The purpose of this paper is to give examples of different ways of economic planning and calculation within agriculcture. My aim is to use a couple of them as an explanation of a case from reality. My choice went to budgetsimulation and balanced scorecard since those are best suited in this specific case. In the information retrieval I present different instruments of economic planning like theory of cost, budget and productcalculation. The budgetsimulation describes how to use the different methods in a long term economic planning. The balanced scorecard is also a model of longand short-term planning but besides the economy planning it?s also a reminder of your personal goals. In the model I have used a dairyfarm as a case.

Mitt intresse för barns inflytande har växt fram under de senare åren då jag arbetat på förskola. Jag har valt barns inflytande för jag tycker barns tankar och ideér behöver synliggöras mer i förskolans verksamhet än vad som görs idag. Min erfarenhet är att det finns en stor vilja att ge barnen större delaktighet och inflytande men att det är svårt att genomföra det i praktiken. Detta arbetet handlar om hur jag och mina arbetskamrater, i ett utvecklingsarbete, provar en metod för att öka barnens inflytande över sin vardag.

I detta examensarbete studeras det sociala fenomenet konformitet, eller grupptryck, vilket innebär att individen förändrar sitt beteende eller byter åsikt för att det ska stämma överens med för individen betydelsefulla personers uppträdanden och ställningstaganden (Brehm & Kassin, 2005). Individen tyr sig till den grupp han eller hon vill tillhöra och därmed uppför hon sig efter den gruppens normer, vilket kan medföra problem då dessa ibland kan medföra att han eller hon måste handla i motsättning till den könsroll han eller hon har blivit tillskriven. Konformitet är ett vanligt fenomen som förekommer i alla samhällen, dock i olika grader (Brehm & Kassin,2005). Föreliggande arbete består av två delar där den första består av en litteraturöversikt vars syfte är att redogöra för det socialpsykologiska begreppet konformitet och den andra redovisar ett socialpsykologiskt experiment vars syfte är att studera konformitetsskillnader mellan män och kvinnor. I experimentet deltog 18 kvinnor och 19 män.
