Anterior skulderledsinstabilitet definieras utifrån riktning, karaktär, uppkomstmekanism, upplevelse och grad av instabilitet. Flertalet undersöknings- och behandlingsmetoder med varierande evidensnivå finns att tillgå. Syfte: Kartlägga sjukgymnasters val av metoder gällande undersökning och behandling vid anterior skulderledsinstabilitet för patienter i åldern 15-35 år samt skäl till vald behandling. Metod: En webbenkät skickades till 178 sjukgymnaster inom primärvård och privat, verksamma i Norr och Söder. Resultat: De främst tillämpade undersökningsmetoderna var apprehension test (89 %) och test av Translation (87 %).

The aim of this thesis is to look for signs of students? understanding of algebra by studying how they make the transition from arithmetic to algebra. Students in an Upper Secondary class on the Natural Science program and Science and Technology program were given a questionnaire with a number of algebraic problems of different levels of difficulty. Especially important for the study was that students leave comments and explanations of how they solved the problems. According to earlier research, transitions are the most critical steps in problem solving.

Syftet är att undersöka skildringen av språket och personligheten hos den 15-årige huvudpersonen med autistiskt handikapp, för att ta reda på om läsaren lär känna samma person i de båda böckerna.Översättarens strategier samt relationen mellan källtext och måltext analyseras och diskuteras utifrån teorier inom Translation Studies, med tillämpning av begrepp som språkliga normer, domesticering & främmandegörning och kompensation. Dessutom ingår kommentarer från en intervju med översättaren.Analysen visar att huvudpersonens speciella språk framhävs tydligare i översättningen än i originalet, men att hans personlighet framstår som mindre konsekvent i översättningen. We have interviewed three adults with the diagnosis of Asperger syndrome with the aim to let them tell us about what it means to have a neuropsychiatric disability.

The purpose of this essay is to discuss and compare different ways of learning new words and expanding your vocabulary in a foreign language. This is done by an examination of relevant literature and available research, as well as by an empirical study with two upper secondary school classes, in which two different methods are put to the test: one traditional method of the kind that is found to be most common in second language acquisition, and one designed to take existing research into account. The results show that, although effective in the initial stages of acquisition, the traditional method, where words are learned in isolation and via Translation to L1, results in a very limited form of knowledge. A big part of the words acquired via this method is also forgotten soon afterwards. The other method, where words were learned and tested in its proper context, was found to result in a broader form of vocabulary knowledge, covering more aspects, and that remained over time.
