The project has involved the development of two kinds of shooting targets in partnership with Marcus Bergkvist and Christopher Åkerblom. The project from the client was divided into two parts. This thesis discusses solutions for hands-on transport, development of tripods and an overall design. The second thesis affect resetting systems for the products.The work was done with a process and methodology based on design perspectives. This process has involved the search of relevant data which has provided the platform and opportunity for appropriate and purposeful design work.Concept development has been done using hand sketches and Photoshop, where a simple visualization of different concepts for the tripods has been produced.

Tanzania is today one of the greatest aid recipients in the world, but still - after over 45 years of huge amounts of aid - one of the poorest and least developed countries. How can that be? Civil society is said to benefit the democratization process, but has not succeed in Tanzania. Has the extensive aid had any impact? Our purpose is to investigate this set of problems.We are using theories concerning civil society and aid in general, and the theoretical framework developed by Hadenius and Uggla ?Making Civil Society Work, Promoting Democratic Development: What Can States and Donors Do??, in particular.

The goal of this project was to create a web-based, crowd-sourced, correlational database, that easily allowed users to submit objects and receive correlated objects as results. The webservice was created in the web development languages of HTML, CSS, PHP and Javscript, with MySQL to handle the database. Simultaneous development was kept in check with the aid of the source code management system GIT. Upon completion, the service contained several HTML-views, the ability to add and rate objects, a per-object dedicated page with information parsed from Wikipedia.org, and a view with objects ranked in accordance to the preferences specific to the current user. Roughly a month after the beginning of development, the website was publicly launched and promoted in order to collect data, and improvements were added to the website as needed.

Detta arbete är ett examensarbete om markpackning i urban miljö med fokus på att undvika, åtgärda och ett växtval. Arbetet är skrivet på 15 hp inom LTJ-Fakulteten under perioden 2009/2010. Arbetet har olika avsnitt som tar olika ämnen inom markpackning.Den första delen handlar om bakgrunden till arbetet där det tas upp att ämnet kommer i grund och botten från Alnarp förskola samt att det är ett stort problem i den gröna sektorn. Själva syftet med arbetet var att få en bättre förståelse för markpackning hur det uppstår, hur det kan undvikas och åtgärdas. Det ska kunna ge grund till kommande arbeten i ämnet eftersom det är en sammanfattning av forsknings- och rapportmateria .

Our aim is to analyse and discuss Swedish sport federations´ view about talent. We are analysing material, mainly in digital form, with focus on the identification of talents, development of talents and talents in a wider perspective. The first one is about when and how federations identify talents. The second one is about how they work with development of talents, for example, what is the most significant aspect to develop young people to become successful athletes. The third one is about organizations questions, how they work to create an environment that enables Swedish athletes to become great in sports.

Agile systems development has in recent years become very popular, and many companies today claims to be working agile. At the same time there are studies about agile system development that indicate that there are difficulties in fully adopting the agile way. The purpose of this qualitative study has been to examine how true Swedish IT-companies conduct their agile system development compared to agile theory, and we have specifically for the purpose of the study designed a framework that has been used as an analytical tool. The framework helped us to maintain a structured and objective approach when we examined the participating companies and their practices. The study showed that there were differences regarding how true to agile theory the different companies conducts their agile projects, and that the differences in part depends on how long the companies have been working agile.

The aim with this study is to explore if and how linguistic learning takes places when four pairs ofstudents in grade one writes on the computer. Observations of eight students took place duringtwelve lessons to investigate what happened during their writing processes. This study isimportant because students? computer writing is a relatively new phenomenon in the Swedishprimary school.It is clear that the peer collaboration creates a complex interaction that becomes the platform, andalso the prerequisite, for successful language training. The method can clearly give students profitsin their linguistic development.

The goals have been workedout during the work and has resulted inthat we want to extend the inner city streetand linking Johanneshov with surroundingdistricts, but we also want to create a wellused, diverse, urban area where the humanis in focus and a district that is easy to read.Much of the work is devoted to show howStockholm has developed historical and totry to put the future in a context, but also a lotof work has been put in the information andthe analysis of the site chapter. The Swedish security policy has changed from stressing neutrality to embrace co-operation within the EU and other organisations. New threats like terrorism, boarder-crossing criminality and natural disasters require new ways to deal with this type of problems to protect the society. Since the beginning of 21st century the high Russian economic growth has made it possible for the country to play an increasingly role as a superpower on the international political stage. In the same time the democratic development has been replaced by an autocratic rule which has obstructed the Russian- European relations. From a Swedish security policy view the Russian political development is of importance and the picture of Russian as a threat has changed from 1996 to 2008/09.

The aim of this paper is to investigate how teachers in Swedish schools abroad reason about their work developing the Swedish language as the students live in a non-Swedish speaking country although going to a Swedish school. Furthermore the study intends to examine the teachers' attitudes towards the impact the Swedish language has upon the school. Research questions:What thoughts do the teachers signify in reference to the language development of the students?How do the teachers reason about the role of the Swedish language in the school?In order to answer these questions, qualitative measures has been used in terms of observations and interviews. The study is based upon a social constructivist perspective with the idea that reality is socially constructed.

The construction industry can contribute to a healthier sustainable community. A development that is going on right now is by using more prefabricated volume- and plan elements on the construction sites. Building with this method not only provides a benefit to the environment, but also reduces production rates by taking up to 80 percent less time to build. By building in this way it will be easier to recycle and keep all the material that otherwise would go to waste. I gained my interest for color during my years at the landscape architect program. I felt that you as a student in design courses constantly were faced with the problems of coloration. A subject that I perceived to be difficult, especially for us students that lacked the experiences from how a project on the drawing board turns out when it finally is built. As a professional landscape architect you there have a greater experience but I wondered how much awareness about color you actually have as a professional. How does one think about coloration and how can you use color as a formative tool? And how does color truly affect us humans? Does color have significance for the experience of landscape architecture? The object with this project is to illustrate color and it?s place in landscape architecture.

Det här kandidatarbetet behandlar hur en typisk förortsmiljö, Rotebro centrum i Sollentuna kommun, med hjälp av rådande blandstadsidéer kan utvecklas till att bli en miljö som präglas av blandade och integrerade funktioner. Med utgångspunkt i kommunens översiktsplan tas ett gestaltningsförslag fram med hjälp av rådande teori. Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka och beskriva blandstad som ett planeringsbegrepp och se hur Rotebro centrum kan förtätas och utvecklas med en blandstadskaraktär för att upplevas trivsamt, tryggt och levande. Hur skapas en tydligare urban karaktär och vilka funktioner kan inkluderas. Genom aktivitetsobservationer, intervjuer och platsanalyser identifieras nuvarande problem och möjligheter. Nuvarande svårigheter finns i bullerproblematiken som idag gör sig påmind i stora delar av området, från både passerande tågtrafik, närliggande motorväg och flygtrafik.
