Dessa två frågor är drivkraften i vår jakt genom böcker, bloggar och bröderna Härén. Böckerna beskriver kreativitet och hur människor kan göra för att bli mer kreativ. Men hur tillämpar bloggare kreativitet i verkligheten? Vad säger Fredrik och Teo Härén angående kreativitet och idémetoder?ResultatKreativitet uppkommer genom att göra saker på nya sätt eller att vi gör nya saker vi inte prövat på förut.

The main purpose of this paper is to examine how the regulatory environment of ?equality plans" are implemented at the municipal level of decision making in the school environment - in terms of both local politicians, school structures and management by teachers.The paper will present how the implementation theory works in practice by examining two high schools in the Municipality of Norrkoping and see what differences exist in the implementation process of "equality plans" in schools with a variety of high and relatively low immigrant background among students.We will present how it seems from different perspectives. Are teachers today controlled by public professional ethics or personal reasons, where those street level bureaucrats mainly act on feeling depending on the case? And how might this affect the law? Do they in fact understand, or have the knowledge and the willingness to implement?In our study, we are using a comparative case study method with an interview guide. A comparison between the two school´s equality plan have been analyzed where we have developed key differences and similarities that we recognized regarding the subject.The results of the study demonstrate that the context is very crucial to addressing these issues.

In a sequence described in the next paragraphs, I remove the poorly insulated roof of Gustavsberg Porcelain Factory and make new use of its  foundation. The monolith cement slab, once supporting heavy industrial machinery, is now the site of lakes and other movements:The top floor area is split, and a new built volume, one story higher, overtakes the southern half resting on the factory?s basement, digging into it at its western and eastern ends. In Sweden the divorce rates has increased during the latter part of the 20th century. For many children it?s everyday life growing up with parents no longer living together. The Parental Code states that "The child's best interests must be central to any decision in custody, residence and access." But what does the child?s best interest really mean and how do we investigate it? We decided to investigate its meaning by interviewing social workers regarding their interpretations of the child's best interests from a family law perspective.

In this study, we have considered the impact the organization`s implementation of its vision of the psychosocial work enviroment has been for the relations between the employees. We have primarily relied on a hermeneutic approach to understand our empirical data, and when we have interpreted and made a socialpsycological analysis on our collected empirical data. We have used Smith´s Institutional Ethnography, Sheff`s Social bonds and Asplund`s theory of Social responsivity. To collect the empirical data we have combined quantitative and qualtitative methods and a textanalysis at a visiondocument in the aim of capture both the depht and the breadth of our chosen fields of study. The results we have found shows that the psycosocial work environment within the organization can be seen as interplay between individual and enviroment and between individuals as well and that this interaction is influenced by the organizational culture that is created by the organization`s political vision.

This thesis describes the new construction of a small house and it includes studies of three heating systems: geothermal heating, district heating and pellet. The purpose of this thesis is to project a small house which can manage Building Regulations, BBR conditions and then examine three possible heating systems for the small house. This thesis is a literature study which gives an understanding of the heating systems technical structure, properties and costs. An empirical study completes the literature study by giving a deeper understanding of district heating costs and pellet costs. The empirical study contains two interviews, one of which was conducted in a district heating corporation and the other interview was conducted in a pellet corporation.

The purpose of this study was to increase the understanding of the phenomenon that there are so many young people placed in institutions in Sweden despite the valuable knowledge regarding the problems and risks of doing so. The questions that follow in the essay were what guided the social workers to choose institutional placement for youngsters. It went on to also ask if this knowledge could contribute to an increased understanding of why there were so many young people placed in institutions despite the criticism from scientists. To accomplish the goal of the essay, former science in the subject was reported and six social workers within social services were interviewed. The material of the interviews was analyzed with help from the theory of human service organizations, street-level bureaucrats work situation and the new institutionalism.The result of the investigation showed that the social workers choices to place young people in institutions is guided by specific work and organizational factors connected with a belief in the helping function of the surroundings.

Pettersbergsskolan har sedan början av ?90 talet år tillbaka varit att betrakta som en problemskola. Oro, skadegörelse och våld har kommit och gått i vågor. Så vad kan man göra åt problemet. Kan man genom en djupare förståelse av bakomliggande faktorer arbeta mer effektivt mot det beteende som ungdomar med svaga sociala band och låg självkontroll visar upp? En del av skolans problembild hör samman med det bostadsområde som den får sina elever från.

Uppsatsen är en reflekterande och behandlar ett verk som har skapats inom ramen för examensarbete i medier vid Högskolan i Skövde. Verket består av en datoranimerad sekvens med rytmisk sportgymnastik. Texten inleds med idén bakom verket och de mål som har satts upp för arbetet.Efter det ges en kort introduktion till rotoscoping och varför de vanliga metoderna inte fungerar i just detta fall. Därefter följer hur jag anpassat den traditionella rotoscoping-metoden till 3D-verktyget Maya och utvunnet rörelsedata för att vidare förädla rörelsen med hjälp av några av Disneys 12 animationsprinciper.Sedan tillkommer en redovisning av de estetiska moment som har ingått i framställandet av min animation och klarlägger den tekniska och kreativa processen bakom verket. Den centrala slutsatsen som presenteras i rapporten är att en utvecklad form av traditionell rotoscoping kombinerad med ett par av Disneys 12 animationsprinciper har använts och fungerat för att avbilda rytmisk sportgymnastik med band med hjälp av tekniskt låg kvalitativ referensmaterial..

Kritik är ett begrepp som inte har fått lika stort utrymme som feedback i forskning om sociala relationer. Den här studien visar på dess betydelse för relationer mellan lärare på en gymnasieskola. Utifrån teorier som Scheffs sociala band, Asplunds problemlösning, Meads ?I? och ?Me? med flera, belyser vi kritikens olika aspekter och vad som krävs för att den skall tolkas som positiv kontra negativ. Vi har under den här studien hittat en del saker som är relevanta när det gäller hur personer förhåller sig till kritik, exempelvis på vilket sätt den bör framföras och tas emot.

The purpose of this paper has been to examine the heavy metal band Sabatons use of history and to relate it to societal trends in today?s Sweden. I have examined Sabatons music, album covers and music videos in order to define a certain use of history. To do this I have used a use of history theory and a heavy metal theory. My results showed that some of Sabatons use of history could be defined as commercial and that the societal trends in today`s Sweden have in some cases affected the selection and presentation of events and characters that`s been portrayed by Sabaton.

AbstractWe are with this paper trying to identify some factors that have an influence on youths mental health. Our theoretical starting points are about how school, family, work, individualization, media and lifestyle effect youths mental health. This paper is based on three deep interviews and former reports. The result show how individualization in the community cause insecurity and the family band are breaking up more than before. Youth?s health effects negative by the ability to not get a job.

Syftet med studien var att beskriva vad sjuksköterskor anser vara god omvårdnad av äldre patienter samt att beskriva vad som är viktigt i en god omvårdnad. I en empirisk kvalitativ studie av beskrivande karaktär intervjuades sju kvinnliga sjuksköterskor med mellan 2 och 39 års erfarenhet. Vid intervjuerna ställdes två öppna frågor och följdfrågor användes för att utveckla svaren. Intervjuerna spelades in på band och svaren analyserades genom att författaren skrev ner intervjuerna ordagrant för att sedan, genom bearbetning av textmaterialet, bilda subkategorier och kategorier. Resultatet redovisades med fem kategorier: grundläggande behov, informationssökning, rehabilitering, respekt och tid samt elva subkategorier.

BAE Systems Hägglunds AB tillverkar markgående militära fordon, däribland splitterskyddad bandvagn 10 (BVS 10) vilken behandlas i detta examensarbete.BVS 10 är ett midjestyrt fordon bestående av en framvagn och bakvagn. Varje vagnsdel har två band med vardera tolv stycken bärhjul. De två bakersta bärhjulen håller rätt bandspänning medan de övriga är monterade i fjädringselementet via pendelarmar. Fjädringselementen är gummibussningar monterade i en skidbalk fäst i fordonskroppen. Vikten på BVS 10 har ökat från 11 till 16 ton på grund av att ökade skyddsnivåer efterfrågas.

Denna uppsats handlar om allians i behandlingsrelationen och vilken betydelse allians har för utfallet av en stöd- och behandlings insats. Den teoribildning som finns om alliansbegreppet beskrivs och följs av syfte med uppsatsen. Det övergripande syfte med uppsatsen har varit att undersöka och belysa om och hur de olika aspekter som beskrivs i teoribildningen kring allians- begreppet kan ta sig uttryck i svar från enkät- och intervjuer från 228 kvinnor som ingick i studien ?Stöd till barn som bevittnat våld mot sin mamma? från Göteborgs Universitet. Sju enkät- och intervjufrågor har tillsammans med ett Working Alliance Inventory-Short test och formuläret Symtom Check List valts ut som underlag till undersökningen.
