Syftet med det här arbetet har varit att undersöka vilken skillnad av visuell igenkänningsbarhet och perception av 3d-spelgrafik, adapterad från en datorskärm till en mobiltelefonskärm, ger det att använda relativ omskalning och förenkling av objekt i en scen jämfört med att justera färg, silhuett och ljussättning.Undersökningen genomfördes genom att adaptera en 3d-modellerad scen till två olika versioner. En av versionerna av scenen modifierades genom relativ omskalning och förenkling av objekt enligt tidigare forskning inom närliggande område. Den andra versionen av scenen modifierades genom att justera färg, silhuett och ljussättning baserat på teoretiska grunder. Dessa två versioner av en scen jämfördes sedan mot varandra, och mot original scenen de var adapterade ifrån, i en undersökning.  Undersökningen genomfördes med hjälp av en kvalitativ undersökning i form utav semistrukturerade intervjuer.Resultatet av undersökningen visar på viss skillnad i perceptionen av de olika versionerna.  De olika adaptionsversionerna får grafiken att uppfattas olika, och påverkar observationsvänligheten av grafiken. Resultatet visar även på att dessa metoder inte gör grafiken lättare att uppfatta jämfört med original scenen. .

This thesis examines the sheep shed called Ronningsgift, and its historical functions and geographical location. The study aims to make a comprehensive gathering of the existing knowledge and to shed light on new theories about the history of Ronningsgift. This is done through desk research including literature and archive search, as well as an investigation and description of the construction and materials, and an interview. Further, I got the opportunity to take part of the results of two C14 samples from Ronningsgift. The literature and archive search shows that the most common theory of the historical function is as a guest house (g?ststuga/h?gstuga) or more traditionally called, Malst?ue/Malsteuvu.

The Swedish photographer and artist Eva Klasson, based in Paris in the 1970s, gained attention for her series of black-and-white photography of her own naked body, which opened up for an international artistic career in the late 1970s. Despite a promising career she however abandoned photography and disappeared from the artistic sphere only a few years after her debut. There has been a renewed interest in Klasson?s work in Sweden the last decade where she has been exhibited at museums and galleries. Today she is represented at art museums and institutions including Moderna Museet, The Modern Museum of Art, in Stockholm.

In this two years masters thesis in Library and Information Studies, the Russian Library-Bibliographical Classification (LBC/BBK) and the Chinese Library Classification (CLC) are analyzed with regard to their historical and ideological backgrounds and their respective evolutions. The structure of these classifications is compared with the Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC), as well as three chosen subjects (History, Politics and Religion). A qualitative comparative textual method is used.The study shows that these classification schemes, created at different times, different parts of the world, and different political systems, have different biases but give priority to the European before other foreign views. Otherwise, they often use a proximity principle. The CLC and the LBC were originally based on Marxist materialist principles but built in totally different ways.

This work represents a first attempt to articulate my practice as a composer. Through a phenomenological perspective and with the support of the philosophical concept 'Weak Thought', I approach the idea of music as meaning in itself, beyond language. My exploration of these ideas is developed through three perspectives: partly through analysis of my own work, partly through a brief presentation of the concept of 'Weak Thought', and lastly through a series of subject-specific reflections..

Per Wahlöö is one of Sweden´s most famous crime writers. Together with Maj Sjöwall he revolutionized the swedish crime novel in the mid-sixties with the Martin Beck-series. Before that he was working as a reporter in the fifties and started writing novels about the oppression of man, power and totalitarian mentality in the end of the decade. Those novels (1959-1968) are called ?The dictatorship?-series.

This article deals with the woodlands as a biological cultural heritage and how it is taken care of in the protected woodlands in Skåne, in the south of Sweden, especially the deciduous trees which is dominated by beech. High biological values have emerged as a result of grazing and different kinds of forestry. The protected woodlands have been ripped of its cultural influences which changes the biological values on which the original reasons for protection was founded..

Teching aid in form of schoolbooks plays an importent role. The teacher uses schoolbooks as a tool in its tutoring. I have examined how and whether the pictures in the schoolbooks are presenting people and ethnic minorities biased and stereotypical. The material I have examined consisted of a series of schoolbooks (So-direkt 1-3, samhällskunskap av Bonnier 2003).To find out if that is the case I have used a theory by Stuart Hall, his theory is about people and how they are represented in different types of media, like pictures and text. I studied it by using the method of image analysis where I investigated and interpreted the denotation and konnontation of the pictures.

I denna undersökning jämförs upphovsrättslagens syn på original och kopiering med den syn som allmänt råder i konstvärlden. Min frågeställning är: på vilket sätt har appropriering förändrat synen på originalitet och kopiering i konsten och hur samstämmer den med upphovsrättslagens syn? Appropriering är ett begrepp som i konstnärliga sammanhang använts sedan 1980-talet och betyder att man tar något och gör det till sitt eget. Den konstnär som är mest känd för sina approprieringar är Sherrie Levine som målade kopior av äldre kända konstnärers verk och fotograferade andra kända konstnärers fotografier och ställde ut dem som sina egna. Men även tidigare har konstnärer utnyttjat andras bilder och material för egna konstnärliga syften.
