This thesis has aimed to study steering process and institutionalization in the context of educational policy work. This has been conducted by using empirical material from the political decision-making process that preceded the implementation of a new national program on how principals should be educated and certified. By using an aggregated theoretical point of view containing new institutionalism and traditional Swedish curriculum theory, the process was analyzed from different perspectives. The results depict a process that contained several actors who tried to shape the principal education program differently. From the theoretical perspectives, the decision-making process could be understood as an act of both self-interest as well as trust in their own beliefs and cultural values.

Detta examensarbete har utförts åt Holmen Paper som är ett bolag inom Holmen AB koncernen. Studien har utförts på pappersbruket i Hallstavik (Hallsta) och syftar till att utveckla arbetsprocesser och hjälpmedel för kommunikation. Inom detta examensarbete studeras arbetsprocessen i maskinerna där pappret rullas till kundspecifika order (rullmaskin) och maskinerna där de pappersrullar som kräver omrullning hamnar (omrullningsmaskin). Omrullningsmaskinen arbetar med att hantera rullar som blivit defekta, rullar som blivit över från rullmaskin eller rullar som tagits upp från lagret och ska användas för att komplettera en order. Ett bättre flöde av kommunikation och information mellan de två maskinerna möjliggör ett arbete som skulle gynna både slutkunden och Hallsta Pappersbruk.

Efter avregleringen av lagarna under 1990-talet öppnas marknaden med uthyrning av personal. Bemanningsföretag anställer arbetstagare som därefter hyrs ut till kundföretag som strävar efter högre flexibilitet i schemaläggningen av arbete. Finns det ingen efterfrågan av arbete blir dessa anställda utan sysselsättning trots att de har anställning i ett bemanningsföretag. Syftet är att beskriva och förklara arbetsledarnas uppfattning om inhyrd personal respektive fast anställda vad gäller arbetsförhållanden och relationen till arbetsledaren. Uppsatsen är utförd som en flerfallsstudie byggd på intervjuer med arbetsledare i företagen Coca-Cola Drycker Sverige AB, Posten Logistik AB, Schenker Logistics AB och Spendrups Bryggeri AB.

This study is focused on small scale water and wastewater handling in Sweden. The study is divided into two major parts; the first describes common methods for water- and wastewater handling and the second part is a case study on three small and expensive systems in Gällivare municipality, in the north of Sweden. In the case study, abilitys for the local government to hand over unwanted systems to the water users is investigated and found to be a plausible solution to cut costs for two out of the three studied systems. In the third case, water and wastewater systems is not recommended to be handed over but other ways of cutting costs are suggested..

The purpose of this thesis is to clarify the grounds upon which an arbitration clause may be binding in the new relationship between the parties after a transfer of rights and/or obligations. The issue is not regulated by law but instead it has been left to the Supreme Court to regulate. In the Emja-case the Swedish Supreme Court left guidance on the issue. The Supreme Court stated that a third party purchaser of a right where the contract includes an arbitration clause shall be bound by the clause. The arbitration clause is only binding to the remaining part of the initial agreement if no special circumstances exist. The binding effect was justified by the reason that a situation where the purchaser but not the remaining part should be bound to the clause was not sought after and the principle through the 27 § of the Swedish debt instruments act..

The topic of this essay is how art exhibitions can be made available for - and conveyed to ? a visually impaired audience. Hydrotherapy is a relatively new area when it comes to treatment and prevention of different problems in dogs, but an area that is growing in popularity. In Sweden, the person who performs hydrotherapy on dogs doesn?t need veterinary education, which is the case in some other countries. What makes hydrotherapy advantageous is that water has an ability to provide an environment where injured body parts can be supported, which means that rehabilitation can start early without the risk of affecting the injury and in the same time relieve the pain for the patient. There are only a few studies of hydrotherapy on dogs and these studies focus on the physical health of the dog.

Detta är en studie som behandlar hur väl kvalitén i trädet tas tillvara för sortimenten limträ och KL-trä. Limträ består av ett antal lameller som limmas samman med fibrerna i längdriktningen medan KL-trä är en krysslimmad skiva som består av en mängd sammansatta lameller. Trä är ett heterogent material som har skilda egenskaper beroende på var och hur det växt. Genom att sätta samman heterogena trälameller vill man skapa en homogenare produkt. Eftersom att produkterna används inom olika områden kan man tänka sig att det går att optimera användandet av råvaran till respektive produkt.

Detta arbete är en studie i hållbar gestaltning, där de många teoretiska principer appliceras på tre mycket olika platser på jorden. Tre ekologiskt hållbara enfamiljshus projekteras i Sibirien, i sydöstra Spanien, och i Stockholms inre skärgård. Husen är helt olika. Under den första delen diskuteras regeln i ljuset av motiv för finansiell reglering. I andra delen görs en genomgång av befintlig lagstiftning för att utreda om det sedan tidigare finns reglering som fyller samma funktion som VpmL 13 kap 1 § sista stycket.

Bakgrund: Företag söker att minimera sina transportkostnader. Ett sätt att uppnå detta är genom att lokalisera sitt lager där transportarbetet minimeras. The purpose of the following essay has been to identify four men?s momentums of their volunteer access to treatment for their disruptive gender-based violence. The questions that have been asked in the entrance of this field have been divided into the following questions: (i) is it possible to identify the processes of change that leads to turning points into the interviewed men's treatment of violence, (ii) how do the interviewed men, themselves, reflect on their turning points into treatment, and (iii) are there other, implicit, interpretations and analyzes of men's access into treatment that I can discern in their stories? As a point of departure of the analysis one theoretical perspective has been used to explain and analyze men?s access to treatment, the sociological life course perspective, focusing on the concept of turning points.The method to approach this field has been qualitative interviews with a life story oriented approach which means that, focus has been to let the four interviewed men describe their lives from early childhood to their adulthood and from their histories identify contingent processes to their access of treatment. The study resulted in a division of two parts, one part consisting the processes that have been identified by the men?s stories of present tense of violent outbursts.
