This report is a study in voltagelevel in connection with regeneration of brake energy from the tramtype M31 in Gothenburg.In the act of braking, the tram M31 uses electrical braking where the electrical motors generates energy and if possible send it back to the overheadline, where other trams in the nearby can use this regenerated energy for its own driving force. In cases where no other energyconsumers are located in the same section, there is a resistance witch task is to convert this energy into heat. Studien behandlar projektledares uppfattningar av lärande i projektarbete. Valet av yrkesgrupp projektledare, beror på att projektledare ofta tilldelas nya projekt vilka de snabbt är tvungna att sätta sig in i. För att ett projekt ska fungera och lärande ska uppstå är det ett måste att alla deltagare har goda relationer och ett bra samspel. Syftet med studien är att nå en ökad förståelse av projektledares uppfattningar av lärande inom projektarbete. Fenomenografiska ansatsen valdes då variation är viktigt för att fånga så olika uppfattningar som möjligt.

The main purpose of this report is a first step to cover the scarcely investigated subject of interspecific competition between roe deer, Capreolus capreolus, and fallow deer, Dama dama. The report focuses on the distance between individuals of roe and fallow in the study area as well as which factors that is affecting the variation in distance depending on fallow deer group size and changing population density over time and in two areas. For additional information the history of the populations, such as harvest and distribution, is also investigated. The report came to the conclusion that interspecific competition between the species do occur. The elevated distance between individuals of the two species is clearly significant. The most important factor affecting the distance seemed to be the size of the fallow groups.

Att vara egenföretagare är en anställningsform som blir allt vanligare och genom att skapa en förståelse för varför denna anställningsform växer ökar även kunskapen om egenföretagarnas drivkraft och trivsel. Motivation har en nära koppling till arbetstillfredsställelse och är en viktig del i egenföretagarnas vardag.  Studiens syfte var att skapa en förståelse om vad som påverkar egenföretagarnas arbetstillfredsställelse och även att ta reda på betydelsefulla motivationsfaktorer. Denna kvalitativa undersökning är baserad på intervjuer av 15 egenföretagare. Resultatet visade att en god arbetsmiljö, utmaningar och självständighet har en positiv påverkan på arbetstillfredsställelsen medan en hög arbetsbelastning påverkade arbetstillfredsställelsen negativt. Variation och skapande i arbetet, erkännande och utveckling visade sig vara bland de starkaste motivationsfaktorerna för att egenföretagare skulle fortsätta driva sitt företag..

 Det statistiska kvalitetsverktyget Statistisk Processtyrning, SPS, introducerades på BT Products AB i Mjölby utifrån en specifik implementeringsprocess. Introduktionen utfördes i en målningsprocess och genom detta arbete kunde aktuell process utvärderas och orsaker bakom eventuell urskiljbar variation eftersökas. I gällande process målas gods till eldrivna truckar svarta genom elektrostatisk pulvermålning, där eftersträvad färgskikttjocklek är 70 µm. Målningen utförs automatiserat av fyra robotar och för att erhålla kunskap om processens uppförande studerades och analyserades utfallet statistiskt utifrån en bestämd kvalitetsindikator, färgskikttjockleken. Data samlades in utifrån denna indikator genom kontinuerlig mätning på utvalt objekt och med hjälp av en mätmall för att erhålla jämförbara observationer.

The aim of this study is to analyse how children?s literature for ages 6 ? 8 is adapted to pupils with reading difficulties. The material used for analysis in this study is six children?s books, examining some of the criteria by which a text is classified as easy-to-read. The result of the analysis shows that there is a possibility for pupils with reading difficulties to read something other than easy-to-read literature if it is carefully selected.

Vårt syfte med undersökningen är att med hjälp av en mindre grupp vägledare från komvux, försäkringskassan och AF, ta reda på hur de upplever sin yrkesroll i vägledningssammanhang. Vi är också intresserade av hur dessa vägledares samverkan är med andra myndigheter. Metoden vi har använt oss av är kvalitativ intervju med hjälp av en intervjuguide. Vi valde vägledare från olika områden för att få variation av informanternas berättelse av samma verklighet. Vårt resultat i vår studie visar att de flesta av informanterna har samarbete med olika professioner, ett fåtal har vid några tillfällen samarbetat med någon myndighet.

Detta arbete omfattar en studie angående ett blivande kompetensutvecklingscenter för urbefolkningen på ön Mindoro i Filippinerna. En central punkt på centret är ett rum avsätt för varierande verksamheter. Min studie omfattar hur detta rum på bästa sätt kan bidra till flexibilitet och användbarhet genom rumsliga element. En fallstudie utfördes i Filippinerna under perioden mars-maj 2012. En kvalitativ studie innefattande intervjuer, observationer, diskussioner, analyser och litteraturstudie, med fokus på visioner, hinder och förutsättningar. Analys av studien och designprocessen resulterade i ett gestaltningsförslag som skapar förutsättningar för inkludering och funktionalitet. Resultatet blev en stapelbar låda som går att använda som sittplats, en plats till förvaring, samt går att sätta ihop till önskade moduler.

Alpackor blir alltmer populära som ullproducenter och sällskapsdjur, både i Sverige och i övriga världen. Detta ökar kraven på ett effektivt avelsarbete, i synnerhet då alpackor av naturen har en långsam reproduktion. En viktig del i det arbetet är att kunna skilja ut och använda lovande avelshanar så tidigt som möjligt och att undvika tjuvparning med mindre lämpliga hanar. I litteraturen anges att alpackor uppnår puberteten någon gång mellan 1 och 3 års ålder, vilket är ett stort spann. Puberteten är dock en successiv process med många olika definitioner, bland annat fullt utvecklade könsorgan, libido och en viss minimikoncentration av spermier i ejakulatet.

Gastric ulcer is a common disease among pigs in the whole world where an intensiveproduction occurs. It is mainly the upper region, the nonglandular region of the stomach thatis affected. Gastric ulceration is a disease with several risk factors. The factor that seems tohave the largest impact on the development of gastric ulceration is a small particle size of thefeed. The reported prevalence of gastric ulceration differs from 5 to 100 % and it is a largeherd-to-herd variation.

En stor del av de svenska byggnaderna uppfyller inte de krav som ställs för taksäkerhet, och saknar taksäkerhetsanordningar. Detta beror på att de taksäkerhetsanordningar som finns på marknaden idag inte tilltalar kunden tillräckligt estetiskt. Dessutom finns en stor variation av taktyper, detta har medfört att det utvecklats många olika infästningar för taksäkerhetsprodukter. Målet är att utveckla taksäkerhetsanordningar som kunden anser vara estetiskt tilltalande samt konstruera en infästning som fungerar för alla typer av tak och alla taksäkerhetsprodukter. Resultat: Flera koncept togs fram med fokus på design och tillverkning, där till slut ett slutkoncept valdes för infästning, snörasskydd och nockräcke samt två koncept för stegar.
