Syftet med denna uppsats var att undersöka om medarbetarskapandet inom offentlig sektor kunde inverka på ohälsan i organisationen och om detta arbete har påverkat situationen för medarbetarna. Många organisationer arbetar i dag med medarbetarskapsutbildningar och hoppas, genom att använda sig av denna utbildningsprocess, att kunna öka delaktigheten och därmed minska ohälsotalen i organisationen. Till sin hjälp har de många gånger etablerade företag som arbetar med denna sorts förändring. Undersökningen genomfördes med ett kvalitativt förhållningssätt. Två intervjuer genomfördes, en med högste chefen för Tekniska kontoret, Hans Andersson.

Automatiserad service är ett växande område där olika produkter och tjänster erbjuds genom kiosk- automater. Att använda den här typen av system är inget nytt, det har använts på flygplatser en lång tid för att avlasta personal, eektivisera och spara kostnader samt göra det smidigare för kunden att resa. Skillnaden är att det har börjat anammas av flera typer av företag och framförallt så är dessa system eektiva i situationer där man vill spara in pengar och låta kunden själv genomföra sina köp eller bokningar. Men för att dessa system ska vara kompletterande och inte öka utgifterna för företagen så krävs det att kiosk-tjänsterna har en fungerande och eektiv interaktionsdesign. Annars leder det till missnöjda kunder och ökade omkostnader för uppdateringar och underhåll.Vi har undersökt och utvärderat tre system för att se vilka brister som finns i deras användbarhet och hur detta påverkar efektiviteten.

In the pilot plant at Hammarby Sjöstad, Sjöstadsverket, several new methods are tested in order to achieve a good use of resources. When a new technique is considered it is often the performance of the technique itself, under given conditions, that is evaluated. However, in order to evaluate the overall function the whole picture is needed. With a system analysis it becomes possible to make a comparison where all the positive aspects are put up against the negative ones, for the technique itself as well as its requirements. In this way the influence that minor components have on an entire system can be considered.This report presents a system analysis of an anaerobic membrane reactor (MBR) with a VSEP-membrane (Vibratory Shear Enhanced Process).

Quickmatch is a company that recruits students to other companies that need temporary workers. Today all administration is done by hand, which is very time demanding and therefore inefficient. During test flights SAAB uses the data acquisition system COMET 16. The part of the system that receives the signals from the sensors and converts them is called KSM 15. The purpose of this thesis is to develop a data acquisition module on stacked PC/104 modules with a lower production cost. Our work has been divided into one part about analog signal conditioning and a second part with digital filtering and memory management of the sampled data. The analog part, designed of regular components like instrument amplifiers, voltage references, operational amplifiers and multiplexers, adjusts the sensors signal levels for the ADC?s that converts the signals.

Den tekniska och medicinska utvecklingen inom intensivvård har inneburit att intensivvårdsjuksköterskors ställs inför allt högre krav. Intensivvårdssjuksköterskor förväntas ha unika tekniska färdigheter, medicinsk omvårdnadskompetens och förmåga att bemöta patienter och deras närstående i akuta situationer. Syftet med studien var att beskriva hur erfarna intensivvårdssjuksköterskor utvecklas i yrkesrollen. Nio intensivvårdssjuksköterskor från två intensivvårdsavdelningar i Norrbotten intervjuades med öppna frågor. Intervjuerna analyserades som text med kvalitativ innehållsanalys.

The thesis describes the following main question: Will the administrative labour during football tournaments be made easier with the help from a mobile web service or will it convey to unnecessary extra work? To be able to give a good and qualified answer to this question, the thesis will in the beginning describe how the technique for such a system might look like and also describe the existing administrative moments during a football tournament, this is too give the reader a deeper understanding for further reading. The thesis then goes on to describe a concrete system which is tested on three football tournaments. On the basis of the tests, interviews and through analysis of these the thesis will be able to answer our questions. I arbetet presenteras ett system som möjliggör procedurell generering av träd som omgivningen kan påverka. De faktorer som inverkar på trädets grenstruktur är solljus, vind och gravitation. Projektet bidrar med en lösning till att minska utvecklingstiderna för dataspel genom att möjliggöra att trädmodeller algoritmiskt genereras i datorn istället för att de modelleras av en artist..

Skanska 21 is a student program for university students. The program runs for a year and a half parallel to university studies. It is aimed at those studying a few specific master engineering programs at Lund University, Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Chalmers University of Technology or Luleå University of Technology. The program consists of a number of program meetings such as company presentations, a boarding school week, rhetoric training and project visits. The aim of the project is to evaluate the Skanska 21 student program.

Vi lever idag våra liv allt mer på Internet och hela tiden överförs bara mer och mer från den fysiska världen till att genomföras online. Men vad händer när brottsligheten hakar på samma fenomen och bevisen endast är digitala, kan publikationer från exempelvis Facebook användas som bevis vid en rättegång? För att klarlägga hur det ser ut i Sverige idag har tre IT-forensiker och en Internetspanare hos Polisen intervjuats för att få svar på de tekniska frågorna, samt en jurist och en åklagare för att få svar på de juridiska. Det visade sig finnas stor potential för användandet av sociala medier som bevis i rättegång men det finns även en stor problematik gällande just digitala bevis. Det är avsaknaden av spårbarhet som ger upphov till denna problematik, till exempel är det otroligt svårt att påvisa vem som skrivit eller gjort vad bakom datorskärmen.

The dependency of continuous electricity supply is high in the Swedish society today, at the same time no one is willing to pay for a too costly or over dimensioned power distribution system. The owners of the distribution systems are the ones responsible for this balance act of maintaining a high quality of electricity delivery to customers at a reasonable cost.In this master thesis a limited part of the primary distribution system (10 kV), owned by Mälarenergi Elnät AB and located in the city centre of Västerås, was chosen for a deeper analysis of its reliability. Its ability to handle outages of system components (N-1 and N-2 contingency analysis) was investigated to find out potential weak spots and parts of the grid that showed signs of being overdimensioned.The results of the performed simulations showed that in 74 % of the studied N-1 contingencies cases, consisting of outages of a bus bar in a distribution substation, the system could handle this without causing outages in other parts of the grid. For the N-2 contingencies 61 % passed the test. It was also found that one of the two included high voltage substations could alone supply the investigated part of the grid.
