Atthe first sight it can look like this religion, that has former been so big all over Europe, isdiminishing. More and more people are leaving the church and the church-benches are very seldomfilled. In our society it is the individual that is important and the moral life is changing. But, this donot still have to be the end of Christianity, which some people believe.

Previous studies have pointed out the potential risks involved with targeting homosexual consumers by using ads with homosexual imagery in mainstream media. Many of these studies have indicated that there may be drawbacks with exposing heterosexuals to these kinds of advertisements. The purpose of this paper is to investigate whether this is true for all groups of heterosexual consumers. An experimental study was carried out to examine the effects of explicit homosexual imagery on a heterosexual group with a generally positive attitude towards homosexuality. Empirical evidence suggests that homosexual imagery does not elicit any negative reactions among these heterosexual consumers.

A paranoid and shameful reading of Inger Christensens novel Azorno.The contagious feelings of paranoia and shame played a vital part in my first reading of the novel Azorno, written by the Danish poet Inger Christensen. In this essay, I?m letting those emotions direct the ?understanding? and analysis of the novel. In earlier research the focus has been to comprehend what the novel ?really is about?, and even though it has been mentioned that the form probably is a way to make the reader a visible constructer of  the novel?s ?meaning? the understanding has never been created by the affects that occurs during the reading.

The genetic relationship between three Swedish horse breeds was investigated using microsatellite data from 144 loci in 30 horses. The North Swedish Trotter is believed to have been crossed with the Standardbred in the 1950?s to produce a faster trotter. If true, the North Swedish Trotter should be more alike the Standardbred than what the North Swedish Draught Horse is, from which they originate. This was investigated using F-statistics and Nei?s distance in GENEPOP and GENETIX and cluster assignment in STRUCTURE.

The results are based on a survey made amongst 17teachers and 58 students from all over Sweden. The end results show that theusage of blog still hasn?t found a permanent way into the classrooms, but has anappeal to and is being used by predominantly younger teachers both, male andfemale, with a positive response from students regardless of gender. Syftet med IFRS är att försöka harmonisera de olika europeiska ländernas redovisningsme-toder för att öka den internationella jämförbarheten. IFRS 3-Business Combinations som be-handlar regler angående företagsförvärv, är en del av IFRS. I jämförelse med tidigare svenska regler ställdes det, i samband med införandet av IFRS 3, högre krav angående iden-tifiering av förvärvade tillgångar vid ett företagsförvärv.

In my essay, we get to meet Olle who goes in first class. The essay takes off after school and when recreational activities have started. Olle comes running towards me to ask for help, he has gotten into trouble with three classmates and he feels unfairly treated. The aim of this study is to examine how zodiac signs are depicted through social interactions from an identity perspective and if zodiac signs can be seen as a form of divination. Our method was based on the answers of seven informants (six interviews in total), all of whom were interested in astrology with two of the informants having the title of astrologer by profession. After the implementation of Erving Goffman?s dramaturgical theory regarding identity and Jesper Fr?kj?r S?rensen?s divinatory perspective, we found evidence in the orrelation between zodiac signs and identity, along with astrology having little to no correlation with divination. The results show that although the majority of the informants were hesitant to the assertion that astrology can provide divinatory evidence, many of them still consumed and followed astrological advice based on prognosis.

Syftet med internationella regelverk för redovisning, som reglerar redovisningspraxis ochrevision över landsgränser, är att uppnå harmonisering av redovisningsförfaranden världen över.Jämförbarhet mellan olika länders redovisning och ökad transparens i finansiella rapporter är dekvalitativa egenskaper som eftersträvas i sammanhanget. Detta gäller även IFRS, som sedan 1januari 2005 är obligatorisk för samtliga noterade bolag i EUs medlemsstater. IFRS är populärtäven utanför EU och är obligatoriskt eller frivilligt i uppemot 120 länder världen över. Kritikförekommer dock, som primärt är fokuserad på regelverkens förmåga att uppnå sitt huvudsakligasyfte; att skapa harmonisering. Då det snart är 10 år sedan IFRS blev obligatoriskt i EU ligger deti tiden att utvärdera harmoniseringen, vilket denna uppsats har som målsättning att göra.

Entrepreneurship is said to be the missing link between knowledge and growth in the Swedish economy. New ventures run a high risk of failing and this holds true especially for technology ventures. Since company leaders have proven to exert an influence on organisations' survival possibilities, the selection of an appropriate CEO is important. The purpose of this study is to describe the importance of the CEO for ventures as well as to explain how knowledge and experience affect the opinion of who should be CEO. Using a qualitative case study research design including three life science companies, we show that there are three main factors crucial when selecting a CEO.

Bakgrund och problem: Goodwillpostens behandling i redovisningen är ett ämne som diskuterasflitigt i branschrelaterad litteratur. Problemet är att bolag i olika grad identifierar immateriellatillgångar, en skillnad som får följder för om värdet skrivs av eller nedskrivningsprövas. Dånedskrivning i litteraturen anses medföra högre resultat kan underlåtelse att redovisa immateriellatillgångar användas i syfte att påverka resultatet. Denna resultatpåverkan kan även utnyttjas som ettmedel för att gynna företagsledare i samband med särskilda situationer i företaget.Syfte: Syfte med studien är att se huruvida de studerade bolagens redovisade resultat påverkas avatt företaget har identifierat samtliga immateriella tillgångar som ingår i goodwillposten, vilkaskrivs av över en bestämd nyttjandeperiod, jämfört med nuläget att posten nedskrivningsprövas.Givet att resultaten skiljer sig åt undersöks om indikationer på resultatmanipulering finns i detempiriska materialet.Avgränsningar: Studien omfattar de bolag, inom branschen för konsumenttjänster, som vidstudiens tidpunkt var noterade på någon av listorna Small Cap, Mid Cap eller Large Cap på NasdaqOMX Stockholm. De år som studeras är 2008-2013.Metod: Materialet som studeras är huvudsakligen inhämtat från årsredovisningar tillhörande deföretag som ingår.
