Luftkvalitén vintertid i stall för frigående värphöns är ett omdiskuterat ämne inom svensk äggnäring. Djurens välfärd är grunden till en effektiv produktion och ventilationen i stallarna har en stor inverkan på detta. I de flesta stall sänks ventilationsflödet under kallare perioder vintertid för att reducera värmeförlusterna vilket medför att luftutbytet i stallet blir lågt och koncentrationen av fukt, koldioxid och ammoniak ökar. Flertalet studier har visat att det är svårt att hålla nivåerna av ammoniak under gränsvärdet på 10 ppm i stall för frigående värphöns vintertid. Med anledning av vikten av en väl fungerande ventilationsanläggning har den ideella föreningen Fjäderfäcentrum i samråd med ventilationstekniker Sivert Johansson arbetat fram en checklista för optimerad ventilation i fjäderfästallar. Examensarbetet syftade till att utvärdera om den utformade checklistan kan fungera som verktyg vid felsökning och optimering av ventilationsanläggningar i stall för frigående värphöns i flervåningssystem, utan tillsatsvärme.

Det gör man bland annat genom att minska energianvändningen för uppvärmning av bostäder. Energiförbrukningen i ett passivhus är ungefär en fjärdedel av förbrukningen för ett traditionellt hus. Passivhus är välisolerade och täta byggnader som till stor del värms upp av den energi som redanfinns i huset. De boende och deras hushållsapparater är mycket viktiga energikällor.

This essay is about Skelleftea church town which is named Bonnstan and refers to the city for farmers. Originally, its mission was to function as temporary residence for long distance travelers of the villages, during weekends intended for religious gatherings. Bonnstan have furthermore periodically and in lesser extent been used as permanently abode for domestic workers. Nowadays the area consists of 114 cottages with nearly 400 chambers.The earliest known documentation of Skelleftea church town's existence is from the 17th century even though it may have its origin from the Middle Ages. These early church cottages burnt down in 1835 and were restored two years after the accident.

Abstract Ideon Science Park was built on the edge of Lund city in mid-80ies. The Science Park was surrounded by open farm land and Lunds Faculty of engineering(LTH). The architecture, the facades of the buildings, were placed to face the faculty. The Science Park has since then grown, and the actual front of the building is no longer faced towards LTH. The people working at Ideon are met by the backside, the meeting with Ideon is primarerly a meeting with fields of parkinglots. The initiative to this thesis was taken by Ikano Fastigheter AB, one of two real estate owners of Ideon Science park. Their aim is to make the area easier to orientate, they want it to be more internally connected and with a stronger identity. The thesis is mainly dealing with two questions conserning Ideon Science center.

The first part of this essay is about a single-family house that we have planned and projected. Thesecond part is a deeper study in ways to further insulate windows when they are not in use.In the first part the building?s design and its most important construction elements are described.The planning of all major installations (heating, domestic water, ventilation, sanitation, electricity)are reported so that one can in principle start construction of the house. In addition there arecalculations done on the building?s energy management.The result is a two stored house angled toward the south.

During the late 19: th century the park Tivoli in Halmstad, today called Norre Katts park, was known as one of the most beautiful amusementparks of southern Sweden. This is a description that hardly anyone would use to portray the park today. The aim of this study is therefore to investigate what the park once looked like and how it has changed until today?s neglected state. The history of the place and by who and for whom the park with; 4 ½ acers with meandering paths, caves, an avenue, leaf halls and bowers, was created. Who designed the park in the year of 1843 is an unrequited question.

Parasiter kan påverka sina värdar på många olika sätt. Flodpärlmusslans (Margaritifera margaritifera L.) glochidielarver lever inkapslade som parasiter på gälarna hos öring (Salmo trutta L.) i flera månader innan de blir frilevande. Genom experiment i ett strömakvarium har denna studie undersökt hypoteserna att öring med inkapslade gälparasiter tar färre byten, och simmar kortare avstånd när de födosöker än öring utan gälparasiter. Resultaten visade att infekterad öring tog signifikant färre byten/minut än oinfekterad öring både i början och i slutet av en födosöksperiod under vilken individerna konfronterades med tvåhundra poteniella byten. Vilket visar att infekterad öring har en lägre furageringshastighet är oinfekterad öring. Däremot påvisades ingen skillnad mellan öring med och utan parasiter med avseende på antal byten tagna i förhållande till avstånd från bytet.  Den lägre furageringshastigheten som påvisades hos de infekterade öringarna tyder på att infektion av flodpärlmusslans larver kan ha negativa effekter på fiskarnas tillväxt, och därmed överlevnad.

This thesis rewievs present day research on the settlement of Östra Aros in central Sweden. The thesis deals with the period from late Iron age to about 1270 AD, when the Swedish archdiocese moved to the already existing early-medieval settlement of Östra Aros, thus becoming the medieval town of Uppsala. The basis of the thesis is the study of a variety of source materials, such as artefact studies, runestones, topography and the prehistoric and early medieval hinterland. The thesis centers on archaeological excavation data and dating of settlement structures, particularly focusing on the settlements establishment. Through a critical review of primarily the written record and the archaeological data, the settlements characteristics and functions are discussed, emphasising when and if the settlement could be described as a town, central- or trading place..

The National Property Board (SFV) has been appointed by the Swedish government to administer all property of cultural value owned by the Swedes collectively. The commission includes maintaining the soul and character of each individual building, to adapt these buildings to present needs and requirements, and furthermore making them available to the public. The return on equity demanded by the government is based on the CAPM used within the real estate industry. The theoretical assumption that organizations are either function-driven or pay-driven will serve as a starting point, after which SFV will be defined as a function-driven organization with a pay-formed management control system. This paper aims to examine how applying a pay-formed management control system will affect a function-driven organization.

This essay will discuss the process of drawing a restaurant ? the position of the house lot, requirements from the authority and architectural quality.During the summer months are many people celebrating their spare time in the beach in Jönköping, by the shore of Lake Vättern. There is some existing buildings in this area that is not used by a general public. In cooperation with the municipality of Jönköping and a person who wants to operate a restaurant on the beach, is this essay a proposal of how this part of the shore of Lake Vättern can look in the future.The focus of the work is to design a restaurant. This is made on the basis of the interviews that have been made with the operators of the area and a thought building, and from the existing rules of the performing and designing of a restaurant.The planned restaurant is placed in an area where it today is a public toilet.

AbstractThe church of Borrie lies about 10 km north of Ystad in the southern of Sweden. Though thechurch is one of the smallest in Scania it holds a very complicated history.In this essay all relevent material concerning the church of Borrie is presented. The materialdoes not only concist of literature, but also photographs. The purpose of this investigationwas to use this material to sort out and explain the history of the church of Borrie.The problem is presented in the following points:1. This is a Bachelor?s degree project withthe aim of investigating how to preventwarranty errors in apartment buildings.Our goal has been to compile the mostcommon warranty errors and the reasonbehind them.To achieve this goal, we have studiedthe warranty protocols from fiveprojects. We also performed interviewswith people who work in house productionand people who work with warranties. Thepurpose of the interviews was to findout the underlying causes of warrantyerrors and what one could do to preventthose.Cracks in walls and ceilings were themost frequent remarks on the warrantyprotocols. Remarks on the floors,windows and doors were also common, butnot to the same extent.

Bravida is one of Scandinavia's leading suppliers of technical installations and services. According to Bravida an installer loses around 35 per cent of their daily work. It?s the time aspect that?s going to be examined in this thesis. The purpose of this thesis is that the student in question is to investigate the activities of the installers that works with this project, identifying where and how time losses occur and come up with suggestions for improvement.Methods used in this work is literature studies, observational studies and interviews.

Projektet omfattade undersökning och framtagande av ett solcellssystem med förmåga att försörja ett FTX-system i ett flerbostadshus från miljonprogrammet med el. För att kunna bedöma storlek och utformning av komponenter har information tagits genom:Informationssökning via databaser, kurslitteratur och intervjuerSimuleringar av solceller i datorprogrammet PVSYSTModulering av ventilationskanaler i datorprogrammet MagiCADSyftet var främst att undersöka om det gick att få fram ett teoretiskt fungerande system med avseende på både solceller och ventilation. Beroende på vad resultatet blev skulle även ekonomin i projektet undersökas.Undersökningen visade att det teoretiskt ska gå att installera solceller för elframställning som klarar av att täcka FTX-systemets elbehov på årsbasis. Solcellerna bedöms även producera tillräckligt med el för viss övrig elkrävande utrustning under stora delar av året. Det visade sig även att det skulle gå att få solcellerna ekonomiskt lönsamma om en kalkyltid på 14 år används.
