First of all I will examine if Vattenfall have a strong Employer Brand and then if the media image have any influence over the Employer Brand. My hypothesis is that Vattenfall?s Corporate Culture is a big part of the Employer Brand and because of that negative media images has no power to influence on Vattenfall?s Employer Brand.

Syftet är att undersöka hur relevanta mina mediekunskaper är för verksamheten ute på skolorna. Jag har gjort ett medieprojket i en åk 2-3. Min frågeställning är: Hur kan styrdokumentens direktiv om medieundervisning omsättas i praktiken? Jag har använt mig av enkät, video, intervju och dagboksanteckningar som metodunderlag.
"Mer bio än bibliotek" : Klassifikation och medieuppställning i det senmoderna samhället
This case study examines the new media presentation system in Alby public library. The aim is to explore if the contemporary Zeitgeist, wich according to the sociologist Zygmunt Bauman, could be described as liquid modernity, has affected how the system was formed. The purpose is to find out how that would affect users and staff of public libaries of the contemporary. Interviews were conducted with the library staff, and plans and documents concerning the media presentation system was examined.The empirical part of this thesis starts with a study of the process that resulted in the new presentation system while the second part examines the system as such. I discovered that both the media presentation system, and the process which preceded it, contained aspects that could be traced to liquid modernity.

Social and economic consequences of wolf (Canis lupus) establishments in Sweden
Wildlife contributes with many benefits to humans but also brings economic costs. From being eradicated in Scandinavia the grey wolf (Canis lupus) is returning to South-Western Sweden and people are not used to its presence. In Scandinavia carnivores have to co-occur with humans in a landscape used for many different interests. Consequences of wolf establishments are e.g. competition for moose, depredation on sheep and attacks on hunting dogs.

Recent years have seen a dramatic increase in podcast listening in Sweden. As a result, podcasts has become attractive in marketing purposes among enterprises and organizations. It has also been revealed that the messages about products advertised in podcasts not only spread among the listeners, but also among their friends when publishing on social media. Research in this area has shown that messages spread on social media is a process which not only involve the transmitter and the receiver but also a third party, that is other individuals in the receivers network. This study reveals possible reasons to how and why listeners of the podcast spread commercial messages on social media.In order to identify general trends and to acquire an understanding of the phenomenon about podcasts a case study on Fredagspodden, produced by Hannah Widell and Amanda Schulman, was done.
Den ensamma flatan och glitterbögen : En kvalitativ studie av hbtq-personers porträttering i tre olika kvinnomagasin
The aim of this studie centers on how lgbt (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender) are portrayed in women?s magazines. The magazines we have chosen to analyze are FRIDA, VeckoRevyn and amelia, which all three have different target groups. We have, with the assistance of the rhetorical and semiotic analysis methods, assessed 18 articles with their associated photographs. These methods are part of the qualitative analysis model and are used in order to study less empirical data with more depth.

To plan and build a garden in Dubai has other conditions and challenges than what you experience in Sweden. The heat, wind and lack of water makes the need for durable plants, a good design and landscaping important if you want to have the opportunity to use your garden during most of the year. The soil is poor of nutrients, alkaline and sometimes saline, witch makes supplying the soil with organic material and various fertilizers necessary if you want to be able to plant a bigger range of plant material in your garden. Another important part is to provide your garden with a good irrigation system that should be put into the ground before planting so that the plants are given a more even irrigation.
It?s relatively green scenery you meet and to me it?s in a way surprising since the country with its climate is rather harsh for the purpose of supporting plant life.
Drogbudskap i antidrogkampanjer och musikrelaterad media : En kvalitativ studie om ungdomars upplevelser
Drug related messages in antidrug campaigns and music related media -A qualitative study about young people?s perceptions Youth are exposed to both promotional and critical drug and alcohol messages in their daily media consumption. The purpose of this study is to examine how youth perceive anti-drug campaigns and drug-promoting messages in music-related media. The empirical material consists of qualitative data, including a focus group and two individual interviews, consisting of youth between the ages of 18 and19. One main finding is that young people perceive anti-drug messages differently, yet they are virtually unanimous about what makes such messages effective.

Den 28 september 2006 öppnade Media Markt sitt första av 30 planerade varuhus i Kungens Kurva i Stockholm med affärsidén ?det bredaste sortimentet till de lägsta priserna?. The study should be seen as an attempt to examine how a group of selected muslims from seven different cities in Sweden relate to Lars Vilks?s drawings of the prophet Muhammed (also called the roundabout dog) and if they feel that their attitude towards the drawings has changed during the seven years that have passed since the first drawing was published in the newspaper Närkes Allehanda in 2007. To understand these selected muslims? approach, experiences and feelings in regards to the drawings I examine in what aspect they find the drawings provocative. I also examine what consequences Vilks?s roundabout dog-project might have had for individual muslims in Sweden.

We wanted to research if this could affect the unbiased and independent news in our news media today. Today's newsrooms receive a lot of press releases every day.

This master?s thesis discusses the term physical theatre from a discourse point of view. It also focuses on aspects of power from a field theory perspective. The main theory used is Pierre Bourdieu?s field theory, and I try to apply this onto critical discourse analysis, mainly taken from Michel Foucault.
