Syftet med uppsatsen är att visa vad några pedagoger, vid olika tidpunkter, berättar om en högfungerande autistisk elev i grundskolan och hur de pedagoger som har mest kontakt med Alice ser på henne, hennes problem och möjligheter.   Hur förstår och förklarar pedagogerna hennes problem?   Vad berättar de om Alice i ett kognitivt, socialt och pedagogisk perspektiv?   Hur ser de på syftet med inkluderingen: Vad är målet och hur menar de att det ska uppnås? För att besvara syftets frågeställningar har jag genomfört ostrukturerade intervjuer med sex pedagoger i Alices närhet vid tre olika tillfällen där de har ombetts berätta om Alice. Pedagogernas berättelser analyseras sedan utifrån aktuell forskning och litteratur om autism, inkludering/integrering och narrativa teorier.   Några generella motiv och aspekter framträder särskilt tydligt i pedagogernas berättelser om Alice.   För det första handlar det om hur man ska tilltala och bemöta Alice. Råd om tydlighet, struktur och rak kommunikation förstås på olika sätt av olika pedagoger.   För det andra kan man se en dramaturgisk strategi hos flera av de intervjuade att förklara och dramatisera Alice problem i förhållande till hur det var tidigare och hur det kommer att bli i senare årskurser.   För det tredje syns en skillnad i hur de intervjuade beskriver och förklarar Alices problem. Några av pedagogerna ser det som ett annat sätt att tänka medan de flesta betonar den biomedicinska förklaringsmodellen.   Slutligen skiljer sig berättelserna åt genom sin beskrivning av syftet och ambitionen med integreringen av Alice och hur det ska uppnås.

This study aims to build a deeper understanding on how shareholder value is created in Private Equity investments, especially during the holding period. The study is a qualitative study of the buyout of the access security company Bewator AB made by the Swedish Private Equity firm EQT in 2002. The buyout became highly successful due to various reasons. The study draws the conclusion, contrary to popular belief, that Private Equity firms create value through taking a long term view on business developing rather than being short term value destroyers. The aim of this Masters thesis is to investigate how the image of the Public library is described in the Swedish national library politics, and compare it with the image given of the public library in the Danish national library politics. The method used for this analysis is a comparative discourse analysis of the homepages produced by the Swedish central government Regeringen and Kulturrådet and its Danish counterpart Kulturministeriet and Biblioteksstyrelsen. Theories on postmodernity have been used to analyze how the Swedish and the Danish central governments image of the Public library corresponds with a changing society and the changing behaviour of the public library users. Our analysis concludes that the traditional view of the Public library as an institution mainly concerned with literature and reading still is of great significance in the discourse of the Swedish central government. In contrast, the Danish central government presents a more postmodern view of the public library as an institution that is part of the Information- and the Knowledge society.

Syfte: Syftet med studien var att belysa hur fyra förskollärare beskriver arbetet med att utveckla kommunikationsförmågan hos barn med autismspektrumtillstånd, utifrån förskolans läroplan.Studien utgår från följande frågeställningar:? Hur beskriver förskollärarna möjligheter och hinder i strävan mot de kommunikativa målen i förskolans läroplan när det gäller barn med autismspektrumtillstånd?? Hur genomför förskollärarna arbetet i barngruppen så att barnen med autismspektrumtillstånd stimuleras och utmanas i sin språk- och kommunikationsutveckling?? Vilken hjälp tycker förskollärarna att de själva behöver och får för att kunna sträva efter att varje barn utvecklar sin förmåga att kommunicera med andra?Metod: I studien används en kvalitativ metod. Genom halvstrukturerade intervjufrågor undersöker jag hur fyra förskollärare med egna ord beskriver sitt arbete med barn med autismspektrumtillstånd (AST). Respondenterna har flera års erfarenhet av barn med AST i förskolan. Två pedagoger arbetar på resursavdelningar och två på specialavdelningar.Resultat: Resultatet visar att förskollärarna är övervägande positiva till möjligheterna att sträva mot målen.

Bakgrund: Autismspektrumtillstånd är ett samlingsnamn på fyra neuropsykiska funktionsnedsättningar som gemensamt kännetecknas av begränsningar till socialt samspel, nedsatt förmåga till kommunikation och föreställningsförmåga. I autismspektrumtillstånd diagnosen inkluderas Autism, Desintegrativ störning, Asbergers syndrom och Atypisk autism. Ur ett globalt perspektiv finns det ca 70 miljoner individer som har autismspektrumtillstånd. För barnets föräldrar innebär diagnosen stora förändringar i det dagliga livet och hela familjens livssituation påverkas.Syfte: Syftet med föreliggande studie var att beskriva mödrars upplevelser av att ha barn med autismspektrumtillstånd.Metod: En empirisk deskriptiv studie baserad på analys av åtta bloggar. Innehåll från bloggarna granskades och analyserades enligt Graneheim och Lundmans (2004) innehållsanalys på en manifest nivå.Huvudresultat: Resultatet visar att det hade skett en förändring i mödrarnas livssituation genom att de var tvungna att anpassa sin vardag efter barnets diagnos och förutsättningar.

This report is produced with Nätraälven forest owner association. This forest owner association has been going through some changes the last years and therefore wanted to investigate what the members thought about the development. The main purpose of the study was to gain knowledge about the attitude of the members. The study was made with a questionnaire that was purposed to investigate the member?s opinion on their own cultivation and the view on Nätraälven as an organization. The questionnaire was sent to 110 members.

This thesis, entitled The Headmaster and the Music, is based on interviews with four headmasters, who are all working in the Swedish compulsory school. The purpose is to investigate how they view music, both in general and as a school subject. Since the research on this topic is scarce, the study can be described as explorative.The result shows that the headmasters? personal experiences have an impact on the way they view music. Four different focus points on music in school have emerged from the material, and these represent the four very different views that each headmaster holds.

This is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. The main purpose with this study is to examine the view of prostitution and sex trade among Social worker students at Malmö Högskola. Our research questions are; To which extension and consideration is the view of male and female prostitutes divided? Is the view of the male and female sex buyer different among the students? How do the students explain and understand male and female prostitution? How do the students explain and understand the male and female sex buyer? To collect data and to be able to find out the students views and thoughts about the phenomenon we used focus groups with four to six students in each group. To categorize the material we used four topics; explanation/understanding models, the individuals behind the phenomenon, love/sex and intimacy, and the society?s responsibility.

Organizational culture is subject of a great debate nowadays and there is especially three schools which affairs its nature of reality; modernism, symbolism and postmodernism. This thesis is built upon a case study about the organization Idé & KunskapsCentrum, which experience various cultural issues. Observations made during visits in the organization environment forms the ground on which discussions about different perspectives are made regarding organizational culture.The thesis describes and investigates the subject of organizational culture and its relationship to human behavior in organizations. Furthermore, I discuss and analyze organizational culture from the three different perspectives, in order to present a critical view on the subject for the reader.The thesis is based upon a case study about the organization Idé & KunskapsCentrum. A qualitative research method has been conducted with data collected especially from an ethnographic study, but also via semi-structured interviews.

Women are subordinate of men in the society, this is visible both in work places and private lives. Equality between the sexes is daily discussed in politics and the private sphere. As this is a hot topic which is debated within many areas, one of those is film production, we chose to write this essay about how the view of women has changed in movies over time. Etnografisk forskning betyder i praktiken, beskrivningar av individer och dess aktiviteter för att försöka förstå utifrån sammanhanget (Aspers, 2013).I studie används två olika metoder i insamlandet av data, vilket inom etnografisk forskning benämns triangulering. Metoder som använts är observation och intervju, vilka ger förutsättningar att få insyn i lärandemiljöns påverkan på elevers förutsättningar till delaktighet, kommunikation och lärande.

The view of leadership is usually from a top-down perspective, which contributes to an often underestimated view of the follower. Just as it is important to understand the leader's view of leadership, it is important to understand how employees view the structure from which the leader derives its legitimacy. The existing conditions in knowledge-intensive firms, such as autonomy, place special demands on the formal leadership.Purpose: The purpose of this study takes an employee perspective, to understand what the conditions are for formal leadership in knowledge-intensive firms.Method: A qualitative research method was used and empirical material was collected through interviews with employees in knowledge-intensive firms. The empirical material was analyzed by the respondents? mental images which were set against the theoretical framework of the thesis.Conclusions: The conditions for formal leadership in knowledge-intensive firms make it advantageous to have a leader with a withdrawn role.
