Penalty clauses is a term that can be put in an agreement and is an amount that shall be paid by a part of the agreement if they cause any damage to the other part by breaking the agreement. Penalty clauses have since around 100 years ago had a quite clear meaning in Sweden according to a lot of authors. These authors have the opinion that penalty clauses is an exclusive judgment of the compensation the victim has right to, that means that if the parties have put a lower amount in the clause the victim won?t get full coverage for the damages caused by the other party. That the penalty clause is an exclusive judgment of the victims right to compensation means that the victim doesn?t have the right to request other compensation above the compensation in the clause if nothing else is stated in the clause.A penalty clause may be viewed as a complement to compensation you get according to The Tort Liability Act (1972:206) where it is often difficult to obtain full compensation for damages when it is required that a number of conditions are to be met for damages deleted.
Från Taylorism till Salutogenes : En studie inom svensk äldreomsorg
A publicly funded elderly care that is widely available at people?s homes has been described as unique for the Nordic countries. There is much research that focuses on the relationship between caregivers and care receivers, and also about how work is organized in these organizations. However, research into how care work is organized in organizations that have implemented a salutogenic approach is limited. This is a qualitative study aimed to examine how caregivers feel that the organization of work in elderly care change after implementation of salutogenic elements in their daily work.

This thesis is a report of the practical aspects and the problems of classification and documentation of a collection of memorabilias from the Crown Princess Couple's Wedding in Stockholm 2010. The collection contains 38 objects collected by Nordiska museet [The Nordic Museum], Sweden's largest museum of cultural history. Nordiska museet has a total collection of over 1,5 million items collected since 1873. My ambition in this thesis has been to describe my work with the classification and documentation of these new objects and their context. One of the main problems was how to combine the modern objects with the old existing collection within the two classification systems used at the museum.
Livet förändras efter en brännsskada : Allmän litteraturstudie
Bakgrund: Livet förändras för individer som drabbats av en brännskada. Många får beståendeärr och funktionsnedsättning som innebär stora sociala, fysiska och psykiska utmaningar sompåverkar deras liv. Brännskada är ett trauma som uppstår när huden kommer i kontakt medvärme. Huden fungerar som skydd för inre organ, reglerar kroppstemperatur ochvätskemängd, fungerar som känsel och kontaktyta samt infektionsbarriär.Syfte: Syftet var att belysa individers upplevelser av livet efter en brännskada.Metod: En allmän litteraturstudie genomfördes baserad på kvalitativa och kvantitativavetenskapliga artiklar.Resultat: Resultatet visade att individer som drabbats av en brännskada upplevde sin kroppsom främmande och kände sig begränsad i vardagen på grund av funktionsnedsättning ochsynliga ärr. Stödet från närstående var ovärderligt för dessa personer och det hjälpte demgenom den långa rehabiliteringen.
Arbetstillfredsställelse : En jämförelse mellan kvinnliga och manliga industriarbetare på två avdelningar
The purpose of the present quantitative study was to examine gender differences inperceived job satisfaction in two departments, with different work patterns, in a Swedishmanufacturing industry. The questionnaire contained 30 statements and five backgroundquestions. The questionnaire was designed in combination of Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS),Work demands, Social support, Control and Competence (ASK), Questionnaire forPsychological and Social factors at Work (QPS Nordic) and Minnesota SatisfactionQuestionnaire (MSQ). Job satisfaction was measured based on the categories influence atwork, leadership, employee influence, work requirements and the physical environment. Theresults of the present study showed an interaction of gender and department where the femaleindustrial workers, who worked with more monotonous and standardized work tasks, valuedall of the categories of job satisfaction the lowest, except for the category employee impact.The results are believed to depend on that the women in the department had greater demandsfor variety in the work..
Faktorer som kan påverka sjuksköterskors attityder till patienter med självskadebeteende
Bakgrund: Fenomenet självskadebeteende har blivit allt vanligare i vårt samhälle och väcker många reaktioner hos omgivningen. Sjuksköterskor möter patienter som skadar sig själva i flera olika miljöer. Det har dock visat sig att sjuksköterskor själva utrycker bristfällig kunskap då de upplever det svårt att bemöta patienter med självskadebeteende.Syfte: Syftet med litteraturstudien var att belysa faktorer som påverkar sjuksköterskors attityder till patienter med självskadebeteende, samt dess konsekvenser för omvårdnaden.Metod: En allmän litteraturstudie, där empiriska artiklar publicerade i vetenskapliga tidskrifter har analyserats. Fynd från artiklarna som svarade på syftet har identifierats och fyra kategorier skapades.Resultat: Resultatet presenteras utifrån fyra kategorier vilka är: Sjuksköterskors känslor och tankar, Sjuksköterskors erfarenhet och genus, Sjuksköterskors arbetsmiljö och Sjuksköterskors behov av utbildning. Detta är faktorer till sjuksköterskors attityder och påverkar den omvårdnad som patienterna får.Diskussion: Genom att påverka bakomliggande faktorer till sjuksköterskors attityder skulle de kunna förändras i en positiv riktning.
Inre arbetsmotivation och engagemang i organisationen: en studie om skillnader mellan inhyrda och tillsvidareanställda läkare
The purpose of the study was to examine if intrinsic motivation and work commitment to the organization differs between permanent doctors and hired doctors. The total of 63 doctors who participated in the study made an internet-based survey with 21 questions taken from the Basic Need Satisfaction at Work Scale and 3 questions from the section ?work commitment? in QPS Nordic. The main results of the study showed that permanent doctors perceived a higher level of intrinsic motivation on all the three needs autonomy, competence and relatedness. Furthermore the result showed a tendency that permanent doctors perceived a higher level of work commitment to the organization then hired doctors..
Emotionsreglerings och emotionsperceptions betydelse för hälsofrämjande ledarskap
Syftet med studien var att ta reda på om det går att predicera medarbetares livstillfredsställelse, psykosociala välmående och upplevd relation till närmaste chef utifrån chefers emotionsperception och emotionsreglering. Detta gjordes genom att 38 chefer utförde ett datorbaserat emotionsperceptionstest samt besvarade Emotional Regulation Questionaire. Deras närmaste medarbetare bestående av totalt 213 stycken fick sedan besvara en enkät bestående av delar från Satisfaction With Life Scale, SF-1 och QPS Nordic. Studiens huvudresultat visade att generaliserat kan resultatet från emotionsperceptionstestet och det självrapporterade användandet av omvärdering av känslor hos chefer förklarar 28 % av skattningarna på Satisfaction With Life Scale hos medarbetarna. Resultaten diskuteras i termer av att chefer skapar en positiv atmosfär på arbetsplatsen, identifierar sociala problem och löser konflikter effektivare när de är skickliga på emotionsperception och omvärderar sina känslor..
Arbetsskador som drabbar marin maskinpersonal : En kartläggning av skaderiskerna för marin maskinpersonal ombord på svenska fartyg, samt en jämförelse av skaderisken med liknande arbeten iland
Syftet med undersökningen är att kartlägga skaderiskerna med att arbeta som marin maskinpersonal och jämföra skaderisken med anställda som har liknande arbeten iland. Undersökningen inbegriper även att kartlägga vilka typer av arbetsskador, som ger de mest allvarliga konsekvenserna för den anställde i förhållande till hur vanlig olyckan är.Undersökningen är en litteraturstudie där Arbetsmiljöverkets arbetsskadeanmälningar utgör grundmaterialet, där totalt 198 arbetsskador behandlades och kategoriserades. Transportstyrelsens statistik för ombordanställda jämfördes med Arbetsmiljöverket och Statistiska centralbyrån statistik över anställda iland. Detta för att se vilken yrkeskategori som hade högst skaderisk.Resultatet av undersökningen visar att arbetsolyckor under kategorierna ?Bära? och ?Halka/Snubbla/Trilla? och arbetssjukdomar under kategorin ?Tunga lyft/Arbetsställningar? är de arbetsskador, som ger de mest allvarliga konsekvenserna i förhållande till hur vanlig arbetsskadan är.

Hedge funds? importance within the financial system has during the most recent years increased dramatically. These special funds are unique instruments that differ from traditional mutual funds in a variety of ways, however especially in how they expect returns. Due to the fact that hedge funds are able to hold short positions they possess the possibility to become market neutral investment vehicles.Because of this possibility to sustain positions neutral to market fluctuations, the concept of absolute returns became a unique selling point for hedge fund managers and promises of stable returns unchallenged by market conditions was assured. This research paper aims to examine the theory of absolute returns in hedge funds by examining hedge funds from the Nordic region during the last years of economic turmoil that has occurred by analyzing the results from their strategies, partially by quantitative measurements as well as qualitative. This essay examines what happened to soldiers from Urshult in military service of Sweden during the diminished power of the country in the beginning of the eighteen century. Information of interest is taken from the soldiers? age, time of service and other annotations of interest that shows to be helpful when examining their fate. First off, this study explains Sweden?s situation during this period of time. To get a grasp about the situation, allotment is explained as well as the most important events in the big Nordic war. This study is based on qualitative content analysis and GMRs are used as its main resource of information and consists of empiric analysis.The result of this paper shows that very few soldiers from Urshult were able to return home alive.

This comparative study explores Swedish and Danish teachers? perspectives on students with intellectual disabilities and their education. The research focuses on the 1960s, a pivotal decade marked by paradigm shifts from medical to socio-constructivist views on intellectual disabilities. Through qualitative text analysis of articles from the Nordic Journal of Special Education (Nordisk tidskrift f?r specialpedagogik), this study examines how teachers described these students, the prevailing norms versus perceived deviations, and their proposed teaching strategies.

GNT is facing problems with inaccurate inventory levels which can lead to unnecessarily high inventory carrying costs or lost sales. Currently the decisions about when and how many to order are made somewhat arbitrarily by the responsible personnel. Their decisions are based only on some brief sales history and on experience. STRESS COPING OCH COPINGEFFEKTIVITET BLAND SVENSKA POJKLANDSSLAGSSPELARE INOM FOTBOLL
The aim of this study was to study how Swedish youth national football players handle stressful events in sports. A longitudinal questionnaire diary was constructed from a revised version of Nicholls and Polmans (2007) design with the intention of recording in-sport and psychosocial stress, choice of coping strategy and coping effectiveness. The participants were 59 Swedish youth national football players born 1992 observed during a four day national training camp held by the Swedish Football Association. Data were drawn from a quantifying analyzing method. The main result showed that the most common stressors reported were, physical injury or pain, experiencing teammates or opponents to perform better and feeling generally insecure during training camp.
