The last decade has created an increasing pressure on companies to decrease their impact on the environment and to increase their effectiveness of recycling the company?s resources, especially for the steel industry. Companies have also started to realize the economic aspects of an effective internal reverse logistics. In the past the value of an effective internal reverse logistic was something that companies tend to underestimate and there are few academic studies done in this area. The purpose of this essay has been to identify key factors to create an effective in plant storage, transport, sorting and handling of returned steel. From these factors a generalized model for creating an effective return steel flow will be developed.

The study - Hur skapas en journalist? - examines why so many people choose to turn tothe journalist profession when the conditions for a secure position on the labor market ispoor. The study also highlights how recently graduated journalist perceives their temporary and insecure position on the labor market.The study was performed trough ten biographical interviews with recently graduated journalists. Via the interviews I examined what has formed the individuals to perceive journalism as a rational or pragmatic choice for a career. The study shows that journalists, who come from families with high cultural capital, have been shaped by a particular culture of education, which focuses on education as a step towards selfrealization.

One of the teachers worked at an elementary school (for 30 years), three teachers worked at middle schools (20, 10 and 8 years of work experience) and two of the teachers interviewed worked at a high school (30 and 3 years).  ResultsThe majority of teachers feel that a wide variety of activities, adapted to an individual level, and the understanding of a healthy lifestyle are important in order for the teacher to present the value of physical activity from a lifelong perspective.The teachers felt they had sufficient material in order to present the value of physical activity, where the school budget provided the teachers with materials every year. During pre-slaughter handling of pigs the animals are often subjected to methods that induces stress and are a threat to the wellbeing of the animals, such as mixing of groups, loud noise and transportation. A new law will be implemented in 2006 in Sweden that prohibits mechanical noise exceeding 65 dB in abattoirs. The purpose of the research presented in this paper was to examine the effects of noise and transportation on pig behaviour. The activity and aggressiveness of the pigs were examined with behavioural studies during transportation and during three different noise levels: 55, 75 and 95 dB. Before the noise treatments took place the groups were mixed and half of them were transported for approximately 2 hours. In the study 432 pigs were used.

This is a report that goes through the design process of designing and illustrating a virtual clothing shop with the theme ?Stockholm Streetstyle? for the website ?Stardoll.com?. The purpose of the report is to examine how you can manage to get as close to designing a certain style or theme as possible, and also how the process of designing a clothing line can work, The illustrations were made in Adobe Illustrator and the final result of the project was an illustrated fashion collection with 21 parts, in the total of 6 outfits, and also a background for the shop. .

Syftet med studien var att ta reda på hur människor gjorde sina väl underbyggda val oavsett om det var små val i vardagen eller stora framtidsval, utifrån ett allmänt perspektiv och från ett teoretiskt vägledningsperspektiv. Studien har gjorts genom en kvalitativ undersökning där sex personer ingått, där samtliga bodde i en kommun i mellersta Norrland. Intervjuutsagorna har analyserats med hjälp KASAM-begreppet, The Planned Happenstance teorin, The Happenstance Learning Theory och en sociologisk teori. Resultaten visade att studie- och yrkesvägledarna betraktade valprocessen utifrån olika vägledningsmetoder både när de träffade elever och gjorde egna privata val, med fokus på happenstanceteorierna Studiens intervjupersoner är personer med olika bakgrunder. De som var födda i länder utanför Norden, berättade om sina val i relation till sina mål och tankar om frihet, vilket de svenskfödda personerna aldrig nämnde.

Syftet med denna studie är att skapa ett underlag och sammanställning till vad som kan utgöra en utbildningsbok som kan följa elever som går transportteknisk inriktning av fordonsprogrammet i GY11.En elev som genomgår en gymnasial utbildning för att bli yrkeschaufför får, under förutsättning att eleven klarat av utbildningen och bedöms lämplig, med sig ett antal körkortsbehörigheter samt särskilda förarbevis eller yrkesbevis. Dessa olika körkort och bevis är nödvändiga för att eleven ska med laglig rätt få utöva sitt arbete efter genomgången utbildning. Det är också nödvändigt för att eleverna ska kunna möta branschens krav och för att de ska bli anställningsbara.I skolans vardag är dokumentation ett naturligt inslag och hur mycket den tar av lärarens tid är olika beroende på typ av utbildning. Det som står helt klart är att läraren måste dokumentera elevens olika framsteg. Undersökningens slutresultat strävar efter att få fram förslag till ett dokumentationssystem som kan hjälpa läraren i arbetet med dokumentation.Undersökningen genomfördes med hjälp av dokumentanalys som metod.

Denna uppsats handlar om vad som hänt i namnskicket bland personnamnen mellan år 1998 och år 2007. Syftet är att se vad som har hänt, och varför, på nio år. De 100 vanligaste pojk- och flicknamnen 1998 och 2007 har undersökts och tendenser har framkommit. De korta namnen, de namn som tillhör de nordiska, de namn som var populära kring år 1900 och de lite mer ovanliga namnen har blivit mer populära 2007 jämfört med 1998.
