Vaccinet består förutom rCTB av tre olikastammar inaktiverade Vibrio Cholerae bakterier, vilka produceras vid SBL-vaccin AB, däräven slutformulering av vaccinet sker.Tillverkningsprocessen av Monovalent bulk rCTB-213 sker genom mikrobiell fermenteringav en genetiskt modifierad produktionsstam av Vibrio Cholerae, där huvudodlingssteget sker i500 liters skala där hela tillvekningsprocessen sker under Good Manifacturing Practise (GMP)förhållanden för att garantera en säker, effektiv och kvalitetsmässigt bra produkt.Målet med detta examensarbete är att upprätta en processbeskrivning förtillverkningsprocessen av Monovalent bulk rCTB-213. Beskrivningen skall baseras på denprocess som görs idag och innefatta respektive processtegs mål, teori och kritiska parametrar.Den kunskap som skapas genom att definiera och kartlägga (dvs. dokumentera arbetsflödet) ien process har ett stort värde i sig, den är dessutom en utomordentlig plattform förförbättringsarbete genom att den skapar en gemensam bild av vad som sker i processen i dag.I detta examensarbete sker även en sammanställning av produktionen av Monovalent bulkrCTB-213 för perioden februari 2004 - juni 2005.Fakta om hur processen tidigare har betett sig måste användas som bas förförbättringsarbete[1].För att se om eventuell förekomst av variation för enskilda variabler kan urskiljas, utvärderasprocessdata för variabler som dokumenterats av företaget för batcher tillverkade underperioden februrari 2004 tom.

The purpose of this study was to examine the experience of organizational culture among salespeople at a specific workplace. The purpose was also to investigate what motivates these salespeople in their work and the impact culture has on their motivation. We have used a qualitative research method to collect the empirical material. With the help of seven interviews, including six salespeople from one of Sweden?s biggest electronic retailer and also one information interview with a sales consultant, we attempted to find the answer to how they perceive the organizational culture and how it affects their work motivation. The following questions are used to fulfill this purpose: ? How do the salespeople experience the organizational culture? ? What motivates the salespeople in their daily work? ? What effects does the organizational culture have on the salespersons motivation? As analytical tools we have used are the concept of organizational culture, Schein's description of the three components of culture and Herzberg Motivation-Hygiene theory. The results of the study indicate that the salespeople experience a positive organizational culture and that this culture promotes fellowship and unity between colleagues, which in turn contributes to an enhanced motivation.

This study aims to examine attitudes and conceptions of staff who work with mentally disabled persons, concerning normalization and gender. Six qualitative interviews with such professionals were performed and subsequently analyzed. Since the method of this study is qualitative, no claim of generalizability is made. The interview material has been categorized into themes by means of coding. The result of the study is presented according to those themes.

The purpose of warning labels used by governments is to decrease consumption. In Sweden, the mandatory warning labels are designed according to statutory guidelines, and not according to research on attention-grabbing graphic elements. This results in a belief that the attention toward the warning labels is poor. An extensive experiment underlies this study, which has the purpose of providing insights to the effects that warnings, warning design, and warning content has on attention, attitudes and behavior in print ads. The study shows that, even though the standard design and content has lost much of its potential to communicate the warning, it gains more attention compared to a warning label with new design and content.

Inom Röda Korsets Uppsalakrets har det noterats att medlemsantalet har minskat. Ett symtom på detta är att 493 personer som betalade sin medlemsavgift 2004, inte gjorde detsamma 2005, trots påminnelser. Syftet med vår D-uppsats är att beskriva Röda Korsets medlemskår, med betoning på ålder och utveckling av medlemssiffror. Vidare ämnar vi att, med fokus på Uppsala, undersöka varför man är/blir medlem i Röda Korset samt beskriva och analysera varför många medlemmar har lämnat organisationen. Studien baseras på både sekundär- och primärkällor och använder såväl teorier om frivilligorganisationer från litteratur om sådana, som statistik från Röda Korset samt en personlig intervju, en referensgrupp och en telefonenkät.

Syfte: Syftet med föreliggande uppsats är att göra en jämförelse mellan RR 22 och IASB: s utkast till ny IAS 1, samt analysera och diskutera vad skillnaderna kom-mer att få för konsekvenser för de finansiella rapporterna. Metod: För att kunna uppfylla vårt syfte med föreliggande uppsats har vi använt oss av en kvalitativ metod. Vi har också haft ett abduktivt synsätt. The purpose of this essay is to examine different conceptions of God children express in speech and image. The essay also concern how children's images of God are shaped in a secular and pluralistic society, such as Sweden. The children included in the investigation are in first and third grade in middle-sized Swedish town's primary school. In the essay, two methods are used, which is picture analysis and qualitative interviews. The material consists of 47 children's drawings and a smaller selection of interviews with the child's drawing as a starting point.

The main purpose of this study is to inquire whether music can function as a supportive and compensating tool for children from various kinds of social exposure. Eurhythmics is the musical method focused on, since it consciously works out of a socializing perspective. The study involves a scheme with poor children in Argentin (autumn 2005) and is based upon two interviews with women working professionally with both the social and the musical aspect of the current question. Notes from the above mentioned project are added to the interviews. The possible conclusion from the end results is that the individual as well as the dynamics of the group (as a whole) draw positive benefits from not only the music itself but also the structure and the elements of it.

This bachelor thesis is based on interviews with staff from three Egyptian NGOs in Cairo during the spring of 2013. The study examines how three Egyptian NGOs discuss the woman?s situation within the Islamic legal discourse in the contemporary Egypt. The empiric material was analysed through a theoretical framework of gender in Islam, and a discussion of the concept of human rights laws in a local context.The respondents emphasize the societies gender stereotypes as obstacles in the discussion regarding women?s rights.

This thesis studies the way valuation of investment properties is conducted in accordance with IAS 40 and how reliable these valuations are. This has been conducted by studying ten Swedish real estate companies listed on the NASDAQ OMX, during the period 2005-2008. The study shows that all companies use valuation models to determine the fair value of investment properties. Two different types of models have been identified. Companies that use the cash flow model show inconsistencies in time horizon, and how they determine the horizon value.

The purpose of this study was to explore how interpersonal relationship can be affected by groing up in a New Religoius Movement such as Jehovah?s Withnesses and how it has affected them both in their youth and today. The aim was also to explore if there were people in the respondents' environment that was significant to them during their childhood and which support our respondents have received if they were in need of it.We have not found any previous research on children's social relationships within the Jehovah's Witnesses. We therefore believe that this study is of high relevance to both society and also for all the professionals who come into contact with these children. To discover a child in need, knowledge about how their social environment looks like is crucial.

The purpose of this thesis is to study how Malaysia Airlines communicated during the two largest crises of 2014. Key questions to be answered are: Did organizational hypocrisy occur? If yes, in what way? Which communication strategies were used? Did the company mediate an unequivocal message and how was the information framed? Did any aggravating factors, which worsened the organization?s reputation, appear? How did Malaysia Airlines manage possible rumours? Was the word contact used as a keyword? The method of choice is a quantitative content analysis and the material consists of 20 different analysis units. These analysis units were collected from social media and Malaysia Airlines website. En börsintroduktion innebär att företag erbjuds en marknadsplats för handel av företagets aktier. I denna uppsats undersöks vad som händer med en aktie då den har introducerats på börsen. Undersökningen baseras främst på två kvantitativa undersökningar, varav den första är en eventstudie som undersöker effekten av hur en specifik händelse påverkar ett företags värde. Den andra undersökningen består i att med hjälp av företagens prospekt granska företagens bakomliggande motiv för en nyintroduktion. Studien fokuserar specifikt på Stockholmsbörsen och på alla företag som nyintroducerats på börsens A- och O-listor mellan åren 2000 och 2005.Syftet med uppsatsen är dels att uppmärksamma aktiers svängningar i samband med och efter en nyintroduktion samt att undersöka vilket samband det har med prissättningen av aktierna och bakomliggande motiv för introduktionen.Vi har undersökt avvikelseavkastningen vid tre olika tillfällen för att se hur aktien har utvecklats efter introduktionen.

The aim of this study was to gain understanding and knowledge about first line manager?s need for support in their leadership and to get more insight into how they handle and perceives their work.The research method is based on studies of relevant theories and qualitative interviews. Eight respondents were interviewed with a structured 40 question questionnaire about how they experience their work and the support they get. The study shows that there are three important categories of people that are most significant to the managers in their need of support. They are their own manager, colleagues and co-workers.The conclusion is that it is important to create conditions for leaders to have good relationships with their closest manager, colleagues and co ?workers.
