During year 2007 ClaraHälsan Ltd bought the company health service Solstahälsan in Karlstad. The wide merger of the two health services the problems arose around the employees? employment agreements when certain parts of the agreement differ. At a transition of a company, in this case a health service, the rights and obligations for the employees will pass on to the new employer according to directive 2001/23/EG who came in force in the swedish legal system in year 1995. The former employer is only responsible vis-à-vis the employees ?for economic obligations related to the time before the transition, the code of protection of employment 6 b §.

Bibliotekariens kunskap: En textanalys av SOU 1969:37

The aim with this Masters thesis is to examine the professional knowledge of the librarian. The method used is text analysis of a state public investigation, SOU 1969:37, that concerns librarian education. The theoretical starting point is a theory of knowledge thats descended from Aristotle. Three different forms of knowledge are central concepts in the theory: the theoretical, the practical and the ethical. The main issue in this thesis is: In what ways did the investigators look at the librarians knowledge? Was it in a changeable period of time? In that case, what reasons could there be? The conclusion shows that educational political changes were affecting the whole educational sphere at the late 1960:s, and in the beginning of the 1970:s, including library education.

The EU has had a special agreement with their former colonies in Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific Islands, the ACP-countries, for almost 30 years. This has granted the ACPs with preferences on the Europen market, which have been excluded from other countries. The agreement is now beeing re-negotiated to make it more in terms with the rule of the WTO?s most favoured nation-principle. The new agreement will differ from the present one as it will be a mutual free trade agreement where the ACP countries will open their markets to the EU as much as the EU opens up it?s market to them.

There are rules prohibiting this kind of actions in the Swedish marketing law (MFL).In order to find out what constitutes this forbidden kind of agreement-entering according to the Swedish Market Court, an analysis of seven cases settled between 2002-2009 and concerning consumers in these situations, is made.

Könsstereotypa bilder? En studie av NO-läromedel från 1969-2014.

Syftet med denna studie var att studera förekomsten av kvinnor och män på bilder samt om dessa framställs könstereotypt. Analysen inriktade sig på läromedel i naturorientering ämnade för grundskolans tidigare år. Naturorientering är ett av de skolämnen där läromedel används i störst utsträckning i undervisningen.Studien sträcker sig över tidsperioden 1969-2014. I Läroplanen för grundskolan 1969 introducerades för första gången begreppet "jämställdhet" samt "könsroller", då fokus för denna studie låg på jämställdhet och genus så togs avstampet där i från.I studien har bilderna i läromedlen analyserats utifrån en kvantitativ och kvalitativ semiotisk bildanalys.I majoriteten av de läromedel som analyserats var män överrepresenterade till antalet. Inom varje läroplansperiod fanns dock läromedel med män som innehar kvinnliga egenskaper.Inom alla läroplansperioder bortsett från Lgr 11 finns gemensamma bilder med män och kvinnor där dessa endast innehar egenskaper tillskrivna sitt eget genus.

Kemiämnet i gymnasiet 1969-2007. : En läromedelsanalys med fokus på miljö- och säkerhetsfrågor

Syftet med studien är att visa hur kemiämnet presenteras i gymnasieskolans läroböcker i kemi med regelbundna nedslag över en 40-årig tidsperiod och hur de knyter an till rådande läroplaner, utbildningspolitik samt miljö- och säkerhetsfrågor i undervisningen. Studien bygger på en innehållsanalys av gymnasieläroböcker i kemi, och som fördjupas med erfarna lärares berättelser om undervisningspraktikens förändring över tid.  Jag kopplar ihop fyra utbildningsfilosofier och undervisningstradition med läromedelsanalysen. Analysen visar att läromedlen från 1969, 1979 och 1989 är relativt lika med avseende på vilken bild som ges av kemiämnet. Från dessa årtionden ges bilden av att kemiämnet hör hemma i kemisalen. Läromedlen från 1999 och 2007 är mer lika varandra angående hur kemiämnet presenteras, det vill säga kemin är nu till för eleven och dennes vardagsliv.

This essay aims to study the EU ?ACP Partnership Agreement from the perspectives of two different theories: The liberalist, free-trade policy theory and the nationalist/regionalist, protectionist theory.

White- and blue collar workers traditionally belong to different unions and, therefore, are covered by different collective agreements. Collective agreements for different employee categories create internal divisions, which mean that white collar workers are not obliged to do work that falls under a blue collar agreement and reversed. Historically the difference between white- and blue collar work has been fairly sharp and so has the difference between collective agreements. Due to the continuous development of technology white- and blue collar work within production has become less clear. This has resulted in an increasing amount of disagreements regarding what collective agreement should apply and whether the employee is obliged to perform different work tasks.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how much of the estimated annual electric energy production from Swedish wind power that actually was produced, as well as the history of this agreement over time. The aim is to also examine if there are properties that have caused some group of wind power plants to produce more or less, compared to their estimated production. Operational data on wind turbines collected by the Swedish Energy Agency was analyzed. A survey was made among owners of wind power plants with a nominal power of at least 2 MW. Two different methods for normal year correction of production data were used and compared.

A valid arbitration agreement constitutes a bar to court proceedings as well as a prerequisite for arbitral proceedings. In NJA 2008 p. 406 and NJA 2012 p. 183, the Swedish Supreme Court applied the so-called doctrine of assertion with respect to the issue of whether a dispute should be settled by arbitration or litigation. Prior to these judgments, it was uncertain if the doctrine of assertion was applicable regarding this issue.
