Bakgrund: Ur patientsäkerhetssynpunkt är det viktigt att hitta rätt tidpunkt för extubering av intensivvårdspatienter. Inför extubering av neurointensivvårdspatienter behövs speciella överväganden. Samma bedömning som görs på allmän intensivvård kan inte direkt överföras till neurointensivvård, då den neurologiska skadan kan påverka patientens förmåga att andas.Syfte: Syftet var att genom journalgranskning utvärdera parametrar som tidigare forskning visat leder till lyckad extubation av neurointensivvårdspatienter.Metod: En prospektiv studie med jämförande kvantitativ design. Studien utfördes på en NIVA i Sverige, där patienterna inkluderades fortlöpande då de extuberats. Via journalgranskning samlades det in parametrar i samband med extuberingen av de 108 inkluderade neurointensivvårdspatienterna.

Syftet med detta arbete var att kartlägga inköparens behov vid implementeringsprocessen av ett nytt System på Klintberg & Way. Det framtida affärssystemet heter Microsoft Dynamics Navision 4.0. Till det nya affärssystemet ska även ett nytt IT-verktyg implementeras för att underlätta arbetet för inköparna. Detta logistikprogram heterAdvanced Forecasting & Procurement (AFP) ochär en tilläggsmodul till affärssystemet. Inköparna får med hjälp av AFP ett beställningsförslag på vilka lagerförda artiklar som ska beställas och hur stor kvantitet som ska beställas hem.Som metod valdes att studera befintliga arbetsprocesser på Klintberg & Way samt att delta i implementeringsprojektet på företaget.Jag valde att intervjua personer från inköp och personer som har någon anknytning till inköpsavdelningen som påverkar deras arbetsrutiner.

Den här uppsatsen analyserar och jämför olika konflikttransformerande organisationer som verkat i Nordirland och genom detta ges möjlighet att på så vis ta reda på om det skett en konflikttransformation eller ej? Analysen utgår från John Paul Lederach teorier kring fredsbyggande modeller. Jag kommer använda mig av två modeller, den ena är en pyramid över samhället, där det politiska toppskiktet ligger högst och gräsrotsnivån ligger i botten. Den andra är en modell över förflyttningen från ett stadium av konfliktövergång till en fullständig transformation av konflikten. Vidare kommer jag ta fram vilket arbete, metoder samt vilken målgrupp de konflikttransformerande organisationerna har använt.

The arm?s length principle has existed in Swedish law since 1928 but has previously been given little attention. In 2007, documentation requirements were introduced, and the government began to do tax audits regarding transfer pricing. This thesis examines how the documentation requirements and tax audits affect the application of the arm's length principle. The research consists of nine interviews with a total of ten people at the tax authority (Skatteverket) and audit- and consulting agencies. The results of the interviews are analyzed using the agency theory. Many companies are risk averse and prefer having correct transfer pricing instead of taking on challenging strategies that can be risky in case of an investigation by Skatteverket.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to examine the process of resocialization for individuals who previously lived as criminals from an individual perspective. The research questions for the essay are: How do individuals in the study describe their process of resocialization? In which way does a support organization affect the process of resocialization for the individual? In which ways do the reactions from society affect the process of resocialization for the individual?To answer these research questions a qualitative method was chosen where six narrative interviews was conducted with men who previously lived as criminals but have been resocialized into society. These men are roughly between the ages of 30-60 years and are all members of a support organization for ex criminals.The results show that the process is divided in four stages and that the support organization has facilitated the process of resocialization of the respondents. Reactions from society both facilitates change using the help of different agencies can contribute, while negative reactions from other individuals makes change difficult.

The purpose of this study was to examine the foreign news flow in Sweden´s largest news agency TT. Since TT has an important position as a news provider to most of Sweden´s local and national news outlets, it was important to examine exactly what their news stories consisted of.The theoretical background of this study consist of theories of news values, agenda setting, dependency theory and the theory about the ?news shadow? a lack of coverage leads to.In our quantitative study we have looked at 506 articles taken from the TT news flow during two weeks In November 2013. We have studied which continents and countries the news origins from, who have supplied the text, the topics of the news, which one gets to speak in the text and what general tone the story has.The study shows that the supply of news follows the criteria of news values. It also shows that in some regions of the world the coverage is almost nonexistent.

Grundfilosofin i Supply Chain Management är att matcha utbud mot efterfrågan. Den så kallade Bullwhipeffekten pekar på att variationen mellan utbud och slutkundens efterfrågan ökar ju längre bak i försörjningskedjan man kommer. Med det menas till exempel att försäljningskvantiteter som faktiskt säljs i en affär sällan speglar de orderkvantiteter som leverantören skickar till tillverkaren som försörjer butiken med produkter. Förutom variationer i utbud och efterfrågan visade det sig att bristande interorganisatorisk kommunikation, brister i prognosarbetet tillsammans med en bristande datastruktur bidrog till en låg servicegrad. Den senaste forskningen belyser hur variation som orsakats av bullwhipeffekten kan minskas, samt att en låg servicegrad kan förbättras genom ett ökat samarbete i försörjningskedjan.

Syfte och frågeställningar Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka GIH-studenters kondition och jämföra den trend som finns på GIH gentemot trender för konditionen hos mönstrande samt löpare i Stockholm Marathon. De frågeställningar som användes var:1. Hur har GIH-studenters maximala syreupptagningsförmåga förändrats från 1977 till 2008?2. Hur har mäns arbetskapacitet under mönstringen förändrats mellan åren 1969-83 samt 1986-93?3.

This study was done regarding whether sealing or ventilation is the best solution to prevent moisture on cold attics. The authors of this report addressed the problem with moisture in attics when they started their cooperation with Peab.The methods included interviews with people, database research, and calculations of a project in Akersberga north of Stockholm. The conclusion is based on interviews and other information as they are analyzed in relation to the house of reference. The focus of this report is on problems with moisture in the attics known as cold attics.The background of the problem with moisture is that today?s slabs are usually insulated to save energy and that the attics nearly gives the climate as the outdoor climate.

It is not unlikely that expanded possibilities for punishing anyone who spreads copyrighted material will result in larger and larger areas that may not be accessed, as the avoiding of conflict and repressive actions will emphasize the behaviour to take detours around information that is deemed taboo and therefore suspicious and dangerous. Large areas have been ditched in Sweden during the past 100 years to improve the forest production. Ditching and also maintenance of old ditches are operations having mainly negative effects on water quality, flora and fauna and changing characteristics of soil. The purpose of this study was to suggest a method for inventory of the need for ditching maintenance in old forest ditches that takes biodiversity, water protection and forest production into consideration. Inventory methods from five Swedish and Finnish forest companies, agencies and organisations were compared. Their employees were interviewed about their handling with ditches, forest production and nature conservation.
