This candidate.?s work includes designing of a house with it.?s structural components andinstallations. The house had to be actual with Building Regulations (Boverkets Byggregler).Beside designing of all the crucial systems necessary for completing of claimed regulations evenan optional topic within building engineering had to be chosen.The task included designing of heating, ventilation, sanitation and electricity systems. Structuralengineering models has been made in compliance with Eurocodes. Materials for facades, floorsand roof were chosen and evaluated.As recessed portion of the work, evaluating of possibilities in designing of a glass roof waschosen.

Texo Application has created robots that they call for satellites; with these you can feed in storage pallets into a satellite storage. Satellite storages consist of channels in height (e.g.3 to 8 pieces) and width (e.g.3 to 100 pieces). Channels can be different long (e.g. 5 to 200 pallets). At deposit of a storage pallet the truck insert the satellite in a channel and then the pallet, the pallet is driven into the channel until it reaches another pallet or the other end.

The aim of this report is to examine the possibilities to use network theories to perform vulnerability analysis on complex networks. The scoop of this work is also to improve the possibilities to chart, analyze and present the vulnerability in a power grid. Project Safe Sleeping Position (SSP) contains all parts in a product development phase. The project comprises the whole cycle from idea to a complete product where all aspects are included. The scope is to develop an innovative solution for a common known problem and work with all parts within the man-machine-way. The result is an inflatable product which secures a child in the correct way for the seatbelt to work properly in the rearseat of a car. Ergonomics, technical extent, usability, design, construction, product solutions and market potential are some of all parts witch the project includes.

Ramverket utnyttjar en modell som föreslagits av Lundell och Lings för att extrahera både krav och förväntningar som en organisation (www.it.volvo.com) hade på vad ett CASE-verktyg är och kan utföra.Ramverket extraherar krav i ett organisationell kontext, dvs. utvärderingen utfördes innan verktyget som evaluerades användes i organisationen. The main topic of this thesis is to evaluate the impact on the usability of web pages when using responsive web design, a concept for developing web pages whose design adapts to the screen size being used. This is done by creating a responsive prototype based on an existing web site. A number of usability tests are conducted on the two versions of the site in order to compare the time to complete the tests and to observe the behaviour of the test participants. The tests are conducted on desktop as well as on mobile devices with varying screen size.The number of test participants was relatively low, and so the quantitative result is not statistically valid. However, the conclusion is that the most effective combination is to use either of the sites on desktop format.

Use case är en teknik som kan användas som hjälpmedel i RE-processen för att identifiera och dokumentera krav.Syftet med detta examensarbete är att undersöka om use case är tillräcklig som enda teknik för att identifiera och dokumentera krav samt vilka eventuella kompletterande tekniker som används bland systemutvecklare. Resultatet av undersökningen visar att use case-tekniken inte är tillräcklig utan måste kompletteras med andra tekniker för att möjliggöra att samtliga krav kan identifieras och dokumenteras..

This thesis is based on design theory about how to build an application for the mobile platform, a scientific analysis and an application for grocery shopping and meal planning. The thesis also contains a valuation of the research and of the application. The valuation of the application was done by a usability test and an analysis of the results of the test.The application of the thesis has an easy navigation system, which is time saving and simple to use. Finding recipes with the associated ingredients is a quick fix. The search function can be used for searching freely after recipes as well as for separate ingredients. That makes it possible for the user to create own recipes from available ingredients.
