Marknaden som handelsplats lever kvar i Sverige än idag. Flera marknader har stor popularitet och har blivit en mötesplats för många människor. I en av Sveriges största städer finns en sådan marknad. Marknadsplatsen har under längre tid dragits med nedläggningshot eftersom fastighetsägaren och staden har andra planer för området. Reaktionerna mot en eventuell nedläggning har varit stora och i denna uppsats har det undersökts ett annat alternativ, nämligen om marknaden kan omlokaliseras. Frågorna som har ställts är ?Vilka aspekter kan bidra till en lyckad omlokalisering?? och ?Hur skulle hyresgästen och brukarna påverkas??. Med brukarna avses de som nyttjar lokalen, det vill säga marknadens besökare och säljare. För att komma fram till ett resultat har kortare intervjuer hållits med 62 av marknadens brukare. Längre intervjuer har genomförts med marknadens ägare, fastighetsägaren och representant från staden. Litteratur och vetenskapliga artiklar har eftersökts i väletablerade databaser utifrån nyckelord i uppsatsens problemformulering. Teorierna som uppsatsens slutsatser grundats på handlar om människors behov, förändringars innebörd, risker med omlokalisering samt relevant lagrum. Slutsatsen är att brukarna kommer att följa med till en ny lokal och deras påverkan kommer att vara minimal om en mötesplats kan uppstå. Många av brukarna bor i närområdet och en ny lokals mest optimala placering är i samma område. Det är viktigt att lokalen är lättillgänglig oavsett färdsätt och att lokalhyran är relativt låg. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter är, enligt säljarna, viktigt. Nyckeln till marknadens framgång är ett stort och varierat utbud, och det är en förutsättning för framtidens marknad. Förändringen en omlokalisering innebär, är mildare än om marknaden tvingas lägga ner. För att förändringen ska kunna genomföras på bästa sätt bör marknadens ägare liksom flera brukare ändra inställning och arbeta aktivt för förändring. En förändring kan leda till en ännu bättre marknadsplats, om människor vågar se möjligheterna..

Background and problem: Since the new law took place in 1999, it has been illegal towash a car with substances that can damage the environment on a paved street or on a driveway through a garage. This has conveyed to a new industry where more and more self-service car wash facility have opened around the country. Vetlanda Vägkrog AB has since 2012 been planning to install manual self-service car wash facility at the back of their restaurant business. The authors mission was to make an analysis in order to examine whether an investment of carwashes are lucrative enough for Vetlanda Vägkrog AB.Aim: The study's main objective was to analyze the profitability of an investment in a self-service car wash facility at Vetlanda Vägkrog AB, based on given data. The authors sub-aim was to clarify which factors in general that had played the greatest part in the establishment of a self-service car wash facility.Method: The authors have used an abductive approach in order to fulfill the aim of the study.

The water level of Lake Mälaren has been regulated since the 1940?s. A recentinvestigation suggests that the current regulation needs to be adjusted in order toprevent a decline in water level, salt water from infiltrating from Lake Saltsjön,and risk of floodings. In addition to these preventions, the new regulation couldpotentially effect the natural environment and agriculture practices in the lowlands that surround the lake. The new regulation proposal calls for an increase invariations in Mälaren?s water level during seasons, while the annual mean waterlevel will remain the same.

The aim of this study was to develop a simple model for calculating stock costs for bio fuel at Billerud Karlsborg and subsequently recommending a suitable stock level of bio fuel. The stock components considered in the model are GROT (branches and tops), bark, dry wood chips, raw wood chips from barking and sawdust. The calculations are based on a probability distribution of historical deviations between ordered and delivered volumes. The model presents two different ways to manage the supply in case of irregular deliveries. The first way is to stock enough volume to cover the deviations and the second way is to compensate with a quick purchase from the spot market (at extra high purchase prices).

The aim with my research is to illuminate the meaning of IKEAs settle in Haparanda, for the region Haparanda-Tornio, its economic growth and its inhabitants. This is a literature review of how the climate change affects the forest growth innorthern Sweden. The temperature will rise about 5 °C with the largest increase in thewinter season (December - February) and the CO2level in the atmosphere is expected tobe doubled. Precipitation patterns will change and increase with 25-35 % and theprecipitation will be in form of rain rather than snow. Today the forests in northernSweden are entirely dominated by coniferous stands. This may shift with the climatechange and results in a larger number of deciduous trees, preferably birch will becomestronger and grow better and faster.

The financial crisis in the beginning of the 1990´s the financial crisis had a strong impact on the Swedish economy. Some of the main actors in the crisis were the largest banks of Sweden which brought a huge amount of losses on themselves. One of the main reasons for this was that the banks focused on volume increases rather than on credit losses. The credit analysis process is performed differently these days and it is the development of this process that is the focus for the authors.This thesis is about the credit analysis process in the four largest banks of Sweden. The purpose of the thesis is to highlight which factors the banks include in the credit analysis process and in how small and medium size companies are treated in this process.

The purpose of this essay is to establish whether the so called ?soup trilogy?, med en burk soppa (2001), konservöppnare bok (2003) and på burklös mark (2005), written by Swedish-speaking Finn Stefan Hammarén is to be considered as surrealism or not. The methods used to determinate this is close reading, a technique used for finding a text?s distinguishable traits, and comparative analysis. First of all, the criteria of surrealist literature found in André Breton?s (1896-1966) Surrealist Manifesto, and other sources, as well as the criteria for the surrealist literary technique cut-up are presented and evaluated accordingly.

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the writings of Hayashi Ichiz?, a Christian from southern Japan who on the 30th of May 1945 died while carrying out a kamikaze attack against Allied ships outside Okinawa. Hayashi?s writings, most notably his diary and some of the letters he sent to his mother, have been published posthumously by his sister in a volume called Hi nari tate nari. In this thesis, I conduct an in-depth analysis of these writings in an attempt to understand for what Hayashi died.In the two parts of the thesis, divided by two major themes in Hayashi?s writings ? faith/family and nation/emperor, I discuss his thoughts around these issues.

Bufab Holding is a trading company which mainly buys and sells C-parts. C-parts include fasteners, other small metal-, rubber- or plastic parts such as wires, springs and electronic fasteners.The aim of this thesis was to make a survey of the cost of poor quality and to find key performance indicators (KPI) for cost of poor quality that can be continuously monitored.

Huvudsyftet är att undersöka om det existerar väsentliga variabler som kan hjälpa oss att finna framtida vinnarfonder genom att studera historisk information. Studien mäts i förhållande till det existerande utbudet på svenska fondmarknaden. Konkret vill vi kunna få en högre signifikant avkastning under en given period än den genomsnittliga avkastningen för samtliga fonder på den svenska marknaden. Med denna undersökning vill vi bidra till en diskussion om det råder marknadseffektivitet. Variabler som vi studerar för denna undersökning är historisk avkastning, standardavvikelse, Sharpekvot, Stutzer index, fondstorlek, kapitalflöde, relativ volym, trading activity, fondavgifter och slutligen ålder.

Viral zoonoses are viral diseases that can be passed from animals to humans. The paper will also provide a better insight of the risks workers and visitors to the zoo can be exposed to. The viruses that this paper is focused on is herpes Bvirus, simian T-lymphotropic virus type 1 (STLV), simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV), Ebola virus, Marburg virus, yellowfever virus, monkeypoxvirus and hepatitis B virus. The choice of viruses is based on how infectious they are and how pathogenic they are.

On ocean beds around the world sinking particles of residual biomass from animals and vegetation have, over time, accumulated into thick layers of sediment. For researchers these layers of sediment contain valuable information about the earth?s past climate, information that can be used to predict future climate change and to estimate natural vs. human causes of today?s global warming.The Institute of Geosciences at Stockholm University studies sediment cores that have been acquired with an apparatus called piston corer.

The amount of cargo has since the 1970s increased in Sweden and the road traffic accounts for a large part of the transported volume. In Stockholm County the amount of cargo is calculated to be doubled in size from year 2001 to 2020 which means a greater need for transport is required. Much of these transports are being carried out by haulage companies of varying sizes which acts externally as carriers for their customers. All of this despite a greater awareness, laws and demands regarding environmental performance.The trend shows that the haulage industry in Sweden are moving towards fewer but larger haulage companies, which means that the competition is getting tougher for the smaller haulage companies. Smaller haulage companies and research about their competitive strategies is a neglected part of this industry.
