The aim of this study is to examine new interpretations of homosexuality in Islam based on Scott Kugle?s book ?Homosexuality in Islam? and the documentary ?A Jihad for love? by Parvez Sharma. Through a theological perspective, a critical analysis is performed in order to find new interpretations and compare them with each other and with the Islamic legal tradition. Argumentative analysis is also used for both the book and the documentary for this essay.     Both Kugle and Sharma use new interpretations and arguments about love to find space for homosexuality in Islam. They use a Muslim language to have relevance with their discussions to Muslim readers and viewers.

Syftet med denna uppsats var att undersöka syfte samt för- och nackdelar med traditionsprincipen för att kunna bedöma om det finns goda skäl för traditionsprincipens ställning i den svenska rätten. Traditionsprincipen är en princip som sedan länge tillämpats i Sverige för erhållande av sakrättsligt skydd. Enligt denna princip krävs att en besittningsövergång sker för att en köpare ska erhålla skydd mot säljarens borgenärer. Traditionsprincipens berättigande har flitigt debatterats i doktrin och principen har blivit kraftigt ifrågasatt. I detta arbete har jag använt traditionell juridisk metod men då traditionsprincipen inte återfinns i lagtext utan har tillkommit genom praxis har studiet av principen i detta arbete främst inriktats på praxis och doktrin.

Examensarbetet handlar om texter och textanvändning i Religionskunskap 1 på gymnasiet. Vilka texter används och hur används de? Utifrån en kvalitativ metod besvarar jag frågorna genom att dels analysera två läromedel i ämnet ? Religionskunskap för gymnasiet. Kurs 1. samt Söka svar: religionskunskap kurs 1 & 2 ? dels intervjuar jag två lärare om deras användning av texter i undervisningen.

This study is an attempt to shed light on problems and possibilities of the school library of the Swedish comprehensive school concerning library law and goals of the school and the school library. Many investigations about the role of the school library of the comprehensive school have been carried through. They have all more or less come to the same conclusions. In spite of Swedish library law and goal documents of the school library, the school libraries are often neglected, if not will and commitment are to be found among teachers. Using a model of the school organisation by Gunnar Berg, three cases of school libraries are presented and analysed in a larger organisational and political perspective.

Syftet med denna studie är att utifrån nyare forskning om ungas meningsskapande läsning synliggöra hur läromedel för gymnasieskolans svenska B-kurs gör för att skapa ett intresse hos elever för skönlitteratur. På ett övergripande plan bidrar studien till den forskning som rör ungas intresse och engagemang för skönlitteratur och läsning. Fyra läromedel för gymnasieskolans litteraturundervisning har valts ut och undersökts kvalitativt med hjälp av analysfrågor konstruerade utifrån nyare forskning om ungas meningsskapande läsning. Frågorna handlar om texturval och frågeuppgifter i läroböckerna. Resultaten visar att texturvalet ofta följer ett traditionellt upplägg med kronologiska epokstudier.

Syftet med detta examensarbetet är att ge en bild av elevers och lärares inställning till varandra på en yrkesförberedande skola men även att försöka skildra vilka krav och förväntningar som ställs på både lärare och elever.

AbstractThe phonics is traditionally firmly established within reading acquisition in Swedish schools. The curriculum, Lpo 94 gives spacious independence regarding the question of method and we have to be aware of our own point of view when we are making the decision regarding the method of reading acquisition. Is it tradition or is it our linguistic point of view that is the determining factor? Through this study of literature, different publications from different times are being studied and the ideas and the linguistic point of view are being discussed. Through comparing between the curriculums that have been replaced of one another, and attending to linguistic discussion and research, we will be able to see a change in the linguistic point of view.

Genom att dela in matematiken i begrepp viktiga för inlärningen och förståelsen visar forskningen på skillnader i det övergripande begreppet förståelse. Att det är viktigt för lärare att de har insikt i vad som är syftet didaktiskt sett med undervisningen inom matematiken. Undersökningen visar att det går att omvandla informell kunskap till formell kunskap. För min undersökning innebär det att informell lekfullhet som didaktiskt grepp kan bidra gynnsamt för inlärningen som en väg till elevers minne och språk. Med förståelse menas enligt den definition som innefattar den instrumentella och den relationsrelaterade förståelsen.

Urban planning in Sweden goes back to a prolonged tradition, and even since the beginning of the 16th century there´s been general plans for urban planning for cities in Sweden.Nowadays every municipality has a directive from the government to establish or re-new the general master plan covering the whole municipality every 4th year.The aim of this paper is to illustrate and shed light on the extent for the planning document and guidelines, and how they change from every active period and in what extent the provisional planning reaches its visions regarding the outcome of the actual city growth. This study was completed by studying the position of every apartment building that?s been constructed for the chosen area over the years of 2000 - 2014 and draw comparisons between the current master plan main visions regarding constructions ? and comparing the two separate visions to pin out the differences in the same subject.The result shows that there are some deviations from the plans but not as much as one would have thought in the city growth, and some deviations from the different planning documents. Some of the deviations was greater than others but overall the visions was about the same..

The purpose of the essay is to make a comparative study between the Christian value parity and the Christian Democrats. To answer the purpose the following questions are asked: What are the similarities and differences between party programs? What are the similarities and differences in their origin? The theory used is based on Reidar Larlsson political ideologies, there were two ideologies used to apply on the result: conservatism and liberalism. The method was ideologies analysis. The result of the study shows that there were some similarities and some differences between the part programs.

The aim of this paper is to analyse the social movement Planka.nu with reference to the theory of new social movements in order to engage in a discussion about the presence of ?old? tradition and ?new? trends. As well as empirical, the purpose is also theoretical and methodological: to examine, and extend, the discussion about new and old social movements. A qualitative method is used. The analytical framework is based on a combination of theories of social movements and new social movements.

Syftet med denna studie är att ta reda på hur pedagoger tänker kring fenomenet samling. Jag ville också ta reda på hur musik skulle kunna användas i samlingar. För att ta reda på detta delades enkäter ut till olika förskolor i Malmö. Observationer genomfördes för att få exempel på hur musik kunde användas i en samling. Stor del av litteraturen har kretsat kring barns intresse, erfarenheter och aktiva barn kopplat till samlingar.

Detta arbete syftar till att bidra till större insikt i sex- och samlevnadsundervisningen i två muslimska länder, Iran och Turkiet, och på så sätt ge förståelse för hur religion och kultur kan påverka sex- och samlevnadsundervisningen. Egna erfarenheter säger oss att sex- och samlevnadsundervisningen på mångkulturella skolor i Sverige bäddar för konflikter då invandrarföräldrars värderingar inte stämmer överens med den svenska skolans. Vi har utfört ett fältarbete i de båda länderna och intervjuat lärare och rektorer, med koppling till sex- och samlevnadsundervisningen, för att få svar på våra frågeställningar. Resultaten synliggjorde att pubertet och hygien är i fokus i sex- och samlevnadsundervisningen i de respektive länderna. Därtill uppenbarades ?tabuområden? inom ämnesinnehållet.

The family and relatives caring of older people in Sweden lies on an old tradition. By legislation the responsibility for the older people has gone through a development from the family to the society. According to the new social service law (2000) it is not that clear that the utmost responsibility lies on the society. According to the social service law ( 5th chapter, 10 §) the municipality should ease things up by giving support and relief for relatives taking care of older people, prolonged ill and function disabled people. The purpose with the study was to examine how the family care givers are finding their everyday work and their experience of the support that the society is giving.
