Hur bör de kritiska punkterna bäst hanteras/åtgärdas/förbättras? Syfte: Syftet med examensarbetet är att utvidga begreppet kritiska punkter, från att enbart fokusera på produktsäkerhet, till att även innefatta för spårbarheten kritiska punkter i informationsflödet samt relationerna företagen emellan. Vidare syftar examensarbetet till att ta fram en modell för att hantera försörjningskedjans utvidgade kritiska punkter. Metod: Examensarbetet är en studie av en hel försörjningskedja, bestående av ett antal fristående och icke-linjärt interagerande enheter, i ett livsmedelssammanhang. Studien av denna är utförd inom systemparadigmet och det angreppssätt som använts en fallstudie.

Kundrelationer har alltmer uppmärksammats av företag sedan 80-talet eftersom det lönar sig förföretagen att ha långsiktiga relationer med sina kunder. Relationsmarknadsföringen har växt framför att underlätta för företag att skapa långsiktiga och lönsamma kundrelationer. Dennamarknadsföring är en motsats till den traditionella marknadsföringen som har fokus påtransaktionsutbyte. Enligt relationsmarknadsföringens perspektiv krävs det av företagen att varakundorienterade och kunna tillfredställa kundens behov, förväntningar och önskemål medanpassade produkter/tjänster. Kunderna behandlas vanligtvis inte individuellt utan segmenterastill olika kundgrupper med gemensamma faktorer i relationsmarknadsföringen.

Syfte:Att beskriva föräldrars upplevelse av faktorer om har inverkan på deras närvaro hos sitt extremt underburna barn som vårdats på intensivvårdssal på neonatalavdelning.Material och metod: Semistrukturerade djupintervjuer utifrån en intervjuguide genomfördes under 2010 och 2011. Tretton föräldrar deltog i studien. De inspelade intervjuerna transkiberades ordagrant, och bearbetades med kvalitativ innehållsanalys.Resultat:Föräldrar till extremt underburna barn som vårdais på intensivvårdssal beskrev skilda upplevelser av vården och uttryckte olika behov. Vårdtiden innebar ett känslomässigt pendlande från chock till en känsla av kontroll. Faktorer som underlättade närvaron hos barnet var möjlighet till boende på avdelningen.

Befintlig litteratur inom visual merchandising online (VMO) indikerar på ökat behov av att utveckla teorier anpassade för VMO. Målet med denna studie är att bidra med uppdaterade teorier och infallsvinklar inom VMO som grundar sig på konsumenters åsikter och beteende. Insamling av data grundar sig i intervjuer och observationer med konsumenter som speglar ett konsumentperspektiv. En intervju har även gjorts med en Digital Manager (DM) på ett svenskt modeföretag, för att generera i data utifrån ett företagsperspektiv. Med övervägande fokus på konsumentperspektiv avser vi med denna studie presentera viktiga aspekter vid utformning av virtuella miljöer, samt verktyg som stimulerar konsumenter till köp.

The fast developments in information and data technology during the recent years have accentuated the need for the business manager to interpret and act on information from the surrounding environment. Today we know little about what information is really used in the unique decision-making. Further, little is known about how information should be designed to fit people with a more intuitive approach to interpreting information. This study is therefore about the difference between peoples approach to interpreting information and how information should be designed to fit those with a more intuitive approach to interpreting information. The application is made to dairy farms in Sweden. The literature review describes the strategic leadership, the decision-making process and the intuitive and the analytic thinking.

Using interviews conducted within the municipality of Nam Dich, Vietnam, this qualitative study explores how ethnic minority parents and children navigate around the state's supervision in order to preserve their traditional practices of child marriages. Moreover, the research explores the roles and expectations between individuals within an ethnic minority family as a collective unit. Using governmentality supported by the concept of state evasion, culture bearers and empowerment, I argue that understanding child marriage as a phenomenon requires analysis of cultural context. The paper starts with an introduction of the ongoing relation between the Vietnamese state and ethnic minority traditions related to child marriage. While the Vietnamese state ?s modernization projects aim to empower individuals by creating more freedom within the process of marriage and increasing the opportunity for education and work, certain ethnic minority groups want to uphold their cultural ways of marriage when parental arrangement occurs from an early age.

Organizations? desire to increase competitiveness, efficiency and flexibility has resulted in new conditions in the field of human resources. The new conditions have also created new roles and changing responsibilities for those working within human resources.The purpose of this study was to investigate how the implementation of Ulrich's model for HR transformation can impact on the human resource departments managerial support to first-line managers in the municipality of Uppsala. Today the municipality of Uppsala organizes its human resources based on the Ulrich's model, which divides the work into the units service center, the expert unit and business partners.

This study looks into the possibility, and profitability, of expanding a pilot project that has been put into action at GGP Sweden AB in Tranås, a manufacturing company that produces front mowers. The pilot project is meant to give GGP Sweden AB a more precise control of the flow of goods from their suppliers, and its essence has proven to be quite similar to the Japanese Just-in-Time philosophy.The study has been divided into four separate areas; mapping, supplier selection, supplier evaluation and cost analysis. These areas represent a holistic perspective on the expansion of the pilot project and cover topics varying from methods of finding suitable JIT-suppliers, constructing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to reviewing costs and assessing profitabilities.In this report, the reader will initially take part in the works of mapping GGP?s manufacturing unit, pilot project and supplier base, which results in a list containing the most suitable suppliers for a Just-in-Time based collaboration. Afterwards, the reader will be led into the area of supplier evaluation, where five KPI?s are created with the purpose of ensuring that GGP will be able to evaluate their suppliers and pilot project in an effective way.

The aim for the study was to examine a harwarder´s (combined harvester-forwarder) productivity when harvesting forest fuel in first thinning stands that contains Lodgepole pine and calculate the economy of the harvesting work and estimate the quality of the thinning . The field study area where located near Arvån, about 15 kilometres south ?east from the city of Lycksele. The field studies were taken place in three different stands. All tree stands had the same tree age, but the tree species combination and the density varied.

It is found that the properties of the record years of 1965-1975 is leaking a lot of energy andthese properties are facing a major energy efficiency. From the energy aspect, the facade isafflicted with poor thermal insulation which is a big problem. To address this problem addinginsulation is a good alternative to reduce overall energy consumption of a building. Thewindows on these buildings are also a problem from the energy point of view. Therefore,there are many reasons considered for energy upgrading.

Microsoft är en organisation verksam inom IT-branchen och tillhandahåller både produkter och tjänster av dessa produkter till sina kunder. Tjänstemötet kontrolleras för och styrs genom bland annat kundnöjdhetsmätningar. Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur medarbetare inom Microsoft upplever och hanterar kundnöjdhetsmätningen som är en del av den kundfokuserade styrningen som företaget tillämpar. Empirin baseras på intervjuer med fyra medarbetare samt en team-manager på Microsoft i Sverige. Teori och empiri kring kundfokuserad styrning, påverkan av denna på arbetssituationen och förhållande till medarbetare och ledning samt arbetstagares motstånd mot styrning redovisas för.Resultatet visar att kundnöjdhetsmätningen är utformad enligt företagets profilering som kundfokuserad och dess behov av att följa upp kvalitetsnivån på servicen samt vägleda mot förbättringsområden.

This project aims at investigating if the use of UML as a support to small-scale development ofan embedded system is relevant. The investigation is conducted by using UML during the initialphase of the development ofTelfafill, a filling machine by the company ?Telfafill AB?. The aimof the development of Telfafill is to separate the user interface from the control unit. In additionto this main objective, Telfafill AB would like possible changes to, and additions of,functionality of the filling machine to be investigated.Within the boundaries of this project, the development of Telfafill reached a full requirementspecification of the proposed system, and contact was made with potential external developers.No prototype construction had been started when the project ended.
