In this report a study is carried out with the aim to identify added values of EPC projects implemented in schools in order to increase the interest of EPC projects on the market. The report examines how the planned maintenance, supervision, maintenance and corrective maintenance is affected, how insurance premiums and terms are affected, the indoor environment and how the tasks of the operating staff is changing. A literature study of energy savings, energy use in schools, maintenance and insurance as well as how energy efficiency improvements are related to the Swedish environmental objectives has been made. Visits were carried out in Ludvika, interviews were also carried out with operation technicians and local strategists in Ludvika as well as employees of insurance companies.Schools often have neglected maintenance and problems with ventilation and indoor environment. Schools also have a large energy saving potential due to their low utilization, mainly because they are empty parts of the year.

With this essay we want to describe the transformation process that the real estate owner has to go through to sell the current rented flats to tenant. We also want to provide an understanding how the valuation is performed in the transformation process and highlight the issues that affects the price in the valuations. In the essay we would like to see if the valuation and the transformation process differ in a public real estate company compared to a private real estate company. Based on this we have asked us the following question to answer: -Is there any differences in how real estate?s are valued in the transformation process between public real estate companies and private real estate companies? We have used a qualitative approach to keep our main question.

Detta ledde oss till vårt forskningsområde där vi har valt att studera en e-handelssajt för ett B2B-företag utifrån begreppen handlingsbarhet, användbarhet samt upplevelser. Detta då vi tror att det är viktigt att ta hänsyn till vissa faktorer för att uppnå en bra e-handelssajt. Syftet med denna uppsats är att skapa en förståelse för vilka faktorer som är viktiga för att på så sätt underlätta och ge stöd för de företag som vill skapa en bra e-handelssajt. Genom att vi gjort en litteraturstudie och en empirisk undersökning har vi strävat efter att undersöka vilka faktorer som bör beaktas för att uppnå en bra e-handelssajt för B2B-företag. Den empiriska undersökningen har utförts med hjälp av intervjuer och observationer. Vi utförde först en telefonintervju med 30 respondenter för att se ifall de ansåg att fallstudieföretagets e-handelssajt var handlingsbar. Därefter valde vi ut två av de 30 respondenterna till en mer ingående intervju där vi även ställde frågor kring e-handelssajtens användbarhet och om den gav någon positiv upplevelse.

Studiens övergripande syfte är att undersöka motivation i arbetslivet. Studiens syfte bröts ner i tre frågeställningar. Den första handlar om vilka motivationsfaktorer som kan påverka viljan att gå till jobbet. Den andra handlar om vilka motivationsfaktorer som har störst betydelse och varför dessa tillskrivs den betydelsen. Studiens tredje och sista frågeställning handlar om hur de olika motivationsfaktorerna kan användas för att öka medarbetarnas motivation.Den tidigare forskningen utgår från Maslows och Herzbergs teorier om motivation.

In recent years, the Internet has exploded with different kinds of social media, where a significant function is to share your life in text and images. This changes how we form our identity, our religious identity included. The aim of this paper was to study how Instagram forms a space for the creation and development of religious and spiritual beliefs. For this purpose, Instagram updates from five women with yoga oriented Instagram accounts have been analyzed in relation to two theories: Paul Heelas? och Linda Woodhead?s theory of a spiritual revolution and Heidi Campbell?s theory of networked religion.The aim of the study was to explore how these women presented themselves in their Instagram flow and what part religion and spirituality had in their presentations.
