Blockader används för att tvinga fram kollektivavtal med småföretag, även om arbetstagarna på företaget varken är intresserade av det eller är med i facket. Huvudregeln återfinns i regeringsformen 2 kap 17 § vilken lyder: ?[f]örening av arbetstagare samt arbetsgivare och förening av arbetsgivare äger rätt att vidta fackliga stridsåtgärder, om annat ej följer av lag eller avtal?. Här intar småföretag ingen särställning gentemot större företag. Traditionen är stark när det gäller parternas möjlighet att själva reglera villkoren och utveckla mönstret för stridsåtgärder på arbetsmarknaden.

Thanka är en tibetansk konsttradition som består av religiösa bilder föreställande en rad gudar och heliga personer ur den buddhistiska tron. Motiven är starkt symbolistiska och strängt traditionsbetingade. Detta arbete beskriver denna företeelse i tre delar där den första är hämtad ur litteratur, jag redogör här för uppkomsten, motiven, tekniken, de religiösa aspekterna och dagens plats. Den andra parten består av intervjuer och den tredje delen sammanfattar processen i den tavlan jag själv målat. Slutsatsen blir att denna konst är mycket komplex och tidskrävande, samt att den i sin lugna precision kontrasterar till den västerländska stressen.

The purpose of this study is to analyse and compare how religious and non-religious world views are described and represented in three Swedish textbooks. The main question of this study is: How do three textbooks for the first stage of religious studies in high school represent non-religious and religious world views based on the text analysis tools: ethos, modality and transitivity?The three textbooks that are being analysed and compared were produced in the years of 2000, 2002 and 2009. The textbooks are used when teaching the first stage of religious studies in Swedish high school. The text analysis that I´ve chosen to use in this study is a part of Norman Faircloughs critical discourse analysis.

Through a theological perspective, a critical analysis is performed in order to find new interpretations and compare them with each other and with the Islamic legal tradition. Argumentative analysis is also used for both the book and the documentary for this essay.     Both Kugle and Sharma use new interpretations and arguments about love to find space for homosexuality in Islam. They use a Muslim language to have relevance with their discussions to Muslim readers and viewers.

The aim of this thesis has been to analyze and interpret several different discourses in Japan and from the findings see how the Ainu people and their existence in Japan have been defined in today's Japan and in who's interest it is to keep it this way. My findings was that the Japanese nation in all channels of society are reinforcing and perpetuating the belief that it constitutes an ethnically homogenous nation and that there exists no ethnic problems in the country. I found that schoolbooks don?t give adequate information about the Ainu people and its history, and the Japanese press is reinforcing the status quo by their selective silence and limited coverage on issues concerning the Ainu. The government has defined and legitimized the problem of Ainu within the framework of culture and tradition.

Title: Eurythmics, and building boats -A study in tacit knowledge.The education of eurhythmics at Malmö Academy of Music, is a program where a major part of the tutoring is oral; very little written information about the method is used. This essay will examine the forms in which the current knowledge base exists, as well as the methods in which this information is transmitted from teacher to student, and in which form the knowledge about the method of eurhythmics is existing. The tools for analysis are the theories on tacit knowledge. Interviews and written surveys are used as qualitative research methods. The content of these interviews and surveys are presented in the results chapter.

I Sverige råder fortfarande boplikt för landshövdingar, vilken avskaffats i alla andra nordiska länder. Den innebär att landshövdingar är tvungna att bo i de fastigheter som anvisas dem av regeringen, vilket i 20 fall av 21 är länsresidens. En förmån på pappret som kan bli kostsam i praktiken. Svenska länsstyrelser lägger sammanlagt nästan 28 miljoner kronor varje år på hyra för residensen.Regeringen står bakom de villkor som finns gällande landshövdingars tjänstebostäder och har inga planer på att förändra dem för närvarande. Det ansvariga statsrådet Stefan Attefall tycker att landshövdingarnas boplikt i residens fyller en viktig funktion ur ett representativt perspektiv, medan Hans Mildenberger på Enheten för statlig förvaltning, hänvisar till symbolvärdet i att ha landshövdingar boende i länsresidens.Men alla är inte lika övertygade om relevansen i landshövdingarnas residensboende.

In Dit du icke vill (?Where Thou Willst Not?) from 1956 she depicts a crisis of faith in a woman, which would not have been successful had she chosen a contemporary setting. She uses an adequate historical framework, the prosecution of witches in Sweden in the 17th century, well documented in reliable sources.

This study sets out to investigate how the roll of the teacher is constructed in the Swedish Teachers? Unions trade publication. Based on the theory of social constructionism we have used the method of critical discourse analysis to establish dominant trends and patterns in how the roll of teacher is constructed in editorials in Swedish Lärarnas Tidning. We have established that the conflict between a modernist school tradition and a postmodern society has resulted in a dominant, traditional teacher discourse which is being simultaneously challenged by both a market-orientated discourse and a professionalization discourse. Furthermore, we attempt to highlight how these ?ideal? constructions can create problems in terms of identity construction for teachers.

Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur pedagogerna på förskolan resonerar kring begreppet mångfald samt hur de beskriver att de arbetar med detta i sin verksamhet. Vi valde att göra en kvalitativ studie baserat på åtta intervjuer på två separata förskolor. Resultatet visade att mångfald var ett komplext begrepp som pedagogerna tolkade på olika sätt,  men inte diskuterades inom arbetslaget. Pedagogerna arbetade med mångfald i den dagliga verksamheten där de flesta lyfte barnens likheter och olikheter. Resultatet visade att mångfaldsarbetet utfördes på en daglig basis och att det sällan förekom någon fördjupad aktivitet kring mångfald.

The aim with this study was to learn about the experiences of field workers and welfare officers in the field of possible self-harm behavior among young people.Our problem was: Do field workers and welfare officers treat young people with deliberate self-harm differently and - How do field workers and welfare officers describe deliberate self- harm?Our study was conducted through qualitative semistructured interviews with twelve interviewee?s.The result of this study shows that there is a difference in how young people with self-harm behavior are being treated - based on their gender.One possible cause for this result could be the old tradition mindset of viewing boys and girls differently ? and thus, treating them differently when they seek help.Our study shows there is a possibility of treating boys and girls differently ? which shows that we made a thought-provoking point.

Qigong was initiated by the Chinese government in the 1950´s as a domestic medical tradition to be included within a modern scientific framework. During the first decades it became popular among the élite. During the 70´s and 80´s scientific confirmation of the existence of qi contributed to its immense popularity among the population. Charismatic leaders with a traditional background were leading their groups in parks and the movement was booming. In 1992 Falun Gong was established by Li Hongzhi as qigong taken to a higher level.

År 2050 beräknas 80% av jordens befolning att bo i städer.Att förse den växande urbana befolkningen med mat har visat sig vara svårt. Jordbruket som idag är uppbyggt kring en storskalig industri på landsbygden följs av en lång förädlingskedja med många mellanhänder.Slakthusområdet är en plats med en över hundraårig historia och tradition av mat- och livsmedelshantering. Området som anlades år 1912 och som idag är ett utav Stockholms 2 partihandelsområden för livsmedel står nu inför en stor förändringsprocess.
