Detta kan innebÀra att det blir svÄrt att klara av sina vardagliga aktiviteter dÄ funktionsförmÄgan kan försÀmras, vilket kan medföra ett lidande för individen.Syfte: Syfte med studien var att belysa individers upplevelser av lÄngvarig smÀrta.Metod: En systematisk litteratur studie genomfördes och 14 kvalitativa studier kvalitetsgranskades utifrÄn Forsberg och Wengströms (2013) checklista för kvalitativa studier. Artiklar analyserades enligt Axelssons (2012) metod som innebÀr att gÄ frÄn helhet till delar och till slut komma fram till en ny helhet, detta resulterade sedermera i sex teman.Resultat: Att leva med lÄngvarig smÀrta kunde pÄverka och begrÀnsa individens liv bÄde fysiskt, psykiskt och socialt. SmÀrtan gjorde att individerna försökte anpassa sin vardag genom att hitta strategier för att hantera sin smÀrta. En del beskrev bristande förstÄelse frÄn bÄde anhöriga och vÄrdpersonal.Slutsats: Genom att lyssna och vara lyhörda kan sjuksköterskor öka sin förstÄelse för hur individer upplever lÄngvarig smÀrta.

The county hospital of Dalarna has for the last couple of years carried through a process of digitalization. The result is that within the county it exists image plate systems from two different manufacturers. In an attempt to create a tool for dose optimization and dose surveillance the county of Dalarna would like to investigate if the exposure index from Agfa and Fuji is suitable as a dose indicator. An investigation of the exposure index, S, from Fuji has already been done. This thesis has been continuing the investigation by evaluating the stability of the exposure index, lgM, from Agfa.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka uppfattningarna hos karaktÀrsÀmneslÀrarna pÄ gymnasiet med inriktning mot El-programmet, elektronik/datorteknik vad gÀller de arbetsuppgifter som de utför inom karaktÀrsÀmnet, hur förberedda de menar sig vara för dessa uppgifter, samt i vad mÄn de anser sig behöva utveckla sin kompetens. Vidare var syftet att ta reda pÄ vilken kompetensutveckling som erbjuds för dessa arbetsuppgifter. Studien bygger, utifrÄn frÄgestÀllningen i syftet, pÄ en kvalitativ undersökning med hjÀlp av intervjuer. Intervjuerna genomfördes med sex karaktÀrsÀmneslÀrare inom avsedda program fördelat pÄ fyra gymnasieskolor i fyra olika orter.Resultatet visar att samtliga intervjuade kÀnner sig kompetenta i sitt verksamma karaktÀrsomrÄde i och med att de har bÄde relevant utbildning och arbetslivserfarenhet. SyfteSyftet med studien var att hos Àldre undersöka en rad olika fysiologiska parametrar före och efter en 8-veckors styrketrÀningsperiod med relativt tung styrketrÀning vid tre tillfÀllen per vecka för att ta reda pÄ om denna metod fungerar hÀlsofrÀmjande. The smartphone is part of our daily life. Smartphone users type on a screen area that is no larger than the palm of a hand. To help with this endeavor the software known as AutoCorrect was created. However little is known about how AutoCorrect actually change the language and if AutoCorrect users at all perceive the impact it has. This study aims to find out if our test subjects are aware of AutoCorrect?s presence and how much it influences them.

The purpose of this paper is to analyse and discuss clinch-nails found at an excavation at terrace II in the Garrison of Birka, on the island of Björkö in Sweden. This type of clinch-nails is common in Viking age Sweden and is usually interpreted as coming from boats. The study will try to show that these types of nails could have been used in several kinds of wooden constructions. It will also show how the nails were made and what kinds of tools were used by the Viking smiths. The study has shown that this type of nails were used in several different types of wooden constructions such as boats, sleds, cart bodies, coffins, Birka's ramparts and buildings.

Fortifikationsverket which is the landlord for the Swedish national defence has a great problem in their forestry due to the relatively large amount of metal objects in their timber. These metal objects cause different types of economical losses in the timber refinement chain. To enable out sorting of logs containing metal objects already in the harvesting phase, Fortifikationsverket is interested of the possibility to utilize some type of metal detector in a harvesting head for that purpose.The goal of this study was to, with help of a case study, enlighten the problem that metal objects in timber cause for Fortifikationsverket and their customers of timber and to investigate conditions of to mount and utilize some kind of metal detector in a harvesting head at present.The saw timber deliveries by Fortifikationsverket during the time period 2003-2005 was used as a reference volume for calculations of economical losses. In this case study was included two sawmills where timber from Fortifikationsverket were delivered to for further refinement. Factors investigated were the type of damage metal objects caused in these two sawmills and the economical signification of these damages.

In January of 2014 a newly founded company held a press conference in central Stockholm. The purpose of the conference was to inform about Lexbase, the largest database on the Internet with legal information about the Swedish general public. The aim of this particular paper is to use news reports about Lexbase as material to identify the theses and their types presented in Swedish newspapers, and to examine the ideology constructed and presented by the theses in the said news reports. För att motivera för förÀndring av levnadsvanor bör hÀnsyn tas till tre begrepp; vÀrdighet, self-efficacy och empowerment. Syfte: Syftet Àr att undersöka om ökad upplevelse av self-efficacy kan frÀmja hÀlsosamma levnadsvanor och hur sjuksköterskan kan arbeta för att stödja patienter. Metod: Vald metod Àr en litteraturöversikt.

The purpose of this report was to investigate how the abiotic factors (temperature, pH, nutrients, oxygen levels and water content) would affect the decomposition of oil-contaminated soil and how a variance in structured soil would affect the decomposition-rate. A minor field-study was made and soil where structured in five different ways (one was a default pile and was used as a reference). The study took place over 137 days and three samples were taken (start, middle, end) and analyzed for aromatic and aliphatic compounds. The result of this study shows that there is a significant difference between all methods for the aliphatic compounds and no significant difference for the aromatic compounds. The abiotic factors that affect decomposition vary from organism to organism, depending on what type of environment it will function the best.

Voltage sag indices are a way of quantifying the performance of the power supply, as far as voltage sags are concerned. Indices can be defined for individual events, for individual sites, and for a whole system. A standard method for single-event methods is part of IEC standard 61000-4-30.This thesis emphasizes the importance of voltage sag indices and different methods for calculating three-phase voltage sag characteristics. Three-phase events measured in a medium network voltage over period of one month were analyzed, results examined and statistically evaluated. An algorithm for calculating voltage sag characteristics and indices was created in Matlab.

The transformation within the swedish infrastructure has been a slow process from thebeginning of time. This bachelor thesis focuses mainly oncontracting regarding design-build-operate-main (DBOM), the new contracting formulabetween the owner and the contractor.
