The decisions for investment are forward-looking and the base of a long-term strategy. The research within investment have focused on diverse formulas which are used in financial assessment, which also should be complemented with qualitative evaluation. Consequently, the focus should not only be on the execution of the formulas. Less time have been spent on research concerning what actually initiates the investment proposals and affects the decision-making. This will be highlighted in this essay.

This essay focuses on tourists' information seeking. The main focus was to examine whether there is a connection between how the informants in different tourist styles the different tourist styles are presented by Eva Wolf as the tourist of recreation, action, culture, compromise, and individualism seek information to their forthcoming vacation. The result was reached through a qualitative method, where ten informants with various tourist roles were interviewed separately. The informants were chosen by personal contacts. In addition to these interviews, three representatives from the tourist industry were contacted and interviewed by e-mail.

We also want to analyze how companies use bloggers in their marketing. This is a subject that has attracted our interest and that experience has not been touched in a higher extent. Our purpose has led us to the following research questions;Which relationships occur in collaborations between businesses and bloggers from a marketing perspective? In what way in terms of reciprocity can relations be described? To what extent can the credibility through blogs be affected in terms of how brands are presented in the blog? In this study we have used a qualitative method with an abductive nature to create a deeper understanding of our chosen subject.

En bemanningsanställd har sin dagliga arbetsplats ute hos ett klientföretag, och inte hos sin arbetsgivare. Detta kan göra att kontakten med arbetsgivaren försvagas, vilket kan skapa speciella förutsättningar för organisationsriktad commitment och socialt stöd. Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur det upplevs att vara anställd i en vikariepool hos ett bemanningsföretag, med fokus på organisationsriktad commitment och socialt stöd. Frågeställningarna som ligger till grund för undersökningen är hur respondenterna upplever, och vad som påverkar respondenternas upplevelser av organisationsriktad commitment, samt hur respondenterna upplever, och vad som påverkar respondenternas upplevelser av socialt stöd. För att besvara frågeställningarna genomfördes intervjuer med sju anställda i en vikariepool hos ett bemanningsföretag.

Arbetsmiljöansvar vid uthyrning av arbetskraft kontra entreprenad
Bemanningsföretagen har sedan legaliseringen 1993 fått fäste på den svenska arbetsmarknaden. Bemanningsbranschen innebär en förändring av det traditionella anställningsförhållandet som vanligtvis är tvåpartsrelation till att bli en trepartsrelation. Det har skapat viss problematik, då arbetsrättslig lagstiftning främst är anpassad efter den tvåpartsrelation som ännu anses vanligast. Den reglering som styr arbetsmiljöfrågor är främst Arbetsmiljölagen, vilken kom till då trepartsförhållande var främmande för den svenska arbetsmarknaden. Därmed väcktes frågan om vilken aktör som bär arbetsmiljöansvaret vid uthyrning av arbetskraft samt om arbetsmiljöansvaret skiljer sig vid anlitandet av entreprenad.Syftet blir därför att, genom den rättsdogmatiska metoden, utreda gällande rätt och därigenom få djupare förståelse för komplexiteten kring ämnet.
BIM Building Information Model : Hinder & Drivkraft
The construction industry is a costly business such in respect of capital for most construction defects which then require rework, tear down and rebuild again. This study is meaningful awareness of tools that can reduce this best through communication and information sharing between the parties. The construction industry is known as temporary projects organizations, where the construction project consists of several actors who have to communicate and share information between them to avoid mistakes later in the build time. These actors are bounded together thus for the duration of the project, then broken when the project has reached its end. The challenge here is for these actors to apply a tool that can help and simplify communications, information sharing, and perhaps the most important aspect is to create a routine for the association and the shattering of these actors. To implement such behavior using a tool such as BIM in the industry whose size perhaps is indescribable may be a very hard task. BIM (Building Information Model) could be seen as the solution to this problem because it acts as a portal where the actors involved must sign in and communicate, share information, and eventually create a behavior, a routine for this association and division of the actors following the end of the project. The technology could help the involved from the beginning of the project, already in the model stage, break down and prevent any construction barriers when the building has been placed in the works.

Syftet med denna studie är att förmedla insikt i hur funktionärsledarna kan leda föratt få ideellt arbetande funktionärer att känna en meningsfullhet med det ideellaarbetet.Festivalorganisationerna menar att funktionärer är ovärderliga för att festivaler skavara möjliga att genomföra. Samtidigt uppstår under sommaren 2012 ett missnöjehos funktionärerna som menar att de arbetar under orimliga förhållanden och för-bises av deras funktionärsledare.I denna studie framkommer det att det råder olika syn på relationen mellan funk-tionärsledare och funktionärer. Funktionärer anser att funktionärsledare är förstressade och inte kan delegera och funktionärsledaren anser, i sin tur, att funktion-ärerna inte har något intresse för att arbeta under festivalen då de endast är ute efteren gratis biljett.Studien visar att det råder en omedvetenhet kring funktionärsledares ledarroll ochpå grund av det uppstår det ett bristfälligt ledarskap. Funktionärsledare bör, för attkunna reducera funktionärers missnöje, förstå funktionärers grundläggande driv-kraft till att arbeta på festivalen; att deras arbete ska få visad uppskattning, att dehar ett engagemang till de uppgifter de tilldelas samt att den huvudsakliga motiv tillatt arbeta som ideell funktionär är att få vara en del av en gemenskap.Denna studie har undersökt hur temporära funktionärsledare 1 och temporära,ideella funktionärer2 ser på ledarskapet under en festival och vilka problem ochutmaningar som finns i relationen mellan dessa. Alien plants that have intentionally been introduced to an area for cultivation in public or
private gardens constitute the primary pathway of introduction for invasive alien species that
spread into nature. Garden owners want species that have satisfying characteristics, these
characteristics are often also linked to plant invasiveness. Thus, the horticulture industry plays
an important role by making scientifically based decisions and phasing out invasive plants and
replacing them with alternative species with satisfying characteristics, but low risks of
becoming invasive. This thesis aimed to examine the sale of and the attitudes towards alien
plants in the horticulture industry in Sweden. Alien terrestrial plants identified to have a severe
risk, high risk or potentially high risk of spreading and becoming invasive according to
ArtDatabankens assessment, were examined to see if they were for sale.

PR appears to be an indistinct division and a complicated resource for companies to value. The current circumstances are negative to the credibility and reliability of PR. This study emphasizes how an application of return on investment contributes to a more strategic use of PR and increases the status and credibility for the division.We experience that measuring the economic value of PR is of great importance and of current interest with few prior studies made. The purpose of this study is to find out how a PR-agency and one of its clients relates to and works with evaluation of PR-activities and to which extent the economic contribution of the activity is measured.The foundation which the theoretical reference grounds on is theories of Delusions of PR and the use of benefit-cost analyzes, Stages and Levels for Evaluating Public Relations Programs, Marketing Return on Investment and PR Return on Investment. The theoretical reference serves as a base during the analyze of the study.The conclusion, based on the empirical body of information, is that an application of return on investment could contribute with a higher status and credibility for the PR-division.
