Östersjöregionen är en av Europas snabbast växande regioner och Blekinge har ett strategiskt läge mitt i denna expansiva region. Studien behandlar Sydöstra Östersjöregionens utveckling och belyser de tre INTERREG-projekten Seagull, SEB Trans-Link och Baltic Gateway ur ett robusthetsperspektiv. En robusthetsanalys med hänsyn till tekniska, ekologiska och sociala aspekter görs med utgångspunkt från identifierade regionala riskfaktorer samt de effekter INTERREG-projekten förväntas få på Blekinge. AbstractThe purpose of this study is to examine the process of resocialization for individuals who previously lived as criminals from an individual perspective. The research questions for the essay are: How do individuals in the study describe their process of resocialization? In which way does a support organization affect the process of resocialization for the individual? In which ways do the reactions from society affect the process of resocialization for the individual?To answer these research questions a qualitative method was chosen where six narrative interviews was conducted with men who previously lived as criminals but have been resocialized into society. These men are roughly between the ages of 30-60 years and are all members of a support organization for ex criminals.The results show that the process is divided in four stages and that the support organization has facilitated the process of resocialization of the respondents. Reactions from society both facilitates change using the help of different agencies can contribute, while negative reactions from other individuals makes change difficult.

Introduction: The population of Sweden has during the last century doubled. An increased live expectancy results in an older population and the share needing medical care increases. Demographic and political changes in developed counties have resulted in changed demands on the care of the elderly. The elderly are discharged from hospital earlier and this results a significant responsibility on the elderly themselves and their relatives. Often the relatives are engaged in the elderly?s health problems, care needs and the future consequences the current situation results in for the elderly and the domestic life.

To be able to plan for the expansion of a town, one needs a vision of the future appear-ance of the town. It is the current issues (social situation, supply and demand, political control etc.) which decide what the ideal for town planning is. This is turn is the steering factor of the physical structure of the town. Therefore, the town's structure is decided by these ideals.In this report, I will present planning ideals that have historically been, and which criticisms that have been directed towards them.  Saab Microwave Systems (SMW) is a business unit within Saab AB that manufactures and develops different types of radar- and sensor systems for naval, airborne and ground based forces as well as within the market for civil security. In addition to the manufacturing of radar and sensor systems they also provide different types of service concepts. The business unit has 50 years of experience within the area of developing radar systems and is considered to be one of the market leaders. When applying an assemble-to-order production strategy with products at this level of cost price the product lead-time is vital and becomes an important part of the strategy within marketing and sales. Within SMW there is a new department called Supply Management (SM) that provides the supply of incoming and outgoing material. Within SM there are four sub-departments working with activities such as planning, purchasing, receiving inspection, storage and distribution.

Marketing in a business-to-business environment differs from its counterpart in the business-to-consumer market. Where the latter focuses on customer satisfaction, the former is all about value. This value creates loyalty between seller and buyer. Creating loyalty is becoming more and more important in the media planning industry as fierce competition reduces profit margins. Value is created through selling what a client wants at an acceptable price.

Detta kandidatarbete handlar om planering, exploatering och naturvärden i den svenska fjälen. Syftet med denna uppsats är att studera och analysera hur planering och exploatering i de svenska fjällen påverkar den naturmiljön som finns där. En del av syftet består av att studera hur turismen påverkar planeringen, en annan del är att se hur naturmiljön påverkas av exploateringar. Genom exempel i från den planerade exploateringen av Rödkullen i Åre kommun skall problem och möjligheter som kan uppkomma vid planering och exploatering belysas. En fallstudie har gjorts på Rödkullen i Åre, ett naturområde som inom snar framtid ska exploateras.

Detta arbete har tagit fokus på en ännu outforskad företeelse i svensk kommunal planeringspraktik, nämligen något som här kallas ?konsultplanering?, det vill säga konsultmedverkan i den kommunala planeringen. Uppsatsen har avgränsats till att handla om ?planeringskonsulter? och konsultuppdrag som konkret handlar om planering och inte olika utredningar etc. som i och för sig också ingår i planeringsprocessen och ofta utförs av konsulter. Ämnet är intressant eftersom det idag är vanligt i de flesta av Sveriges län att kommunerna använder sig av konsulter. Studiens syfte är att studera den ökande konsultplaneringen i den svenska kommunala planeringspraktiken, samt dess positiva respektive negativa konsekvenser för planeringssystemet.

Examensarbetet behandlar det s.k. Kingområdet i södra Helsingborg. Planområdet benämns som King i arbetet, har en storlek av ca 45 hektar och ett avstånd till innerstaden på ca i kilometer. Området består idag främst av bangård och verksamheter av olika karaktär. Under en kommande 20-årsperiod kan stora förändringar förväntas ske i dessa delar av staden och det är i denna utveckling som arbetet tagit sin utgångspunkt.

The title of this project: "Istället för träd" translates as "Instead of trees" or "Replacing trees". By looking at different ways of replacing trees in the urban environment through functionality analysis, I study the creative process. To achieve this, I present eleven different ideas, and follow and analyse the process of sketching. One conclusion about the creative process is that it is a non-linear chain of events influenced by factors like method, external impressions and chance. A complete design, "Trasmattan" ("The rag") is presented. It consists of a colourful striped carpet made from rubber surfacing covering part of the sidewalks of the central street "Dragarbrunnsgatan" in Uppsala, Sweden. .

In Sweden according to the planning and building Act municipalities have planning monopoly. The question about shopping centres in the outskirts of cities is a regional issue, because they attract customers from a large area. Municipalities often find it hard to assert themselves against large commercial companies when it comes to their establishing new retail outlets on the outskirts of cities. Without a regional co-operation there is a risk that municipalities can be played up against one another, so that more and more companies are given permits without the municipalities having taken the strategic consideration necessary for a long term sustainable development. The focus in this work is on four municipalities in the Södertörn region (Södertälje, Botkyrka, Huddinge and Nynäshamn).
