This thesis has been made in cooperation with Forsheda Stålverktyg AB which develops and manufactures injection moulds and diecasting tools. The main concern has been their Trading-system which provides them with considerable amount of quality lost function.Focus has to however be put on the analysis of the Trading-system due to the fact that this has previously meant various quality issues for the company.This thesis treats quality assurance of the Trading-system, identification of the problems in the process and improvements of these problems.Quality assurance is carried out when a company detects that their quality based costs become too high. Quality based cost are? the costs that would disappear if a company's products and its different operational processes were absolute? (Sörqvist, 2001 p.30, free translation from Swedish). High quality based costs often result in increased quality problems, which can lead to substantial economic loss for the company.This work has resulted in a thorough review of the Trading-system whereupon problems have been identified.

I uppsatsen jämförs Mark Haddons roman The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time och Ulrika Jannert Kallenbergs översättning Den besynnerliga händelsen med hunden om natten. Syftet är att undersöka skildringen av språket och personligheten hos den 15-årige huvudpersonen med autistiskt handikapp, för att ta reda på om läsaren lär känna samma person i de båda böckerna.Översättarens strategier samt relationen mellan källtext och måltext analyseras och diskuteras utifrån teorier inom Translation Studies, med tillämpning av begrepp som språkliga normer, domesticering & främmandegörning och kompensation. Dessutom ingår kommentarer från en intervju med översättaren.Analysen visar att huvudpersonens speciella språk framhävs tydligare i översättningen än i originalet, men att hans personlighet framstår som mindre konsekvent i översättningen. Med frasen ?göra jämmer? som uttryck för pojkens språk och beteende sätter översättaren sin prägel på den svenska boken..

Within the subject of retouching there is an ongoing debate about whether fashion retailers should retouch their ads or not. There has been a large amount of criticism to the communication of stereotyped beauty ideals that is used by companies in their marketing. The stereotyped ideals also contribute to negative psychological effects among people. As a response to the criticism, or as a way to differentiate one-self from competitors, retailers are starting to use unretouched models in their advertising. How this affects the consumer's perception of CSR along with the attitudes and behaviors is still unknown.

Sustainability has become more interesting to several companies through the last years, the trend attracts lots of attention around sustainability. Sustainable development means different to different people. The most frequent definition that we have found and which we believes compare with our definition of sustainable development.?a social change which satisfies daily needs without endanger next generation?s possibilities to satisfy their needs?.We have in this project commence from the English word sustainability and establish our own apprehension of its meaning, in the Swedish translation we have chose to call it sustainable development.This study is a part of an extensive project which is going on around the world and the material of the empirical study is designed after the international variation.Our study on over fifty small and medium sized enterprises has got the conclusion about what they think of sustainable development. The image of the poet Gustaf Fröding is the main theme of this essay. It opens with an analysis of the chamber opera Flickan i ögat. This opera has never been translated but a direct translation would be The Girl in the Eye. It refers to a story that when a man looks into the mirror and sees a picture of a girl in his eye, she will be his future love. I will write about product placement in film from a Swedish point of view. This entails writing about Swedish films with different types of product placements, not only how they are done but also discuss how they succeed from a sales perspective. In my earlier work I have written about the product placement of watches. In this thesis I focus on the film series about the Swedish agent Carl Hamilton, since here you can see how Swedish film has developed during the past 30 years with regard to product placements. Both world politics and the concrete placements are illustrated in a clear way.

Problem definition: By what marketing communications do consumers want companies in the jewelry industry to communicate its potential CSR activities?Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate in what kinds of marketing communications consumers want the jewelry industry to communicate its potential CSR work.Method: The study has used a quantitative approach to data collection, focused on a survey to answer the purpose of the study and the problem definitions.Conclusion: The study found that the respondents want a clearer communication of CSR work in the industry and that the most suitable communication channels according to respondents differ depending on gender. The female respondents think that the most appropriate channels are product promotions and direct marketing. In contrast, the male respondents think that the channels social media, newspaper and television advertising as well as web sites are more suitable..

The foundation for this thesis lies in whether or not, and how, the body representation in printed commercials, specific products directed to the body (shampoo, body lotion etc.), has changed during the last fifty years. Four years have been chosen because of the changes in society that we believe might have had an impact. The commercials that have been picked out are the ones that best represent the general view of the body. We have found that the changes when it comes to body presentation has followed the social development to a certain degree, but it is difficult to say how much the society has had an affect on the body ideal in advertising. Representations of the male body is something that has escalated since the early 70?s, fifteen years earlier few commercials was made with male models, and the few there were, never showed more than the face.

Konceptet med ubiquitous-miljöer går ut på att information ska vara tillgängligt när som helst, var som helst. Den här uppsatsen behandlade annonser i denna miljö och hade perspektivet utifrån konsumenten. Målet med uppsatsen var att ta reda på hur konsumenter upplever annonsering i dessa miljöer och hur de förhåller sig till integritetsfrågor samt vilka faktorer som är viktiga för att de ska uppskatta en annons. För att ta reda på detta användes ett ramverk om annonsering i ubiquitous-miljöer baserat på en artikel av Ranganathan och Campbell (2002). För att samla in data användes en onlineenkät som publicerades på Hallandspostens webbsida.
