Denna uppsats syfte är att undersöka hur lärare använder film/tv-program i sin undervisning. I litteraturgenomgången framställs forskares syn på hur lärare bör/ska använda film/tv-program i undervisningen. De som själva är lärare använder sig regelbundet av film/tv-program i sin undervisning och denna användning studeras. Uppsatsen berör också upphovsrätten och ger en kort sammanfattning av vad lagen säger om användning av film/tv-program i skolan. Uppsatsens empiriska del utgår från en enkätundersökning bland yrkesverksamma lärare.

I denna rapport beskrivs utvecklingen av ett program och en databas för hantering av datatänkt att användas på ett möbelföretag, Horreds Möbel AB. Med en kravspecifikation somutgångspunkt och med hjälp av ett utvecklingsverktyg, UML (Unified Modeling Language)har en mall för programmets utseende arbetats fram. Ur denna mall formas de funktionerprogrammet behöver och hur de rent teoretiskt ser ut. Även vilka objekt, klasser och andraviktiga komponenter som programmet kommer att ha, formas på samma sätt.Med hjälp av två program, MS SQL 2000 och JBuilder2005, och det UML genererat, har endatabas och ett program formats. Dessa kommunicerar med varandra för att hantera data förolika syften.

This study is intended to give an impartial view of a young and complex program in Sweden titled Product Innovation Engineering program. The purpose of this program is to increase innovation capability in Sweden that will result in new companies, patents and economic growth. The results from this study might give some direction to future innovation initiatives, but should primarily serve as a tool for the PIEp participants. The study will focus on investigating the creation of the program as well as the development of its strategy. From weaknesses and strengths within the strategy of the program the study should also attempt to show its future potential.

I denna studie undersöks danslärares och danspedagogers uppfattning avSimonsontekniken och hur den kan användas i dansundervisningen på gymnasieskolans estetiska program för att öka måluppfyllelsen gällande målen inom anatomi, kroppens funktion och den egna kroppens funktion enligt Gy11. Studien är en intervjustudie där gymnasielärare och pedagoger med erfarenhet av Simonsontekniken intervjuades.Resultatet visar att anatomi, och hur de förhåller sig till anatomi, är en viktig aspekt i deras dansundervisning. Ett framgångsrikt sätt att förstå anatomi är att integrera det i dansen istället för att endast behandla det teoretiskt. Det är även viktigt att skapa medvetenhet och förståelse kring varje individs kroppsliga förutsättningar..

This thesis has been carried out in collaboration with two students at the Department of Dental Medicine at Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm, Sweden. The aim of this project was to construct a computerized decision support system to facilitate diagnosis of changes in the Oral Mucosa using information collected by the above mentioned students. A program which poses specic questions to the user was constructed with the Java programming language. Depending on how these questions were answered, one or more possible diagnoses were presented by the program. In order to conclude whether or not this program was of any use in terms of time savings, a series of tests were run and timed both when using the program and when not.

The workplace is a good arena for healthy activities because of its ability to reach big target groups. Secondary schools have for decades debated whether they promote social reproduction which is considered to generate the homogeneous student compositions. The gap between the academic programs and vocational education programs is considered to increase. What in recent years has appeared in research is that the gap is increasing most tend to be in the specific academic program, particularly in science. This paper's intention is to describe the science program at a local level and the pupils who were admitted to the science program autumn 2009 on the basis of an educational sociological perspective. The survey consisted of a census in which all students were given the opportunity to answer a questionnaire.

This report describes the procedure in which we accomplished our task, which was to implement a present algorithm. This was made using C++. The algorithm is developed by Sasan Gooran, who is our examiner in this project. The algorithm uses an iterative method to produce the halftoned images. The reason for this project is to speed up the existing program which is made in Matlab.

Allt fler riksomfattande rapporter gör gällande att svenska skolelevers hälsa har försämrats de senaste åren både avseende psykiskt och fysiskt mående. Enligt en del forskare beror detta på en allt mer inaktiv livsstil med utökad tid för stillasittande arbete samt neddragen tid för skolgymnastik. Syftet med denna epidemiologiska tvärsnittsstudie var att få kunskap om gymnasieelevers mående på praktiska och teoretiska program och för att definiera en eventuell skillnad i arbetsmiljö samt självskattad psykisk och fysisk hälsa mellan de olika programmen. Sammanlagt 87 elever från 4 olika klasser undersöktes med svarsfrekvensen 69% (60 elever). Totalt gick 40 elever på praktiskt program (bygg- och fordonstekniskt program) och 47 elever gick på Teoretiskt program (samhälls- och naturvetenskapligt program).

The aim of this essay is to describe the historical development of the intercultural teacher training program at Södertörn University in Stockholm. I have also examined how the intercultural teacher training program was started, how and why it became intercultural and how the people in charge of the development of the teacher training program discussed intercultural science. The teacher training program has been an active part of Södertörn University since 1998, but it became intercultural in 2002. I have studied these questions through documents from the Södertörn University archives and literature by the funders of the education. The study shows that the university profile, ambitions and motives have been a key factor in the decision to make the teacher training program at Södertörn a multi-cultural one..

The token economy program, which is a method for behaviour modification, has been used worldwide for different groups within different settings in order to vhange behaviour.Research has found the token economy program to be effective. However, research is limited to quantitative and experimental studies, and Swedish research in this field is brief. Nevertheless, the program is used in several institutions n Sweden. A qualitative study in Swedish settings could therefore be useful. The purpose of this paper is to examine the experiences of a token economy program using qualitative interviews.
