The aim of this study is to compare attitudes to change among innovation and economics students and teachers at one of the universities in Sweden.Data about students? and teachers? attitudes to change was gathered using a survey.Keeping in mind that knowledge can lower ones resistance this study is based on a hypothesis that individuals from the innovations program have a lower resistance to change. The study is also based on earlier research in regards to comparisons between students and teachers.The results of the study show that teachers have less resistance to change than students. Individuals in the innovation program are however less resistant to change than individuals in the economics program.One can discuss whether or not results of the study show that the hypothesis is correct.The difference between individuals in the economics- and the innovation program are statistically significant and has moderate effects in reality. The differences between teachers and students are statistically significant but only have a small effect.It is however a starting-point for future studies that will possibly explore the subject more profoundly..

Centrum för Teknik i Medicin och Hälsa (CTMH) har, i samarbete med Stanford University, utvecklat programmet Clinical Innovation Fellowships (CIF) för att identifiera förändringsbehov inom vården. Syftet med den här uppsatsen är att undersöka huruvida arbetssättet med Clinical Innovation Fellowships har åstadkommit förändringar för patienter, medarbetare och ekonomi på värdklinikerna.Undersökningen har visat att arbetssättet med CIF framförallt har åstadkommit förändringar för medarbetare. Även förändringar för patienter har genomförts, dock har den ekonomiska aspekten av programmet varit svårare att mäta och se några konkreta förändringar inom.Det har gått att tyda en generell trend som visar att de undersökta värdklinikerna valt att börja med de förändringar som är av mer praktisk natur och enklare att genomföra lokalt på kliniken. Värdklinikerna har haft svårare att genomföra större, organisatoriska förändringar, vilka styrs mer centralt på sjukhusen. Undersökningen på de utvalda värdklinikerna visade att något som skulle gynna CTMHs arbetssätt med CIF skulle vara att etablera en uppföljning på klinikerna.

This master's thesis deals with the public library project called the GÖK-project, whichconcerned three Swedish public libraries: Linnestaden (Göteborg), Örnskoldsvik and Kalmar.The general outlines for the project were: reconsideration of the conception of the literaryquality, improvement of the library services, adjustment to the library user and reconsiderationof the conception of adult education to the public libraries of the 90s. Studien ?Att skapa innovation? är en kvalitativ studie med syfte att undersöka organisatoriska faktorers påverkan för främjandet av innovativa processer samt att besvara frågeställningen ?Hur skapas framgångsrika innovativa processer??. Med organisatoriska faktorer avses främst ledarskap och organisationskultur i kreativa miljöer. Med ett tvåstegsurval genererades sammanlagt tolv respondenter till studien. Genom ett strategiskt samt ett snöbollsurval identifierades fem framgångsrika reklam- och kommunikationsbyråer genom Regi och Dagens Industris rankning ?Årets byrå?.

Projects of all kinds generate documentation that needs to be organized and stored for future use. Well adapted tools, together with a unified modus operandi need to be available for both the project members and those having a more organizing role if an organization is to be effective.A study of the tools available to project members at Svenska Kraftnät have been performed along with an analysis of the guidelines for the tools' usage. The study has focused on the needs of the project members, not the organization as a whole, thus providing a bottom-up approach to the problem instead of the more organizational top-down approach. Interviews of around 20 project members, whose roles include project leaders, technical experts and documentation supervisors, have been conducted to get an idea of the practical problems that exists.All systems, except for a local network storage device, were found to at least meet Svenska Kraftnät's current demands. The usage guidelines, however, covers only the general process that a project should follow and lacks detailed information on a per system level in several areas.

This thesis suggest an explanation for is how it is possible to understand that the large arena project in Växjö grew to cost sums of money that initially in the project not would have been an alternative to discuss, how goals changed and how the institutional environment changed the prerequisites of the project. As empirical part of the research, to describe and analyze the project, the municipality?s documentation of the project have been analyzed and semi-structured interviews have been made. Theoretical perspective is taken from the neo-institutionalism in sociology of organizations and change, and theories of the complexity of large projects with major symbolic value and importance. The project starts with the municipality?s investment and cost to be hold back, defined as a necessary condition in order to fulfil an ambitious drive towards new sport arenas.  Eventually the necessary condition was abandoned and the arenas were built with the municipality responsible for the investment, cost and risk in the project.

Det kräver ett aktivt ställningstagande och ett sätt att genomföra detta är med hjälp av innovationsprocesser. Ett annat konkurrensverktyg som blir alltmer viktigt är design. Dessa två begrepp går att bryta ner i en rad faktorer och kan ses ur flera persektiv.Syfte:  Syftet med denna uppsats är att förstå skillnader och likheter mellan innovations- och designprocesser samt se hur de kan komplettera varandra.Metod: Vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ metod och har genomfört intervjuer med tre olika företag. Dessa tre företag har sedan analyserats och jämförts med teori och med varandra.

Together with Hälsoteknikalliansen the project team recognized the need to improve availability in the staircase environments. This is a difficult environment, especially for our elderly. The staircase leading to and from apartments is such a major obstacle that many people do not dare to go into the staircase leading to their front door. The market study that the project team conducted showed that many were in need of a living support, often a relative, who helped and supported them when they went into these stairs. It also appeared that these people manage everyday life just fine, but they suffer the problems that stairs to and from their apartment causes.

This thesis project is a vision of an identity building in Gothenburg, situated on the pier called Bananpiren. The mostcommon planning methods in the construction industry is currently Gantt chart andCPM. The problem with these is that focus is only at the time of the project anddoesn?t handle the budget.

This thesis has been adjusted because some parts are classified, some sentences might have been changed. Electric bikes are a convenient mode of transport, a good choice when long distances or tough slopes can be an obstacle.The goal of the project was to create a prototype on a locking mechanism with an inductive charger for electric bikes.The idea behind the project was to develop a user-friendly locking mechanism, where the bikes would be charged inductively when they were locked. To implement the project facts about induction, battery charging and locking devices was needed to be acquired. Circuits for induction charging were created and a lock device was constructed. A microprocessor was used to control the entire system.A prototype was designed with a locking device and an inductive charger fixed in a bike rack.The entire project became very wide which resulted in that not all of the parts of the project could be completed.

This study has been performed at a smaller high school and with its industry students, the high school is located in a small industrial community. The purpose of my study has been to find out what students think about their work with the project work, what they think has been positive and negative, how their motivation is influenced by the work on the project and if the work has been affected by factors outside the school world.The interviews have been carried out like normal conversation with open questions. The students who participated in the study comes from the school where I did my internship. The selection was done by asking all students from a specific course, those who were positive to participate are also the ones I have chosen to interview. My main study results, in summary, described as the students, once they were inside their work were positive to the project work and felt motivated in their work. Negative experiences, for the students which attend a practical program, has mainly been economic, as the school does not provide any financial support.
