Resultatet av arbetet visar att jordbruket släpper ut växtnäringsämnen som kväve och fosfor som bidrar till övergödningen i Östersjön, användningen av bekämpningsmedel inom jordbruket bidrar till böla att faunan kan försvinna eller dö i Östersjöområdet. Transporter har stora utsläpp av dioxiner och kväveoxider. Dioxinerna anrikas i Östersjönsmiljö vilket påverkar de djur som är högst upp i näringskedjan negativt och kväveoxiderna bidrar till övergödningen i Östersjön. Polen står för den största jordbrukspåverkningen på Östersjön, detta då de har de största utsläppen av både kväve och fosfor. Polen använder även mest bekämpningsmedel inom jordbruket vilket direkt leder till höga utsläpp.

NCC Roads producerar och tillhandahåller krossprodukter, asfalt samt asfaltbeläggning. En av företagets strategiska inriktningar år 2006 och framåt är fokus på kostnadseffektivitet. Under den senaste tiden har arbetet koncentrerats mot området logistik, framförallt inköp samt transport. Transporter beställs och styrs idag decentraliserat utan att större hänsyn tas mellan asfaltverk, asfaltbeläggning och krossverk. Det leder till onödigt långa transporter, väntetider och lågt utnyttjande av transportkapaciteten.

Abstract The accident in 1986 at the nuclear power station in Chernobyl, Ukraine, dispersed radioactive cesium over large areas of Europe. The half life of 137Cs is 30 years and this radionuclide also behaves like potassium, which means that it can easily be taken up by the vegetation or be adsorbed in to the structure of clays, principally illitic clays. When radiocesium decays ionizing radiation is emitted, which is harmful to humans that are exposed, either directly or indirectly through food intake. It is there-fore important to know what happens to the cesium that is dispersed into the environ-ment. In this project a simulation model was constructed to simulate the adsorption and transport of radiocesium in the soil and plant uptake.

Generellt gäller att den undersökta branschen har blivit ganska så hårt påverkad av finanskrisen och lågkonjunkturen. De flesta åkerier har tvingats säga upp personal och även sänkningar av antal arbetstimmar förekommer. Omplaceringar är inte så vanliga inom populationen och det lutar åt att de mindre åkerier klarat sig lindrigare undan än vad de större har gjort. De åkerier som har varit i branschen en längre tid verkar också vara mindre känsliga för marknadsförändringar. Framtidsbilden ur åkarnas ögon ser mestadels stabil eller positiv ut medan investeringsviljan i branschen har avtagit då majoriteten nu är mer försiktiga än vad de varit tidigare..

As requested by the company Husqvarna AB, we have developed a prototype of an electrical start device to a chainsaw. This was done through the development of new details in Catia, which has been integrated with existing details. Electrical components have been purchased by HAB electronics. In parallel with the modeling calculations was done, which was the basis for determine dimensions and the choice of an electric motor and gears. Prototype 1 improved gradually and led to prototype number 2, which became the final result.

This studie takes aim on the upper level and second upper level school system to study what the curriculum says on the one hand and what the system brings out on the other. With critical theory as method, with Herbert Tingsten as founder, this studie analyzes the logic of the education system to set out if the pupils choice of education, after the upper level lower secondary school, in second upper level is legit with democratic principles such as freedom (of choice). The theory, used to analyze the individuals progress to be autonomous, uses Adam Swifts definition of freedom as an individual being autonomous. The findings of the study shows that what politicians chases as equality really i´snt equality.

AimThe aim of this study has been to examine how health enhancement teachers in Montana, USA, view the value of physical activity from a lifelong perspective.In what way does the health enhancement teacher think the importance of physical activity from a lifelong perspective could be presented?What resources are available for teachers to present the value of physical activity from a lifelong perspective?MethodThe issue has been answered through qualitative interviews consisting of six health enhancement teachers, four women and two men, in Montana, USA. One of the teachers worked at an elementary school (for 30 years), three teachers worked at middle schools (20, 10 and 8 years of work experience) and two of the teachers interviewed worked at a high school (30 and 3 years).  ResultsThe majority of teachers feel that a wide variety of activities, adapted to an individual level, and the understanding of a healthy lifestyle are important in order for the teacher to present the value of physical activity from a lifelong perspective.The teachers felt they had sufficient material in order to present the value of physical activity, where the school budget provided the teachers with materials every year. In addition to the budget, all the teachers had 12 hours of professional development every year where they could attend conferences or their own choice of professional development.ConclusionWith the help in forms of professional development offered by the school, conferences, meeting with other teachers, and their own choice of development, the teachers instruction techniques could increase which could help the teachers to find the pupils? interest for different kinds of physical activities.KeywordsPhysical education and health, physical activity, SOC, sense of coherence..

The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the combination of bibliographic coupling and three hierarchical cluster analytic techniques: average, complete and single linkage. Bibliographic coupling is applied as a measure of similarity between recently published articles and the cluster techniques are used for the partition of a set of articles into subsets of articles with similar research focus. The field of information science is applied as the test arena and the selection of data, i.e., the article population to be partitioned, is based on a number of central journals. Methods of evaluation include both quantitative approaches as well as a qualitative one. For comparing the resulting partitions, adjusted Rand index is utilized and for the establishment of cluster coherence and isolation, measures of average normalized coupling strength is applied.

In Nacka politicians have gradually started delegate responsibility for how care-giving for the elder should be done and focus instead on formulating economical objectives and overall rules. It is up to the approved supervisors of eldercare to deliver good care and quality. The method chosen to accomplish this is public choice. Secondly a quantitative study was performed in the form of a questionnaire with 80 consumers in Willys and Coop stores located in Sala and Nyköping.Result & Conclusions: We have seen that price is important when consumers decide whether to buy organic food or not. This has been noticed by the food chains who work actively with being able to offer organic food at lower prices. Other factors that affect the consumers choice to buy organic products are offers, displaying and advertising.

A description of the current situation was compiled by mapping the internal runnings and material flow throughout the factory. A new suggestion for a layout and a comparison with the current situation will assist with creating a factual basis for the development of a new goods reception.A study was made where the volumes and the quantity of the daily arrival goods were settled.

The last couple of years the use of mobile devices such as mobile phones and PDAs has increased tremendously. Most of the these devices have their own protocols for synchronising data and this has given rise to a need for a standard synchronisation protocol, SyncML. This thesis compares this protocol against the existing ones. The comparison shows that the preferred choice is SyncML. Also an application using SyncML has been developed.

Intresset för miljö och ekologi är större än någonsin idag och marknaden för ekologiskaprodukter expanderar. Vi vill därför undersöka hur textila produkter kan kommuniceras sommiljövänliga ut till konsumenterna. Tanken är att titta närmare på hur en oberoendemiljömärkning skulle kunna stärka modeföretagens kommunikation av sitt miljö- ochhållbarhetsarbete. Vidare upplever vi att det saknas en heltäckande bild och medvetenhet omde textila miljömärkningar som finns idag.Syftet med vår uppsats är att uppmärksamma och lyfta fram textil miljömärkning samt fåförståelse hur en framtida textil miljömärkning kan användas för att främja hållbar utveckling.Det är även vårt mål att styrka att synen på ekologi och hållbarhetsperspektiv hoskonsumenterna på sikt även till stor del kan komma att innefatta textilier. Vi har i vårundersökning valt att arbeta utifrån ett företagsperspektiv vilket medfört att vi har ettbegränsat konsumentperspektiv.Vi har genomfört en kvalitativ studie där vi har siktat på att öka vår förståelse för vårtproblem.

The proportion of women entrepreneurs in Sweden is, as in many countries, smaller than the proportion of men entrepreneurs. Sweden has therefore created political measures with the ambition to increase women entrepreneurship. However, knowledge about the determinants of women entrepreneurship is needed in order to enable the promotion of it and, at the same time one can question the treatment of women entrepreneurs as a homogenous group. The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the determinants of women entrepreneurship and whether these determinants fluctuate regionally. If this proves to be the case, a more spatial/individual approach should be used, when creating measures to promote entrepreneurship.

The purpose of this investigation was to study what students in in the first year of the social science program in high school think about the guidance they had access to during their time at primary school. This is to ensure that it the guidance students are entitled to and contribute to the development of the business. The survey was conducted at two different high schools in southern Sweden. A total of 57 students participated in the survey. The results show that 46 and 29 percent of students at the two schools did not feel they had the information they needed for their upper secondary school The results proving what previous research reached that students selection process can lead to stress and uncertainty associated with the choice to high school. The results of the present study showed that girls in particular have high standards for themselves and experience stress and anxiety associated with their selection to a greater extent than boys.
