Internet har sedan starten öppnat nya portar för kommunikation. En av de allra populäraste just nu är att blogga. Att uttrycka sig språkligt har kommit att bli så mycket mer än bara att använda sig av ord. På bloggen ges möjlighet att tillföra bild, film, färg och att använda olika typografiska medel, såsom att kursivera eller göra text fetstilt. Element som alla bidrar till hur text tolkas.Utifrån fjorton dagboksbloggar och totalt 289 blogginlägg har min uppsats syftat till att undersöka hur framställning på dessa bloggar, tillhörande gymnasieelever, skett.Mina frågeställningar jag utgått ifrån lyder:Hur använder sig gymnasieungdomar av olika uttrycksmedel för att estetiskt och kreativt skapa ett blogginlägg på så kallade dagboksbloggar?-          Hur används rubriksättning, bild, film, färg och olika stilformat på texten för att skapa kommunikation och olika uttryck på blogginläggen?Hur förhåller sig gymnasieungdomars dagboksblogg till den traditionella dagboken vad det gäller utformning och kommunikationsmöjligheter?Genom en strukturalistisk analys, med utgångspunkt hos Jurij Lotman, har jag gripit mig an blogginläggen på olika plan där jag både undersökt detaljer i texten och övergripande utformning.

Bakgrund: 1.4 miljarder människor i världen har övervikt eller fetma vilket leder till följdsjukdomar som diabetes, hypertoni och kardiovaskulära sjukdomar. Viktnedgång har positiv inverkan på hälsan men trots det har många personer med övervikt och fetma svårt att gå ned i vikt.Syfte: Att beskriva faktorer som motiverar till viktnedgång hos vuxna personer med övervikt och fetma.Metod: En litteraturstudie med systematiska sökningar baserad på 10 vetenskapliga artiklar.Resultat: Resultatet sammanställdes i tre huvudkategorier hälsa, skönhet och stöd.Slutsats: De motiverande faktorer som författarna fann kan vara till god hjälp för sjuksköterskor då de vill motivera personer med övervikt eller fetma att gå ned i vikt. Since the early 1940s in Sweden, subsidies have been a recurring feature in housing politics.Throughout history, these have been used as a management measure to control theconstruction of housing and to promote the Swedish welfare state. Motiverande samtal (Motivational Interviewing, MI) är en utbredd metod som används vid exempelvis drogberoende, viktminskning och diabetes för att uppnå varaktiga beteendeförändringar. Sådana här beteendeförändringar är önskvärda även inom tandvården, och syftet med denna litteraturstudie var därför att undersöka om motiverande samtal kan användas inom vårt område. Sökning i databaserna PubMed, PsycINFO via CSA och Cochrane library resulterade i sex relevanta artiklar: tre av dessa redogjorde för kariesprevention hos små barn, två behandlade rökavvänjning och en av artiklarna studerade tandvårdsutnyttjande. Analys av artiklarna indikerar att MI kan ha en ökad kariespreventiv effekt jämfört med traditionell munhälsoinformation, men angående metodens effekt på rökavvänjning och tandvårdsutnyttjande kan dock inga slutsatser dras. BakgrundWorld Health Organization anser att övervikt och obesitas (fetma) globalt sett är ett av mänsklighetens största hälsoproblem. Vid en mätning som presenterades av Statens beredning för medicinsk utvärdering år 2002 klassades cirka en halv miljon av den svenska vuxna befolkningen som obesa och nära 2,5 miljoner som överviktiga. Orsakerna till obesitas kan vara genetisk predisposition, livsstil och miljö, psykologiska faktorer eller läkemedel.Det finns en rad följdsjukdomar till övervikt och obesitas som till exempel typ 2-diabetes och hjärt-kärlsjukdomar. Även risken för att drabbas av cancer ökar, liksom artros och infertilitet. Utöver de fysiska besvären kan obesa personer även uppleva psykiska besvär som till exempel depression och ångest.Behandlingen av obesitas omfattar bland annat kostförändringar, fysisk aktivitet, farmaka och kirurgi och när det gäller kirurgi är gastric bypass ett vanligt förekommande ingrepp.

Maternal behaviour is crucial for the development of the rat pups? behaviour and stressresponses later in life. There are numerous studies evaluating the effects of the dams?behaviours on the pups, but not many addressing what can be made for wellbeing of the ratdams when breeding. Few studies have addressed the question of how the commonly usedrearing environment effects the dams? behaviour and in the long run how it effect the ratsreared to become our research models.

På den svenska marknaden saluför idag (år 2006-2007) fyra företag ett antal dietfoder till katt och hund. För de indikationer som ingår i denna studie finns det sammantaget 80 foder för hund och 69 för katt; från Specific (n = 12 katt, n= 13 hund), Royal Canin/Waltham (n=18 katt, n=24 hund), Eukanuba (n=11 katt, 12= hund) och Hills (n=27 katt, n=30 hund). De indikationer som behandlas i detta arbete är foder för övervikt, diabetes mellitus, gastrointestinala sjukdomar, dermatologiska rubbningar (t ex foderöverkänslighet), urinsten, njursjukdomar, postoperativ vård, leversjukdomar, hjärtsjukdomar, tandsjukdomar, foder för åldrande och för cancer. Syftet med examensarbetet är att hjälpa ett företag med att införa standardlittera för deras prefabricerade betongelement som ingår i deras Konceptet. Införandet av standardlittera ska resultera till att återfinna och gruppera deras betongelement i CAD-systemen. We did our thesis project at one of the most prestigious Swedish construction companies. We have examined the possibilities of doing sandwich elements to standard elements which would increase the degree of industrialization. The company has developed a concept that is based on a more refined process of industrialization.

This thesis concerns the subject of social media in the internal communication, how it can function to improve the communication among the coworkers. Good Old has been the web agency of our case study, through them we have gained understanding of the phenomenon. Media and communication theories and interviews have given us the foundation of the thesis.Our conclusion shows that it is beneficial to use social media internally in the type of company that Good Old is. The objective of this work was to compare the environmentally gentle soil scarification technique Huminmix (with possibilities to do track-grinding/HMMspår, long-scraping/HMMlångfläck and mounding/HMMhög) with conventional disc trencher, concerning seedling establishment and growth of direct seeded and planted Scots pine seedlings. Inventories were made during June and July 2005, in 34 seeded and 6 planted stands from 2000 ? 2004 (1- 5 years old) of lichen- and myrtillus/vaccinum-type in Holmen Skog AB´s district Norsjö in Västerbotten. The Huminmix-technique had been used for HMMspår in the seeded stands and for HMMhög in the planted stands (HMMlångfläck has been used from the year 2006 for direct seeding). The studied stands had been seeded with the same amount of seeds according to stand data.

The governing set of regulations for structural engineering in Sweden used to be Boverket, BKR. However in the beginning of the 21st century a changeover to new regulations, the Eurocodes, started.The transition was completed in year 2011 when the Eurocodes became the mandatory design work policy for all countries within the European Union. The Eurocodes were implemented to simplify and remove potential barriers to trade that may exist when countries have different design rules.  Since the changeover it has been important for all construction companies to update their knowledge base and their design software.When comparing the two calculation processes they seem similar, but there are a couple of differences worth noting.  With the new regulations, engineers will find that the process when designing joints in timber structures has changed.  What used to be a fairly easy and straight forward calculation procedure has now become tedious and time consuming.The objective of this degree project is to present a product, a dimensioning tool that will help structural engineers when computing lateral load carrying joints in timber structures.The degree project is made up of two parts where the first part is the written report describing the background and theory behind load carrying computations. The second part of the project is the actual dimensioning tool which includes several worksheets in Microsoft Excel.
