The aim of this study is to enlighten how todays working environment affects young individuals descriptions of how to reach success in work life, now often titled as ?career?. Our purpose has been to analyse how the term career is constituted discursively among young people in jobs characterized by flexibility. The study is based on six qualitative interviews with young adults in the media industry, all between 20-30 years old. By utilising a Foucaultdian discourse analysis we want to expose how the competing and dominating discourses, that our interviewees? statements are based on, can be associated with a wider social context.  The study reveals that our interviewees describe career in two separate ways, both positively and negatively.

Support group activities for children with mentally ill parent´s, without a parallel parent group, is by far the most common form in Sweden. The activities have primarily focused on increasing the frequency of the protective factors around children. Of course, parents and the families are also influenced of children´s participating in these activities. Most studies examining support group activities for children from the child's perspective. The experiences of parent?s perspective have not been well studied.

People with severe mental illness and co-occurring substance abuse are an especially vulnerable group in society as health care for those is shared between municipality and county council. There is an associated health need of this target group so the interaction of the social services and the psychiatric care is of great importance. However, there are shortcomings in this interaction with results in that people with dual diagnosis do not always receive adequate care. Diverse knowledge and explanatory models may create problems for the interaction as they include different ways to define, understand, explain and deal with a problem. The purpose of this study was to examine how the interaction between the social service addiction treatment and the psychiatric care is, concerning people with dual diagnosis, focusing on how their respective knowledge and explanatory models affect the interaction.

The purpose of the study was to find out how Swedbank Insurance view of health characterizes wellness work at the company. It was a qualitative study in which five persons involved in their health and wellness work were interviewed. In this report a study is carried out with the aim to identify added values of EPC projects implemented in schools in order to increase the interest of EPC projects on the market. A literature study of energy savings, energy use in schools, maintenance and insurance as well as how energy efficiency improvements are related to the Swedish environmental objectives has been made. For a woman who has been diagnosed with breast cancer, there can be many negative things that effects her life. It is a great shock that changes her life and can include a sense of lost femininity and a decreased sexual desire which can be both physical and psychological. The basis of this literature review is from 17 scientific articles which evaluate the changes in cancer patient's body image and sexuality during their illness and treatment. This study illustrates patient's experience of the nursing and difficulties which obstructs the nurse from talking about sexuality whit the patient. Every year 300 children in Sweden are diagnosed with cancer, but through research and successful clinical work 70 % of the children survive their cancer. Aim: To illuminate nursing care of children with cancer. Method: The study was carried out as a general literature study through systematic review and analyse of 18 scientific articles. Result: The analysis resulted in five themes: Support, play as a psychological assistance, alternatives to alleviation of pain, nutrition and relieving symptoms of fatigue.Conclusion: It is important that the nurse has knowledge about the children and their family?s experiences when dealing with a cancer illness to provide the children with adequate care.

SammanfattningBakgrund: Det finns ett flertal njursjukdomar som kan leda till behov av en njurtransplantation som därför är en eftertraktad behandlingsform vid terminal njursvikt. Tidigare upplevelser och erfarenheter tillsammans med ett flertal faktorer kan påverka patienternas upplevelse och livskvalitet efter genomgången njurtransplantation.Syfte: Syftet var att beskriva vuxna patienters upplevelse av genomgången njurtransplantation.Metod: En litteraturstudie med en kvalitativ ansats har genomförts. Tio vetenskapliga artiklar analyserades med hjälp av kvalitativ innehållsanalys.Resultat: Efter analys framkom tre huvudkategorier som beskriver patienters upplevelse av genomgången njurtransplantation: Upplevelse av att anpassa sig till en ny livssituation, Upplevelse av motstridiga känslor samt Upplevelse av förändrad kropp. Slutsats: Det är viktigt att uppmärksamma patienternas livssituation efter att ha genomgått en njurtransplantation då varje upplevelse och individ är unik. Att se över vilken information patienterna får och hur de får den skulle kunna öka patienternas livskvalitet ytterligare..

Då orderstorlekarna blivit mindre, lastning av arkat papper sker på pall samt att krav på regularitet och kortare ledtider ökat ansågs det gamla distributionssystemet vara förlegat. In this investigation has an attempt to find out whether so called transplanting shock depends on the moving and transplanting of trees, to other conditions, or if it is due to the imbalance between the root to shoot ratio.
