Bakgrund: Sjuksköterskor har ett etiskt ansvar för sina handlingar och bedömningar i vården. Etisk kompetens utgör en del av sjuksköterskans profession.Syfte: Syftet med denna litteraturöversikt var att undersöka hur den etiska kompetensen hos sjuksköterskan beskrivs.Metod: Denna litteraturöversikt grundas i tolv vårdvetenskapliga artiklar vilka har lästs upprepade gånger. Nyckelfynd har kunnat identifieras avseende den etiska kompetensen hos sjuksköterskan. En sammanfattning av varje studie utfördes för att sedan utmynna i en sammanställning där två huvudteman urskildes. Därefter bildades nya underteman vilka presenterar resultatet.Resultat: I resultatet beskrivs den etiska kompetensen med dess komponenter.

Sveriges totala energianvändning uppgick år 1970 till 457 TWh medan den idag är uppe i 600 TWh. Det visar hur kraftigt vår användning har ökat den senaste tiden och att vi nu bör göra något åt detta genom att energieffektivisera hela kedjan från produktion till användning. En undersökning som fastighetsbolaget ICA Fastighet AB genomfört visar på en genomsnittlig energianvändning bland livsmedelsbutiker på 421 kWh/m2,år. ICA Kvantum Kronoparken i Umeå har en specifik energianvändning på 658 kWh/m2,år vilket gör att butikens användning är hög och över medelvärdet.Projektets syfte är att utföra en fallstudie på ICA Kvantum Kronoparken i Umeå genom att kartlägga den totala energianvändningen utifrån utvalda användningsområden. Vidare skall olika alternativ till värmekälla undersökas för att byta ut den värmepanna som förser fastigheten med värme idag.Fastigheten har idag en total energianvändning på 2 237 MWh/år och en total uppvärmd yta på 3 400 m2.

Every year about 210 000 tones dry weight of sewage sludge is produced in Sweden. Most of the sludge is applied to agricultural land, plantsoil and landfill cover. Sewage sludge contains essential nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus. Nitrogen is limiting growth on solid ground in Sweden and can therefore be used as fertilizer to increase productivity. In order that the sludge can be spread to forest land it requires first a conversion of sludge to pellets, to make it more manageable.

BakgrundSedan 1950-talet har meticillinresistenta Staphylococcus aureus orsakat stora problem inom hälso- och sjukvården och är idag en av de vanligaste vårdrelaterade infektionerna som skapar stort lidande. Basala hygienrutiner är den enskilt viktigaste åtgärden för att förhindra smittspridning. Sjuksköterskan kan uppleva oro och rädsla vid omvårdnad av patienter med meticillinresistenta Staphylococcus aureus. Detta kan påverkas av hennes kunskap och tidigare erfarenheter.SyfteSyftet var att beskriva sjuksköterskans upplevelser av att vårda patienter med meticillinresistenta Staphylococcus aureus.MetodEn kvalitativ intervjustudie valdes som metod. En halvstrukturerad intervjuguide användes som stöd vid intervjuerna.

Abstract: The purpose with this study is to analyse the political debate about freedom of speech in Sweden and Denmark, after the caricatures of the Islamic Prophet Mohammed that the Danish newspaper Jyllandsposten published in September 2005. For this debate four political parties have been chosen. These are: Socialdemokratiska Partiet and Moderata Samlingspartiet in Sweden and Socialdemokraterne and Venstre in Denmark.An idea analysis has been chosen as method, and dimensions as an analysing tool. The overall result of the analysis is that right- and left political parties in Sweden and Denmark are more alike, than different in their political debate about free speech. They all wish for total freedom of speech, and see that as the foundation of the democratic society.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine the representation of race, social class and gender in the 2013 video game Grand Theft Auto V. Postcolonial theory, including terms such as cultural hegemony, whiteness and Michel Foucaults definition of power, has served as the basis for the analysis. The postcolonial theory has been combined with class theory and gender theory for an intersectional analysis. Semiotic analysis has been used as the method in the thesis, and a total of nine story missions ? three for each protagonist in the game ? have constituted the material.

Quality is the main focus in management of all laboratories. Accurate results of the analyses are not only determined by the analytical procedure but also by preanalytical factors. In the total analytical process of clinical specimens, there are many possible preanalytical sources of error. Monetoring of temperature on test samples of the transport boxes is one way to reduce the mistakes in the preanalytical phase.In this study, four laboratories from primary health care were invited to participate. The temperature has been measured on test samples of the transport boxes being delivered to the laboratory.In three cases the temperature remained within the limits, but in the fourth case the temperature varied more than the allowed interval.

The aim of this research was to gain a comprehensive understanding of how daily activities impact the organizational culture within the Swedish Police enforcement agency, Polismyndigheten. The study specifically explored the influence of the purported culture of silence on organizational culture. Employing a case study approach, data were collected with a qualitative method from a total of 15 individuals, including students and officials affiliated with Polismyndigheten. The findings were categorized into five distinct groups, revealing a noticeable gap between employees and management. Additionally, the study identified generational disparities and a lack of a clear set of core values.

Bakgrund: Psykosocial arbetsmiljö inom vård och omsorg påverkas mycket av stress, hög arbetsbelastning och alltför få anställda. Samtidigt påverkas arbetsmiljön av chefens hälsofrämjande arbete och ledarskap. Förutsättningarna för chefer inom äldreomsorg beskrivs ofta som negativa, vilket påverkar möjligheterna att kunna utföra det hälsofrämjande arbete och ledarskap som behövs för att skapa en hållbar psykosocial arbetsmiljö för de anställda.Syfte: Att undersöka hur chefer inom äldreomsorgen upplever arbetet med att utveckla den psykosociala arbetsmiljön och hur de använder sig av hälsofrämjande arbete och ledarskap i detta arbete.Metod: Data har samlats in i form av sju individuella intervjuer. Materialet transkriberades och en innehållsanalys utfördes för att få fram resultatet.Resultat: Cheferna upplever att det hälsofrämjande arbetet och ledarskapet är viktigt för att skapa en hållbar psykosocial arbetsmiljö. Cheferna använder sig bland annat av systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete och de främjar en psykosocial arbetsmiljö genom att bemöta medarbetarnas behov och ger möjligheter till diskussion, reflektion och dialog.

Detta arbete är en litteraturstudie som handlar om hur deltidsbete påverkar mjölkkors avkastning, foderintag och välfärd. I Sverige har vi beteskrav till skillnad från många andra länder i världen. Detta skapar problem då besättningstorlekarna ökar och det blir svårare att få marker i närheten av gården att räcka till alla kor. Det största problemet med mjölkkor på bete är dock att högavkastande kor inte producerar lika mycket på bete som inne på stall. Det är därför viktigt att finna ett sätt att lösa problemen som både gynnar kon och bonden.

Emotional Intelligence (EI) is a highly used concept in contemporary organizations, especially in the recruitment process or education of employees and managers. The aim of this study was to examine the discursive production of the concept emotional intelligence and how it, linked to an organizational context, is expressed in web-based articles and course homepages. In total 11 texts related to emotional intelligence and organizational contexts were used as the object of study. A three-stage model was used as a method for analysis. The model included a content analysis, argument analysis and a deconstruction analysis in order to expose what was said about emotional intelligence and how it was said.

The purpose of our study is to determine whether a membership in FRII exercise any influence over the fundraising organizations accounting and work, and if that?s the case we want to study the effects.We began with a search for information about the theories we intended to use in our study and to establish hypotheses. We came to the conclusion that the agency theory and the stakeholder model were the most relevant theories for our work. We also chose to discuss problems in accounting, legitimacy theory and standard setting.We decided to conduct a total opinon poll due to the fact that FRII only have approximately seventy members. We also decided to conduct a cross section approach which means that the attempt of our study is broad but rather shallow.

Allanblackia is a genus of trees that grows in the rainforests of West, Central and Eastern Africa. Its big fruits contain seeds very rich in oil which has been used by local communities for cooking and making soaps. The native stands are threatened by overexploitation and the demand for the oil is much greater than the supply. Domestication programs, aiming at introducing the trees to small holder agroforestry systems, have been started for some of the species. The main aim of this study was to investigate the soil requirements of Allanblackia stuhlmannii in terms of chemical and physical parameters, as revealed by the soil conditions in native stands. Another aim was to see if these varied along an altitudinal transect.

Mastitis, an inflammation of the udder mainly caused by a bacterial infection, induces an increase in the somatic cell count (SCC) in milk and is consequently one of several factors affecting SCC in milk. In this literature review it is investigated whether SCC; on udder quarter, cow composite or bulk tank milk level, can be used as a quality marker with focus on milk composition in terms of the content of fat, lactose, total protein, casein and whey protein. According to this literature review the relation between SCC and milk composition is not reliable either on udder quarter, cow composite or bulk tank milk level. SCC was related to lactose, casein and whey protein on udder quarter level; lactose and whey protein on cow composite level and lactose on bulk tank milk level.

Our digital society encompasses nowadays different channels, which includes social media where many users consider it as a platform where they can fetch news or exchange news and information. This leads to a large spread of news exchange in a very fast speed, which involves the global users within social media to be a part of this social interaction. This study is focused on how Twitter affects the usage of the user?s news consumption. By reaching out to our specific target audience, which includes Twitter users in Sweden, we made a web based survey with a content of relevant questions.
