Gore & Associates Scandinavia AB (Gore), där organisa-tionskulturen sägs vara grunden till varför de har vunnit pris för Sveriges bästa arbets-plats två år i rad. Gore är en ledande tillverkare av tusentals produkter inom textil, indu-stri, elektronik och medicin. Organisationens mest kända varumärke är GORE-TEX®, som bland annat används i skydds- och sportkläder (Gore 2011a, Hamel, 2008; My-newsdesk, 2011). Denna studie syftar till att kartlägga vilka organisationskulturella framgångsfaktorer som finns representerade i Gores organisationskultur samt om det finns ett samband mellan dessa faktorer och ledarskapet på Gore.

This essay examines the Swedish missionary association Bible Faithful Friends? (Bibeltrogna Vänner, BV) ecclesiological development between the years 1911 ? 1986 and their relation to the Church of Sweden. This essay?s three main questions are:- How did the ecclesiology of BV develop during the years 1911 ? 1986, with certain focus on 1967-1986?- In what way was this ecclesiology imprinted bya) the structure of the missionary association?b) and the ecclesiological standpoint of the leader Axel B. Svensson?As regards the first question, the study shows that BV's ecclesiology, particularly in the years 1967 ? 1986, is characterized by a church debate between BV's board and the promoters and founders of the Lutheran Confessional Church (Lutherska Bekännelsekyrkan, LBK).

One of the main goals in this study is to investigate how young children's identity formation and social relationships are depicted by today's consumer society.  In order to reach the goals of the study I also concentrated myself on questions regarding the reflection of symbolic aspects consumption in younger children's interaction and preschool-teachers' ideas about how and in what ways children's consumption patterns are created and developed nowadays. In order to answer the presented research questions I used the theoretical arguments of researchers in the field of pedagogy Gert Biesta in connection with the ideas and concepts of the consumer society characteristics developed by the sociologist Zygmunt Bauman.The thesis' methodological approach consists of a combination of semi-structured interviews with teachers and observations of children's interaction, which contributed to a systematic investigation of the thesis' problem area and served as a tool for obtaining answers to the research questions.The results demonstrate that consumption occupies a lot of space in young children's lives, which means that it greatly affects their social relationships today. Both consumption and knowledge of the known brands prove to be the child's path to the desired community on the one hand, and the children's way to the consumer world on the other (hand), which in turn points to an obvious dependence between children's consumption and their social relationships.The results also show that there is a tension between the perception of identity formation as preschool-policy-document on the one hand and the attitude of the identity prescribed by consumer society norms and regulations on the other..

The report is a building evaluation of an area south of Karlskoga`s urban area on the west side of the lake Möckeln, known as the western Möckelnstranden. The evaluation is carried out on the behalf of Karlskoga municipality.  The goal of the evaluation that is based on a mission statement is to create a basis for Karlskoga municipality for a detailed plan and exploitation of the area. Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur lärplattan kan användas som pedagogiskt verktyg i förskola och förskoleklass. Vi vill undersöka de lärande och sociala samspel som eventuellt sker mellan barnen. Vidare undersöks hur pedagogernas förhållningssätt inverkar på barnens möjlighet till lärande kring lärplattan. Pedagogernas syn på fördelar och nackdelar gällande lärplattan granskas. Studiens frågeställningar besvarades utifrån den sociokulturella teorin.

More and more preschools are choosing to reduce the sugar consumption. The reason is, inter alia, the increase of weight in the community, but there is also research showing that sugar is harmful to children. The discussions on sugar and children are also a hot media topic.I have chosen to use a qualitative method, interviews, to gather material for the essay. I have interviewed a teacher and a cook in three different preschools, in different municipalities. I have also looked at their various nutrition policies to see how the guidelines for their work on diet and health look like.

Tidigare forskning menar att barn i vårt samhälle är allt mer stillasittande och inte rör på sig i samma utsträckning som tidigare. Samtidigt tillbringar många barn den största delen av sin vakna tid på förskolan, därmed läggs ansvaret på förskolorna att tillgodose barn den motoriska stimulans de behöver. Oftast görs detta genom den fria leken ute på gården, och gården bör vara utformad för att bemöta varje barn på dess individuella nivå. Studier visar att förskolegårdar idag kan vara bristfälliga och att de har nedprioriterats de senaste decennierna. Tidigare forskning visar att gårdar med stora ytor och mycket växtlighet gynnar barns motoriska utveckling.Föreliggande kvalitativa studie genomfördes genom intervjuer med pedagoger från förskoleverksamhet samt miljöobservationer av förskolegårdarna.

The purpose of this study has been to examine reading habits and the use of the library by pre­school teachers in a mainly multicultural community, and also explore to what extent activities in the local library are aimed at preschoolers.The study used a sociocultural approach based on Vygotsky?s theories of learning and development and Söderbergh?s theory of early childhood language development, and was carried out during the summer 2009. The methodology used was both quantitative and qualitative, with a combination of questionnaires and interviews. Questionnaires were sent out to each section of the municipal pre­schools within the catchments area of the local public library in a multicultural suburb of Uppsala. Three short interviews were carried out with staff at the local and main library branches, as well as library staff at the County Council.The results show that, although preschool teachers find reading important in their work, many teachers read spontaneously and/or sporadically.

In previous contact with secondary schools, we have noticed a dull setting for friluftsliv among teachers in Physical Education and Health. We suspected that both teaching and assessment are sometimes conducted in error. Under the provisions of Skolverket the teacher must involve all elements mentioned in the core content of the curriculum and the assessment of students' knowledge may be based only on what is expressed in the syllabus for each course. Research shows that the implementation of the curriculum have failed in the subjects investigated (Skolinspektionen, 2013:22). We have identified a gap of knowledge regarding the situation of friluftsliv in the course physical education 1.

Denna uppsats handlar om förskolematematik. Vad är det och hur gör man? Vi har observerat förskolor och intervjuat pedagoger som valt att arbeta medvetet med detta för att få veta varför de valt att arbeta med förskolematematik. Vi tycker oss märka att intresset för matematik i förskolan ökat, och vi tror att vi någon gång kommer att arbeta i en sådan verksamhet. Våra frågeställningar är: Varför väljer pedagoger att arbeta medvetet med matematik? Hur gör man rent konkret och vad betyder förskolematematik för de pedagoger vi intervjuat.

The purpose of this thesis is to study how preschool teachers can reach the goal of the swedish educational plan to prevent traditional gender roles for children ages 3-6 through drama in education.This is answered by four hypothesis based on Judith Butler's queer theory, George Herbert Mead's social psychological theory and Gavin Bolton and Dotothy Heathcotes drama pedagogical theories. The hypotheses are tested against four teachers' examples of their work.The hypotheses areHypothesis 1: By using the expert's mantle and active observation in teacher-in-role indrama educational exercises, we can see how the children internalize the heterosexualmatrix and the outline of the internalized other.Hypothesis 2: By using the "mistakes" that occur when children repeat performativeacts that do not fit with the heterosexual matrix, these other possible behaviors can bestrengthenedHypothesis 3: Through drama exercises that are not normative teachers can widen theheterosexual matrixHypothesis 4: Through drama pedagogical methods like teacher-in-role teachers canprovide possibilities of other performative acts and the creation of a more tolerantinternalized other.The analysis show that the respondents work within all these hypotheses in different ways and thathypotheses 2 is the one with the weakest support in the interwievs. The examples are also weakregarding the use of Boltons drama pedagogical methods, but that there are a number of othermethods in use.Some of the conclusions are that more theoretical knowledge in the preschool drama pedagogics tocounteract traditional gender roles and patterns, as well as the drama of educational theory need tobe linked to queer and social psychology research. There is also no monitoring of the long term effects of the work..

Denna studie har som syfte att undersöka hur anställda inom Kriminalvården och socialtjänsten upplever samverkan dem emellan i utslussningsfasen av intagna. Studien bygger på fyra kvalitativa, halvstrukturerade intervjuer med anställda på Kriminalvården och socialtjänsten i Skåne. Uppsatsens teoretiska ram utgörs av Danermarks teori om samverkan. Studiens resultat visar att Kriminalvårdens informanter inte ansåg att deras samverkan med socialtjänsten fungerade på ett tillfredsställande vis. De såg flertalet faktorer som de ansåg försvårade samverkan dem emellan, men såg samtidigt potentiella lösningar på dessa hinder.
