Vårt mål med denna uppsats är att förstå de ideologier som finns representerade i ett utbildningsmaterial riktat till ungdomar om problematiken kring mäns våld mot kvinnor. Vi använder oss av en kombinerad argumentations- och ideologianalys för att nå svaret på vår frågeställning. Detta är en oortodox metod inom genusvetenskapen, vilken får oss att positionera oss feministisk-empiristiskt. Detta har bevisat för oss hur genusvetenskapen kan utvecklas och anammas även av mer traditionella discipliner. Svaret på frågeställningen är att materialet har en maktkritisk poststrukturalistisk intention, där postkoloniala och queerteoretiska antaganden marginaliserats till förmån för könsaspekten av maktförhållandena.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att utvärdera projektet Utmaningen och huruvida samverkan fungerar mellan de interna och externa aktörerna som är involverade i projektet. Utmaningen är ett projekt i Kungsbacka Kommun som arbetar speciellt för att ungdomar som befinner sig på institutioner ska kunna få vård och behandlingar på hemmaplan. Projektet riktar sig även mot att förhindra att ungdomar som befinner sig i riskzonen ska behöva placeras på institutioner. De ungdomar som berörs inom projektet Utmaningen ska ha varit placerade på institution för eget beteende. Projektet Utmaningen har en projekttid till senhösten 2012 och därefter avgörs om projektet ska implementeras i Kungsbacka Kommun.

Since the late 50th century, the automobile has been normative in the Swedish society (Lundin 2008). This has led to an urban environment deeply characterized by the motor vehicle and its necessities, while other means of transportation, such as train and bicycle, have been ignored and put aside. However, over the past decades, a new trend has been seen in urban planning as a consequence of the increasing knowledge of the negative qualities caused by the car. As a result, the bicycle is seen as a conceivable transport mode.This thesis examines cycling on four issues:- Why is there a need of more cyclists? - How can the total number of cyclists as well as the number of satisfied cyclists increase? - Which factors affect the choice of transport mode? - Which factors affect the choice of route?The first two questions are discussed from a literature study that was conducted at the beginning of the thesis.

This thesis aims at examining factors that influence women?s choice of clothing. Focus lies on what women want to communicate with their clothes, how consumption is used as a means of expression, women?s attitude towards the clothing and the body image that media has created. Is there an underlying idea in a women?s choice of clothing and is she trying to express something specific? Why do women buy the clothes they do? The aim with this thesis is to identify if there is a difference between people from an urban area and those from a small town, as well what role the geographic difference plays in how fashion conscious you are or how you choose your clothes.

Integration policies have failed to make diversity into anything more than occupying the same physical space. People of different cultural background still do not share their lives to any real extent. Attempts made within planning and landscape architecture to catalyst the integration process have mainly been focused on structural measures, such as residential policies. As for outdoor environments, non-verbal casual encounters in the shape of crossing paths are assumed to lie at the heart of urban social integration.The aim of the thesis is to question this assumption and, as the thesis will show, there is literature supporting this aim. Looking at the works of Gordon Allport, Lewis Coser and some of their followers, I find intercultural contact to require more complex ways of interaction in order to reduce prejudice and to generate tolerance and understanding.

Syftet för denna rapport är att ur ett universitetsperspektiv studera vilka styrmedel som används vid ett universitet samt att behandla ekonomistyrningens roll i det befintliga samarbetet med näringslivet. Jag har valt att genomföra en fallstudie gentemot Luleå tekniska universitet. På universitetet har jag studerat intern styrmodell, verksamhetsuppdrag och måldokument samt genomfört intervjuer med fem personer med olika positioner inom organisationen och möjligtvis också personer med olika perspektiv i vissa frågor. Eftersom djupare information eftersöks och respondenter är få till antalet har i denna studie valet gjorts att använda en kvalitativ metodansats. Resultatet av denna studie visar att Luleå tekniska universitet använder sig av styrmedel för att mäta och utvärdera sin verksamhet.

This study investigates the use of the social network Facebook among 67 Swedish libraries; 27 academic libraries and 40 public libraries. Data is collected through an analysis of the libraries? Facebook pages and through an email survey. To analyze the data, a series of statistical analyses were performed.The results indicate that the public libraries more actively posted Facebook updates than the academic libraries and that the libraries that had a policy for use of Facebook/social media more actively posted updates than those libraries that did not have such policy. The libraries use Facebook mainly to post links and photos and to announce events, provide book recommendations, and to emphasize special occasions.

Syfte 2: Vi vill också se om skolans organisation från kommunala skolpolitiker ner till lärare kommit så långt i sin omorganisering att man kan säga att målstyrning fungerar. Metod: Kandidatarbetet är utformat som en kvalitativ fallstudie och för att samla in det empiriska materialet har vi använt oss av öppna intervjuer. I vår avgränsning, att på kommunal nivå se och tolka hur mål formuleras för gymnasieskolan, har vi valt att intervjua personer inom gymnasienämnden, utbildningsförvaltningen och gymnasieskolan. Slutsatser: Idag fungerar den målstyrda skolan efter mycket slit av de ansvariga politikerna, förvaltarna, skolledningen och lärarna.

This essay focuses on the function and development of city harbors during the middle ages in the Scanian part of Öresund. The purpose of the survey is to take a closer look at topography, development and activities on the shores in three coastal cities along the west coast of Scania. The cities that has been part of the survey are: Skanör ? Falsterbo, Malmoe and Landskrona, three cities that follows each other chronologically and that show both similarities and differences in appearance, function and urbanization.The cities of Skanör ? Falsterbo and Malmoe were important market places for the medieval Scania market with the herring fishery in focus. The cities? birth has to be looked upon in relation to these activities.

This paper examines the power producing dams along the Ume-river as an integral part of and a result from the urbanization process in Sweden during industrial capitalism. The aim of the paper is to contribute to the knowledge of the urbanization process in Sweden in general and of its traces along the Ume river in the county of Västerbotten in particular. The paper applies the theory of concentrated urbanization and extended urbanization put forward by Neil Brenner and Christian Schmid (2015) and argues that the building of power producing dams along the Ume-river is part of an extended urbanization process. This becomes particularly evident when examining the vast physical structures that is the dams, situated in an otherwise remote and sparsely populated area. These vast physical structures are also very well connected to a nation wide electric grid that has connections to bordering countries as well.

The aim of this Bachelor´s thesis is to contribute to theunderstanding of the headmaster´s view of his role when it comes to developing the school library and in particular the work of integrating the library into the teaching. The basis is three questions: What views do the headmasters express regarding the libraries´ main functions? What views do the headmasters express regarding their own importance for the school libraries´ pedagogical role? How do the headmasters regard the interaction between teachers and librarians, as to how the interaction works? To get answers to these questions we conducted semi-structured interviews with headmasters of secondary schools. As a theoretical starting point, we used our own taxonomy for headmasters. The basis of our taxonomy are from the points by the ?Svenska biblioteksföreningen? and ?Kungliga biblioteket?, which together form a description of a school library integrated in the school curricula.

Den här undersökningen syftar till att svara på huruvida arbetsförmedlare anser arbetsförmedlingen som officiell institution behövs. Vidare undersöks arbetsmiljö, stress, stressorer och arbetsförmedlares bedömning av sin egen arbetsinsats. Undersökningen är kvantitativ och i form av enkät. Studien är begränsad till Gävleborgs län. Undersökningen bygger på 3 enkäter Arbetsförmedlares syn på sin arbetsinsats (ASSA) samt Percieved Stress Scale (PSS) och Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HAD).

Primärdata har insamlats genom sju stycken semistrukturerade intervjuer med representanter för småföretag.Slutsats: Då revisorn vid en avreglering av revisionsplikten inte behöver ta hänsyn till oberoendefrågan, som idag begränsar relationen med företaget, öppnar detta för en djupare och mer nära relation mellan de båda parterna med än mer rådgivning än idag. Revisorn anlitas då inte längre för ett granskningsuppdrag utan används enbart som ett stöd och en hjälp för företaget, vilket leder till att dennes roll som granskare försvinner och öppnar möjlighet för företagen att kunna ge andra roller till revisorn..

In the Swedish Curriculum (Lpfö 1998, revised 2010) pedagogogical documentation constitute a big part. It is important that the childrens development and learning are documentated properly, both for the child itself, but also as an quality review and evaluation of the work that is made at the Preschool.In this study we have examined preschool teacher?s attitudes towards pedagogical documentation and how they work with it and use it in the daily work at the Preschool.We have also examined their own abilities to implement pedagogical documentation. For whom is the documentation made for? We also wanted to see if the children had any opportunity to influence the work.We have used a qualitative method and our study is based on six semi-structured interviews with six preschool teachers.
