Our study is based on investigations into this phenomenon in the telecom market in Sweden. Turbulent market conditions with, among other, deregulation of the monopoly of fixed telephony and a huge technical evolution, which has led to an increase in competition, is the reason to why we have chosen to study the telecom market in Sweden. As a benchmark in our study the attribution theory will be used.

Omgivningens och den professionella personalens attityder och förhållningssätt har stor betydelse för hur unga kvinnor upplever och hanterar barnafödande. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka unga mödrars upplevelse av stöd i samband med barnafödande under tonåren. Metoden som användes var kvalitativ intervjustudie med semistrukturerade intervjuer. Nio unga mödrar intervjuades och det transkriberade materialet som utgjordes av intervjuerna tolkades utifrån kvalitativ innehållsanalys med induktiv ansats.

To survive in a turbulent competitive environment, companies must start to cooperate with their customers instead of just collaborate with them. Can an IT-consultant company use a WIS as a tool for keeping in contact with existing customers to attain this cooperation? A WIS could strengthen the relation between customer and supplier and through that have a possibility to increase the customer use since it can facilitate business processes and imply that services can be offered in a new way.
