The aim of this study was to examine how the activities of two preschools develop the language in matter of the teacher?s work of procedure. The following research questions were essential for the survey and therefore formed the basis of the examination:How do the teachers in both preschools work in a language evolving way?What significance does the environment have for the language development?Are there similarities and differences between the preschools in their language development approach?The study is based on a qualitative method, where the teachers of both preschools were interviewed with the purpose of obtaining information. The teacher?s statements and interviews were analyzed in relation to previous research, where the theories of different writers form the base of the theoretical connection to the study.The teachers view in developing the language regarding to their aspirations in measuring the language an important position in their operation, can be portraied as the conclusions of this study.

The aim of this study was to investigate how a workplace should be formed to promote health according to the employees. The study was made in IKEA handla hemma in Älmhult, Sweden. The aim of the study was to find out why people experience health at their workplace environment, from a salutogenetic point of view. The study is based on 12 strategically selected interviews and where analysed according to Grounded Theory. This resulted in a model where the core category was ?The prevailing spirit of the organisation? and the five main categories was ?That the organisation creates favourable conditions to promote health?, ?That there is a god atmosphere amongst the colleagues and the bosses?, ?The personal point of view about health?, ?The relationship to goals and responsibility? and ?The personal point of view about their surroundings?.

The study?s purpose was to gain comprehension and knowledge about immigrate women?s vision on benefits respective disadvantages with arranged marriages.The study?s question at issues was:(1) How do the women consider that the ideal marriage is suppose to be?(2) How do the women experience that their vision on marriage has changed in a new culture?(3) How do the women consider that parents reasons, around the choice of a partner at arranged marriages?To be able to answer these questions at issues we used a qualitative method where interviews carried out with four immigrated women from four different countries where Islam is widespread religion. Common for these women is that they all are Muslims and that they come from countries where arranged marriages are practiced. They also have concrete experience of arranged marriages, either through themselves or someone they know.Material from interviews was analysed with a help of patriarchal theory and social constructivism. We have also analysed the material with a theory about culture and a theory about groups.

This study examines the view of the people, unemployed in the city of Växjö during the period from 1820 to 1860. The focuses are on the perspective in which these people where seen by the municipal executive board in the city of Växjö. The result of this study shows that the rulers had a conservative wiev of them who were unemployed. Usually, the meaning was that their situation was only caused by their own laziness. Starting ?Workinghouse? was the best way solving the problem with them who were unemployed, was the common opinion in the view of the rulers..

This thesis aims towards an understanding of information systems and subject representation in relation to academic disciplines. This is achieved by comparing how a discipline, History of science and ideas, represents itself compared with the subject representation of its dissertations in an information system, LIBRIS. The point of departure for this thesis is the domain analytic view of Hjorland which states that the quality in information seeking is enhanced if the subject representation considers the contexts in which documents are produced and used. The importance of concepts such as domain and discipline is discussed. The disciplines view of itself is established by the study of articles written by scholars in the discipline, by how the discipline presents itself on the homepages of five university institutions and by the examination of titles and keywords given to dissertations in the discipline.

Uppsatsen utgår från Märstas historiska bakgrund med fokus på perioden 1950-1970-talet. Mycket i Sverige präglas av miljonprogrammet under 1960-1970-talet och Märsta är ett exempel på detta. Å andra sidan är Märsta ett resultat av 1950-talets planering för en storflygplats vid Halmsjön. Märsta framstod i denna planering som en servicestad i anslutning till flygplatsen.Mitt syfte med uppsatsen är att undersöka hur aktörerna Märsta kommun, Märstadelegationen och regionplanekontoret arbetade med Märsta och använde den generalplan och den vision som utarbetades av Carl-Fredrik Ahlberg, professor i stadsbyggnad och arkitekt. Som geograf och Märstabo ger jag även min bild av Märsta som livsmiljö.

AbstractThis study is a critical analysis of three different views on human dignity and its function in the discourse of human rights: that of Christopher McCrudden, Jürgen Habermas and Elena Namli. The three positions are interpreted, analyzed and compared in order to see which is most reasonable.The conclusion is that Habermas?s and McCrudden?s view of human rights as legal reduces human dignity to a legal concept. Namli?s perspective of human dignity as a moral principle generates a wider understanding of human dignity and its function.

This master thesis is about one of the first female in the Swedish Parliament, Elisabeth Tamm (1880?1958), and her political articles in the magazine Tidevarvet. The aim of this study is to find similarities with Tamm?s political thoughts with the Ecofeministic theory. Due to women?s right to vote 1919 women citizenship was in a political debate.

The aim of this Master thesis is, from a sociocultural perspective, to investigate the views the teaching librarians at Södertörn University Library (SHB) have on learning, information literacy, and their own pedagogical role, and how their views affect user education and their ideas about the future of user education.The research questions used were: How do the teaching librarians view learning? How is this view reflected in their work with user education? How do the teaching librarians envisage user education in the future, and how do they work to reach that goal?Five semi-structured interviews were conducted with the teaching librarians at SHB. The interviews were then analysed using qualitative content analysis.The results of the study show that the teaching librarians at SHB share a sociocultural view on learning, and take a communicative oriented approach to user education. They believe that communication and interaction support learning, and in the classroom they stimulate discussions both between librarian and student, and between the students themselves. In the future, they hope for improved collaboration between librarians and academic staff, and that user education will become a natural element of the curriculum..

Det här arbetet syftar till att försöka ge en bild av lärarens syn på ämnesintegrering mellan ämnena träslöjd och matematik. Min vision är att slöjdämnet ska kunna integreras mer bland andra skolämnen än det görs i dag..

Syftet med följande rapport är att beskriva erfarenheterna med designen och implementationen av en webbapplikation för e-handel. Arbetet genomfördes som en del av ett kandidatarbete, inom civilingenjörsprogrammet Industriell ekonomi vid Linköpings tekniska högskola, av ett team bestående av åtta studenter.Utgångspunkten för kandidatarbetet, som beskrivs i den här rapporten, var att teamet blev kontrakterat av en fiktiv kund (kursledningen) att skapa en handelsplats för cyklar. Då projektet bedrevs i utbildningssyfte hade kunden vissa krav på hur webbapplikationen skulle skapas både vad gäller slutgiltig funktionalitet och arbetsmetodik. Projektarbetet omfattade 18 högskolepoäng och sträckte sig över fem månader.Ur de specifikationer som kunden gav arbetade teamet fram en vision. Då cykeln är en integrerad del av studentlivet så beslutade teamet att skapa en handelsplats som de själva skulle vilja använda.

Under de senaste tre decennierna har populära managementböcker erbjudit snabba och enkla recept för hur ledare ska leda personal på ett effektivt sätt. Dessa böcker har blivit bästsäljare och har inspirerat många ledare inför nya utmaningar angående personalfrågor. Kända managementförfattare har alltså stor påverkan för hur individ och ledarskap uppfattas i samhället, samt för att förstärka en viss vision om hur människors beteende borde utformas för att företagsmässiga mål skall kunna uppnås. Denna studies syfte var att öka förståelsen för populär managementlitteraturs maktdimensioner. Tre bästsäljande managementböcker från sekelskiftet analyserades genom en foucaultinspirerad diskursanalys, med fokus på styrningsmentalitet, disciplin och människosyn.

Examensarbetets syfte är att undersöka hur förskollärarnas visioner och verksamhetens realiteter möts i samband med förskolans lärarledda skapandeverksamhet och vilka hinder som kan uppstå i detta möte. Studien bygger på kvalitativa intervjuer med tre förskollärare från tre olika förskolor, varav en har en uttalad skapandeprofil, samt ostrukturerade observationer av den lärarledda skapandeverksamheten. Empirin har analyserats med hjälp av resultatet från tidigare studier och de tankar som historiskt påverkat utvecklingen av den skapande verksamheten inom förskolan. I materialet har man kunnat finna influenser från den barnpsykologiska forskningen, konstpedagogiken samt den pedagogiska teori och praktik som växt fram i förskoleverksamheten. Störst påverkan på den skapande verksamheten verkar förskolans tudelade ursprung ha, då arvet från de omsorgsinriktade barnkrubborna och de pedagogiskt inriktade barnträdgårdarna ska smälta samman i en fungerande verksamhet.

In Sweden between 800.000 and 900.000 people have some kind of alcohol related addiction. Each and everyone are expected to have three relatives who in some way are involved in the abuser´s way of life. The consequences of living close to someone with an abuse of alcohol is described as a chaotic life with extreme emotional stress, fear and anger.The aim with our essay has been to look into how social workers are describing their work, from the relatives´ point of view. We also wanted to understand how the relatives´ situation can be. We reached our aim through interviews with social workers and by literature studies.The primary conclusion of the essay is that the dominating theory is that addiction is an illness.

Begreppet ?a true and fair view? finns med i EG: 4:e bolagsrättsdirektiv och i IAS rekommendationer, där det anses att begreppet är en övergripande målsättning med upprättandet av årsredovisningar. För att årsredovisningarna skall kunna visa ?a true and fair view? av företagens ekonomiska situation skall man i speciella fall kunna avvika från regler, råd och rekommendationer med hjälp av tilläggsupplysningar och noter. Denna avvikelse går under namnet ?overriding?.
