Syfte:Att belysa vad som tas upp i vårdprogram angående vårdmöte och stöd till cancerpatienter.Bakgrund:På grund av det ökade antalet människor som får diagnosen cancer, är sjuksköterskor i behov av mer kunskap om vårdmöte och stöd till cancerpatienter.Metod:Att analysera data genom en kvalitativ litteraturstudie som behandlar omvårdnads - och psykosociala aspekter i vårdprogram.Resultat:Delaktighet genom information, stöd genom kommunikation, att uppmärksamma psykisk ohälsa samt att bemöta existentiella frågor har visat sig vara viktiga delar och utgör resultatets fyra temaområden.Slutsats:Vårdprogram har visat sig innehålla en ojämn fördelning av information angående vårdande möten och stöd till cancerpatienter. Sammantaget ger dock det material som presenteras i studiens resultat, en relativt mångfacetterad bild av hur vårdmöte och stöd kan ges under olika faser i cancerpatienters sjukdomsförlopp.Klinisk implikation:Denna studie kan vara en bra källa till information för sjuksköterskor om vård och stöd i der dagliga mötet med cancerpatienter. Genom att erbjuda användbara råd och strategier kan denna studie skapa en ökad känsla av självförtroende inför svåra situationer som sjuksköterskan kan möta..

Bakgrund: Ätstörningar är den tredje vanligaste sjukdomen i västvärlden bland unga kvinnor efter astma och fetma. Av de personer som drabbas utav Anorexia Nervosa avlider drygt 10 % till följd av sjukdomen. Syfte: Studiens syfte var att beskriva kvinnors upplevelser av att vårdas för sjukdomen Anorexia Nervosa. Metod: Denna studie genomfördes med en kvalitativ metod och en narrativ analys. Datainsamlingen grundades på fyra självbiografier, skrivna av kvinnor som hade drabbats av och vårdats för Anorexia Nervosa.

Today, about 15 to 20 percent of Sweden?s total emission of carbon dioxide can be traced to the household sector. By examining apartment blocks in a life cycle perspective, the origin of the carbon dioxide emission has been charted and analyzed. This information has been used to create a computational model that calculates the total emission of carbon dioxide from a specific apartment block. The results from the analyzed apartment blocks indicate that both the use of energy and the emission of carbon dioxide have been reduced since the 1960s. Through the examination of building materials, it is possible to lower the emission of carbon dioxide that origins from the construction phase of an apartment block.

The study aims to describe and analyse the relationship between norm and practice regarding social services casework on honour-related problems. The relationship between norm and practice involves the difference between the way it is intended that social workers shall operate in these cases and how they perceive that this works in practice. We interviewed two focus groups of eight Swedish social workers, four in each group. We also held an individual interview with a social services business developer. Focus group interviews were based on two vignettes; one depicting an honour-related case and the second an "ordinary" case.

AbstractIn this study eight caregivers, all with long experience from working in nursing homes for people with dementia, were interviewed.  The aim of the study was to describe the caregiver?s experiences in caring for people with dementia and Behavioral and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia disorder. Data were processed by qualitative, inductive, content analysis. The results were presented in four categories: To connect, Two days are never the same, Being calm and giving time and All are needed. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva vilken aktuell vetenskap som lett till rekommendationen av att administrera sockerlösning till nyfödda barn i smärtlindrande syfte, i samband med hälstick/venpunktion. Litteraturstudien var av kvantitativ, deskriptiv art. Data analyserades med hjälp av Forsberg och Wengströms granskningsmall för randomiserade kontrollerade studier. De studier som granskades i denna uppsats visade genomgående att sockerlösningen har betydelse för smärtlindringen hos det nyfödda barnet som genomgått någon form av procedursmärta. Vad gäller styrkan på sockerlösningarna kunde konstateras att högre styrka gav bättre effekt.

This is a qualitative study about small auditing firms and their customer relationships with SMEs. It contains a total of eight interviews, two with audit firms and six with SME?s.The purpose of the study is to understand how small audit firms manage their customer relationships and if it exist any expectation gaps between the audit firm and the SME.One of the conclusions is that trust is fundamental and gets stronger over time; it is also linked with the personal relationship between the business owner and the auditor/accountant..

This Master Thesis is a product development project that has been carried out in cooperation with Scania CV AB. The purpose has been to find the relationship between geometric parameters and the swirl number for an XPI- cylinder head in order to improve the design specification.The increased focus on environmental issues from society leads to tighter emission legislations for the truck manufactures. In order to drive the development forward considerable resources are spent on research and development on diesel engines and its combustion process. The inlet air has a significant impact on the formation of emissions and the flow that is desired is called swirl. Swirl is achieved by making the air rotate around the vertical axis of the cylinder.Earlier cylinder heads that has been developed at Scania CV AB have shown clear relationships between geometric parameters of the cylinder head and the swirl number.

Bakgrund: Det krävs en god och genomtänkt introduktion för att nyutexaminerade operationssjuksköterskor ska komma in i arbetet på den nya arbetsplatsen. Syfte: Syftet med pilotstudien var att beskriva nyutexaminerade operationssjuksköterskors erfarenheter av introduktionen till den nya yrkesrollen. Metod: Fyra nyutexaminerade operationssjuksköterskor med mellan 9 månader till 21 månaders erfarenhet av operationssjuksköterskeyrket har intervjuats. Intervjuerna har analyserats genom kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Resultat: Planering och struktur där det visade sig att det funnits en plan för introduktionen av nyanställda operationssjuksköterskor men att den följdes olika och skilde sig åt beroende på vilken operationsavdelning det var.

The purpose of this essay was to try to understand the relationship between the horse and man during the last part of the Iron Age and trough out the Medieval Age. To be able to get a result I investigated the horse's tending, work within agriculture, riding, warfare, breeding, to stable horses, oxen, sports and hunting, eating of the horse and age at slaughter and more.
