim of this master?s thesis is to study librarians? views on children and young people as Internet users in Swedish libraries. It examines what types of problems and possibilities the librarians see with children?s and young people?s use of the Internet, how these problems might be solved, and what they think about regulations and filters. Qualitative interviews were conducted with nine librarians, and their statements were analysed with David Buckingham?s After the death of childhood as a theoretical foundation.
