I vårt examensarbete har vi experimenterat medtraditionella hantverkstekniker i syfte att hitta nya sättatt använda oss av dem i inredningar och på möbler.Som tapetserare var vi intresserade av att utgå ifråndessa tekniker för att upptäcka nya sätt att skapaspännande strukturer i klädselarbetet på möbler.I den inledande delen går vi in på de frågor vi villundersöka samt vad som är målet med vårt arbete.Därefter följer huvuddelen där de praktiska testernaredovisas. Här har vi praktiskt testat och arbetatutifrån ett stort antal tekniker för att se vilka som harpotential att användas för vårt syfte. Dessa har tillstörsta delen varit väl beprövade hantverksteknikersom vi har försökt förnya till exempel genom attanvända oss av andra material än vad som vanligtvisanvänds, ändra dimension eller enbart genom attsätta in tekniken i ett nytt sammanhang. I denavslutande delen beskriver vi utvecklingen ochresultatet av ett fåtal tekniker som vi arbetat vidaremed. Vi avslutar med en sammanfattning och enreflekterande diskussion.Det har varit en otroligt spännande och kreativprocess som har utmynnat i många intressanta idéeroch objekt..

Denna rapport behandlar en fullständig metod för att följa, associera och klassificera ekospår. Vid radarnivåmätning ska ekon som härstammar ifrån samma fysikaliska objekt följas över tiden och klassificeras. Dagens radarnivågivare löser problemet genom konfiguration. This thesis revolves around my work Desirable Objects, an installation in glass and other materials, which deals with objectification based on female and animal trophies. The topics included are those that have been crucial to my working process; craft, post-colonial studies and European hierarchical dualism, where woman and nature are seen as connected, but inferior. My motivation has been to get a better understanding of underlying power structures, and put this knowledge in relation to my own work. This process has led me to make a full body casting of my own body as a method of self-exploitation, in an attempt to expose myself to a similar power perspective. By making the dualistic connection between woman and nature, I am commenting a phenomenon that in my view has resulted in a similar exploitation of both..

In this project the focus has been on the system for recombination at Oskarshamn 2. The recombining systems have on several occasions switched paths due to low pressure before the last ejector that?s feeding the recombiner. Of the mentioned reason, events and several measuring points have been analyzed in this report since the installation of the recombining systems.In order to prove theories and demonstrate what may be the cause of this problem, we used heat balance calculations by the program Probera. Using the program, we can demonstrate that the catalytic process does not reach the desired temperature with the amount of combustible substance.

Författarens bakgrund som webbproducent och numera yrkeslärare inom textil och design, låg till grund för ämnesvalet av denna rapport som beskriver dels hur ett webbaserat, pedagogiskt, självinstruerande läromedel kan vara konstruerat för att främja inlärning, dels hur ett kommunikativt och effektivt gränssnitt kan vara utformat. Hur tillämpning av dessa principer påverkar struktur och sidlayout beskrivs och redovisas grafiskt. Kunskapen om konstruktionsprinciper och gränssnitt bygger på litteraturstudier. Läromedlet som är en tänkt följd av rapporten avser Kaledo, ett ritprogram som ingår i textilutbildningar på gymnasium och högskola. Rapporten omfattar därför också en enkätstudie bland alla utbildare i Sverige som besvarat frågor om innehåll, presentationsform och behov.

SELF CONTROL är ett undersökande examensarbete i textildesign. Med en textil hantverksmetod undersöker jag mötet mellan kontroll, tidsåtgång och material. Detta med utgångspunkt i en feministisk diskurs. Jag ser kontroll som något som exkluderar, censurerar och begränsar möjliga uttryck inom textilt hantverk på samma sätt som kvinnokroppen kontrolleras i ett patriarkat. Jag har använt mig utav en performativ och repetitiv metod som aktivt har gått ut på att bryta mot föreställningar om hur hantverket ska utföras.

SharePoint is a web based platform designed to provide internal communications and file sharing for businesses and organizations.In this project, we created a system consisting of multiple applications to be used together with SharePoint. These applications are meant to simplify the workflow for internal orders of products. The system is targeted towards companies that do not have a flexible approach to digital orders or companies that want to integrate this functionality into their SharePoint platform. The project includes, in addition to the creation of the system, installation of the software and the servers needed to run a SharePoint environment and their configurations.The system consists of four applications where one of these, the store application, is required for the system to be used at all. The other applications are an order management application, a purchase application and an incoming delivery application. Of these four, we have implemented the store application and the order management application. Our hope is that users will find the system easy to use and graphically appealing..

This thesis aims to identify the building integrated photovoltaic solutions available in the market with respect to general pros and cons of different systems and a technical description of there attachment system. Investigate and provide examples of various building integrated photovoltaic solutions in Sweden and describe the experiences and results of these projects.The methods used to obtain relevant information are interviews with individuals involved in significant projects and a thorough search of different solutions from solar suppliers.The conclusion is that solar energy is needed for a sustainable society. There are endless opportunities regarding BIPV, with many companies with different products and individual solutions. But so far it?s not so customary in Sweden.

The report is a master thesis about energy efficient measures for an underground facility Hemsö fortress.Several proposals are evaluated economically.Statistics of the electricity used and measurements of several heat pumps are analyzed to find energysavings potentials.The results indicate that several units of a dehumidification system are responsible for over 70 % of theyearly electricity cost. The air that is being dehumidified by these units can otherwise cause damage ofculturally important interior designs.The proposal with highest profit suggests an alternative method for dehumidification. The cooler in theair handling units in Hemsö fortress have capacity to dehumidify the air. However complementary fansneed to be installed to circulate humid air towards the air handling units. The solution can be implementedin three different locations within the facility.

Städer är i ständig förändring och övergången från industrisamhälle till kunskapssamhälle medför en omstrukturering av stadens ytor. Postindustriella landskap uppstår centralt i städerna och med den urbanisering som sker idag tas de ofta i anspråk med syftet att skapa nya attraktiva stadsdelar. En lyckad stadsutveckling handlar dock om mer än bara fysiska förändringar. Även om alla fysiska förutsättningar är på plats måste det finnas liv i området för att göra det attraktivt. I detta examensarbete studeras begreppet tillfällig landskapsarkitektur och dess betydelse inom stadsplanering. Syftet är att undersöka om tillfällig landskapsarkitektur kan vara ett sätt att uppmärksamma ett utvecklingsområde och göra det attraktivt innan byggprocessen dragit igång. Arbetet är indelat i två delar.

This thesis is comprised of an annotated translation of an English IT-text into Swedish. The source text is the installation manual for the software SDL Trados Studio 2014 and the thesis also contains a text analysis of the source text. The goal of the translation has been to use norms in the target culture and thus move the translation toward acceptability. The thesis therefore discusses norms based on Toury's (1995) framework.The thesis also contains an empirical study of the translation of three different IT-texts. The study shows that, when it comes to the specific norms investigated in the study, Swedish translations of IT-texts are guided by norms in both the source culture and the target culture..

En funktionsbeläggning består av ett polymert material som beläggs till en textil yta. Denna typ av beläggning används för funktionsplagg och det belagda materialet har som uppgift att skydda användaren från vatten samtidigt som den har god ånggenomsläpplighet. För att tvärbinda funktionsbeläggningen och öka dess hållfasthet appliceras ett översta skikt av polymer som kallas topcoat. En topcoat innehåller tvärbindande ämnen som till exempel isocyanater eller formaldehyd. Dessa ämnen är mycket miljö- och hälsoskadliga.

I detta examensarbete tas ett konstruktionsförslag fram på en bilbarnstol vars syfte är att minska ergonomiska problem i samband med installation och användning. Det övergripande målet är säkrare barntransporter. Inledningsvis studeras bilbarnstolar utifrån ett brett perspektiv. En sammanställning av problemen bildar basen för det fortsatta konstruktionsarbetet. En marknadsundersökning genomförs för att kontrollera utbudet av bilbarnstolar i Sverige, vartefter koncept tas fram.
