Andn?d ?r ett symtom som ?r vanligt f?rekommande vid flera tillst?nd i palliativ v?rd och prevalensen ?r h?gre bland patienter med exempelvis lungcancer och kroniskt obstruktiv lungsjukdom (KOL). Andn?d kan upplevas mycket obehagligt och har ofta ett n?ra samband med ?ngest.

Denna studie syftar till att skapa kunskap om hur svenska myndigheter upplever f?r?ndringar i cyberhotbilden samt hur de arbetar med att f?rebygga, hantera och anpassa sina interna s?kerhets?tg?rder i en f?r?nderlig omv?rldsbild. Analysen utg?r fr?n tv? teoretiska perspektiv. Rutinaktivitetsteorin anv?nds f?r att f?rst? myndigheter som kapabla v?ktare i den digitala milj?n och hur s?kerhets?tg?rder kan minska tillg?ngligheten f?r motiverade angripare. Teorin om risksamh?llet anv?nds f?r att analysera hur myndigheter agerar proaktivt i en kontext pr?glad av os?kerhet, d?r riskbed?mningar ofta grundar sig p? framtida hot snarare ?n faktiska h?ndelser.

Our study is based on investigations into this phenomenon in the telecom market in Sweden. Turbulent market conditions with, among other, deregulation of the monopoly of fixed telephony and a huge technical evolution, which has led to an increase in competition, is the reason to why we have chosen to study the telecom market in Sweden. As a benchmark in our study the attribution theory will be used.
