Bakgrund: Telefonrådgivning utgör en stor del av sjuksköterskans arbetsuppgifter inom primärvården och de allra flesta har någon gång tagit kontakt med vården via telefon. Användningen av ett beslutsstöd vid rådgivning och triagering har blivit allt vanligare. Region Skåne har utvecklat Triagehandboken som är ett beslutsstöd framtaget för att användas på alla vårdnivåer. Syfte: Studien vill belysa hur sjuksköterskor inom primärvården upplever att använda sig av Triagehandboken vid telefonrådgivning. Om den upplevs som ett stöd eller en begränsning samt hur de upplever patienternas tillfredsställelse då ett beslut tagits enligt Triagehandboken. Metod: En enkätstudie gjordes med kvalitativ inriktning. Manifest innehållsanalys användes för att analysera materialet.

Det ökade inflödet på landets akutmottagningar ställer stora krav på sjukvårdspersonal att de ger patienterna ett snabbt och säkert omhändertagande. Sjuksköterskan har som uppgift att bedöma, prioritera alla vårdsökande samt dokumentera all viktig information. Bedömningen sker utifrån riktlinjer som är baserade på sökorsak. Dokumentationen av olika åtgärder har betydelse för det fortsatta vård- och behandlingsarbetet och kan vara helt avgörande för patientsäkerheten. Syftet med studien var att beskriva hur väl dokumentationen genomfördes i patientens journal vid besök på akutmottagning.

SammanfattningBakgrund: Sjuksköterskor ställs kontinuerligt inför omvärldsförändringar som inte går attpåverka. Det innebär att ständiga förändringar i arbetsmetoder genomförs och att all personalhela tiden är i behov av utbildning. Allt syftar mot att göra kvalitetsförbättringar för bådepersonal och patienter.Syfte: Att beskriva akutsjuksköterskors upplevelser av implementeringen av ettförbättringsarbete, i detta fall införandet av triage på en akutmottagning.Metod: Studien har en deskriptiv design med kvalitativ metod. Datainsamlingen genomfördesi fokusgruppsintervjuer och materialet har analyserats med en kvalitativ innehållsanalys.Resultat: Ur analysen framkom det övergripande temat enönskan att känna trygghet under enimplementeringoch fyra kategorier; kommunikation, planering och målsättning,förändringsbenägenhetoch kompetensutveckling som beskriver akutsjuksköterskorsupplevelser av implementeringen av ett förbättringsarbete.Slutsats: Under en implementering behöver ledningen ha kunskap om ovanstående resultat.Sjuksköterskorna beskriver åtgärder för att skapa möjligheter och undanröja hinder för attkunna uppnå trygghet under implementeringen. The purpose of Älvdalens besparingsskog is to develop the district and most of all the forestry in Älvdalen. It's owned by about 2 300 private forest owners who's landed properties are located in Älvdalen. Every year the besparingsskogen gives out a lot of its profit in form different types of subsidies for agriculture and forestry. The owners can apply for subsidies for several of the costs that occur in forestry. During the period 2000-2003 the owners are offered forest management plans and pcSKOG-gård at no cost for their private forest properties. The purpose of this master's thesis was to find out if the activity in the forestry changed when the forest owners got new forest management plans and the computer program pcSKOG-gård.

A qualitative study about collaboration between librarians and nurses in the supplying of consumer health information (CHI) at The Hospital Library of The Mölndal Hospital in Mölndalnear Gothenburg, Sweden.The staff were interviewed about how their work is affected by the collaboration between thetwo occupational groups. The purpose of the study is to find out if there exists a strugglebetween the groups about the influence on and the control over the handling of this kind ofinformation. Despite some problems with the permission to do as many interviews as needed,the study shows some positive effects with the collaboration. The study gives a short backgroundto the development of CHI services in USA, the UK, Denmark and Sweden. Many investors analyze companies? sustainability regarding social and environmental issues when it comes to choosing a company to invest in.

The purpose of this essay is to examine which factors that influence the design of internal control in municipal context and how well it works. We choose seven municipals, where we interviewed the administrative managers, the chairmen of the committees and two persons of the staff in each activity unit. The interviews were performed by telephone, due to the keeping of the essay?s timeframe.The theory in our essay comprises eight hypotheses. These hypotheses were operationalised into different variables aiming to make statistical tests possible.

Inom Svensk ambulanssjukvård används ett beslutstöd Rapid Emergency Triage and Treatment System (RETTS). Nya arbetssätt behöver skapas för att den prehospitala sjukvårdens kapacitet används optimalt till bedömningen av patientens kontaktorsak till rätt vårdnivå. Syftet med studien var att kartlägga ambulanssjuksköterskans grad av följsamhet till att följa riktlinjer för att utföra ambulant bedömning. Metoden var kvantitativ, prospektiv journalgranskning med datainsamling under fyra månader vilket inkluderade 100 patientjournaler. Materialet beskrevs kvantitativt med beskrivande statistik och bearbetats i statistikprogrammet SPSS.

But the result we have obtained indicates that Kälvestens evaluation method is used frequently.In the subject of support/guidance we can?t see any specific methods used.

Safety, its a word not commonly associated with elderly people living alone. There is however a device that is supposed to bring safety, and enable elderly people to continue living in their present household - an emergency dialer. However these devices does not serve their own purpose in terms of design. Thepurpose of this study is to create an emergency dailer that everybody would want to put on their wrist or bedside table. The market for these devices have looked the same for the last twentyfive years, despite of society´s advancements in both design and technology.

The definition of an expectation gap is, when the local municipal politician and the audited apprehensions and expectations gets apart about what auditors are going to work with and what they are going to accomplish.Svenska Kommunförbundet writes in their publication Fullmäktige och revisionen (2004) that the communication between the auditors and the audited is important so the final result becomes great. Apart from the communication, the recurring information about auditing is important to increase the knowledge and understanding. Are there expectations on what the auditors are going to review and discover among the audited, when there probably are expectations from the inhabitants on the auditing. This leads us to our purpose of our essay which is to investigate and describe if there exist an expectation gap between the auditors and the social welfare boards in the primary municipality. The method we used to collect our data was a guided telephone interview with 66 persons.
