Denna studie undersöker bemanningsanställdas integration inom lagerverksamhet. Tyngdpunkten ligger på att öka kunskapen kring vilka faktorer som påverkar hur bemanningsanställda integreras i tjänsteköpande företag samt fördjupa förståelsen för vilka möjligheter dessa företag har att öka integrationen på ett kostnadseffektivt sätt. Studien närmar sig problemområdet genom att undersöka hur bemanningsanställda inom lagersektorn upplever de faktorer som påverkat integrationen samt deras åsikter om dessa faktorer. Studiens teoretiska referensram baseras på teorier kring organisering, HRM samt sociala och legala begränsningar. Det empiriska materialet baseras på kvalitativa intervjuer.

A tax penalty is an administrative penalty and is levied when the tax obligated provides false information for the guidance of their own taxation. Further can the taxpayer also be punished for tax evasion for the same false reporting. However, this is contrary to the European Convention that we should not be tried or punished twice for the same crime. The Supreme Court has through practice from 2013 ruled that the right not to be punished twice for the same offense shall include the system in force concerning tax and tax offenses. The Supreme Court has by this judgment determined that the system of penalty and tax evasion is not compatible with the dual test ban.In the light of the judgment the Government submitted in November 2014 a draft to the council regarding double test ban regarding penalty and tax evasion.

The purpose of this essay was to investigate the experience of being young and living in Herrgården in Rosengård, Malmö, from the aspects of six adolescents, two police officers, one social worker and one youth leader; and also what the cause is according to them, of disturbances arousing like those in the spring of 2007. At this moment there were antagonisms between adolescents and policemen. The research was performed with a qualitative method based on partly structured interviews. Four kinds of main themes were notable from the interview results. Those were: Growing up in Herrgården, Other peoples' view of Herrgården, Identity and Causes of the disturbances.

Networking is an important part, for organizations, in the recruitment process. This since the emergence of Internet networking has become more common and the organizations finds that networking is applied more frequently in the recruitment process. Organizations have noticed that networking often is a more cost efficient option compared to traditional recruitment. Since networking in the recruitment process has increased, we intend to investigate if and how it affects the composition of organizations. This thesis aims to examine networking in the recruiting process, and aims to make no differences between networking offline and online.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka socialarbetares förståelse av ensamkommande barns integration i det svenska samhället och de tillvägagångssätt olika aktörer, däribland socialarbetare, har när de arbetar med detta. Metoden som vi valde att använda var kvalitativ intervju och för att analysera resultaten använde vi oss av systemteori och empowerment. Resultaten visar att språk, skola och en meningsfull fritid var viktiga delar för barnens integration i samhället. Socialarbetarna i vår studie uppgav att de inte arbetar praktiskt med barnens integration, att det är boendepersonalen/familjehemmet och de gode männen som ansvarar för detta. Viktiga slutsatser i studien var att intresset för de ensamkommande barnen var svagt från samhällets sida och att socialarbetarna ansåg att de dokument som används inte alltid var anpassade för de ensamkommande barnen.

The aim of this thesis is to study the cause of Egypt´s failed development of the transition to democracy and vice versa, the reason why Turkey succeeded in democratic transition. Thesis methodology is a comparative analysis between design units Egypt and Turkey. Thus, the most similar design used in the investigation.European Commission began in 1998 to review Turkey´s political and economic reforms to fulfil the Copenhagen criteria. 2005 began negotiations on a Turkish- EU membership. ESAB is a world leader in production of welding consumables and equipment. The company manufactures, among other things, welding electrodes. A roller straightening unit is used in the cutting process to straighten the wire, which the welding electrode consists of, by adjusting some of the rollers during operation. Freedom of religion or belief is indisputable in Human rights discourse, more discussed is exactly what it is that is included in the concept of freedom of religion or belief (in Swedish: religionsfrihet). This thesis focuses on the freedom of religion or belief in a European context, in particular on the European court of human rights and article 9 in the European convention for human rights. Some criticism has been directed against the Court to the effect that its practice and verdicts don't answer to the pronounced desire to develop a pluralistic and inclusive form of freedom of religion or belief.My aim is to examine, analyse and test three different theories, which all try to develop alternatives to the expression freedom of religion or belief, in relation to six verdicts from article 9 in Europe convention. My basic purpose is to try to find new ways of talking about freedom of religion or belief that might lead to a more inclusive, pluralistic and equal interpretation of that concept.The three theories wich I use are elaborated by Richard Amesbury (associate professor at Claremont school of Theology); Hugo Strandberg (TD at Åbo Akademi) and Eberhard Herrmann (professor in philosophy of religion at Uppsala University); and Martha Nussbaum (professor of law and ethics at the University of Chicago). Då vi 2006 skrev ett projektarbete om Brobyggarna i skolans verksamhet väcktes vår nyfikenhet för deras verksamheter på ett större samhälleligt plan. Därför har vi här utgått från att undersöka om Brobyggarnas utsagor om sina verksamheter stämmer överens med de uppdrag verksamheterna officiellt har. Vår uppfattning är att utvärderingar och rapporter på ett otillräckligt sätt knyter an till den svenska integrations- och storstadspolitiken och vi vill därför även undersöka hur väl förankrad denna politik är i Brobyggarnas verksamheter. Våra syften med uppsatsen är att ställa Brobyggarnas utsagor i relation till Malmö Stads målsättningar inom ramen för storstadssatsningen och integrationspolitiken, och analysera och diskutera förankringen av politiken samt om verksamheterna leder till integration eller ytterligare segregation. De empiriska resultaten har vi kopplat till teorier om demokrati och integration, vilka har visat sig vara grundläggande utgångspunkter för vår studie. För att underlätta läsarens förståelse för våra diskussioner och resultat har vi även redogjort för den politik som ligger till grund för verksamheterna. Vi anser att våra viktigaste slutsatser är, att integrationspolitikens otydliga direktiv leder till att Malmö Stads ambitiösa integrations- och demokratiarbete försvåras genom begränsningen av antalet bostadsområden, istället för att även arbeta övergripande i hela Malmö. Ibland riskerar arbetet dessutom att öka segregationen och stigmatiseringen på grund av fokuseringen på vissa befolkningsgrupper, enligt oss involverar integration alla.

Ämnesintegrering är ett av många sätt att organisera undervisningen på. Syftet med integreringen är att kunskap från två eller flera ämnen samverkar för att skapa en helhetssyn hos eleven. Syftet med min undersökning är att ta reda på hur elever och lärare uppfattar ämnesintegration samt vilka fördelar och nackdelar lärare och elever upplever med arbetssättet. Undersökningen utgörs av kvalitativa intervjuer med tre stycken elever samt fyra stycken lärare som undervisar i de gymnasiegemensamma ämnena. Resultatet visar att eleverna upplever att de lär sig nyttiga saker som de kommer att få användning av i livet.

The aim of this essay is to examine how two different schools in Södertälje municipality are working to include and integrate newly arrived high school students in the subject Swedish as a second language. I will do a comparative study in which I study the teachers? completely opposite way of working to integrate newly arrived school students in the subject Swedish as a second language. I have used a qualitative method where I have conducted interviews. My main theory is Peder Haug's (1998) theory.

Skolverket anser att grunden i integrationen mellan de båda skolformerna förskola och skola nu är lagd och det är dags att bygga vidare. I denna grund påtalar dock Skolverket att det har skett en ?skolifiering? av förskoleklassen. Med tanke på detta är syftet med studien att studera pedagogers syn på förskoleklassens verksamhet med speciellt fokus på lek. Att beskriva vad en ?skolifiering? av förskoleklassen har betytt och eventuellt kommer att betyda för lärandet och leken i de lägre åldrarna, anser vi som skribenter kan leda till att en integration mellan de bägge skolformerna förskola och skola inte bör ske på någons bekostnad.

After the appointment of a new European Commission in 2004, ?communication? was made a top priority on the agenda. The Commission presented a new communication policy, which would establish a dialogue with the citizens, thereby bringing more democracy to the union and bridging the gap to the citizens. Three documents containing the policy were published, namely an internal action plan for the Commission, Plan D which establishes the framework for national debates and a whitepaper on EU communication policy. These documents were met by mistrust and criticism from many different actors such as journalists and experts.The aim of this master thesis is to examine this new communication policy from a deliberative democratic perspective.

The European Water Framework Directive (WFD; 2000/60/EC) was incorporated into the Swedish legislation in 2004 through the ordinance Förordningen om förvaltningenav kvaliteten på vattenmiljön (SFS 2004:660). The objective is that all water bodies shall reach a good status by the year 2015. In Sweden the comprehensive plans of the municipalities can play a large role in reaching these goals. A comprehensive plan deals with the long term water and land use of the municipality, which can facilitate an early consideration of water management in the planning process of the municipality. In Sweden five river basin districts have been established in accordance with the Water Framework Directive.
